This is probably a simple question, and this is my first Adobe Connect Intereactive Webinar in Marketo Enagae. I have a Webinar set up, the email all created in Marketo, but I was expecting to find a 'Lead.' token for users to join the webinar and I cant seem to locate. I am just trying to find the unique user URL for a "Join Now' botton. Is there a differnt place or URL I need to build to accomplish this? TIA.

Hi Adobe team and community,I'm experiencing repeated crashes of the Adobe Connect app on my MacBook Pro (macOS 14.7.3). The most recent crash occurred while I was conducting a session and breakouts were in progress. Suddenly, the entire meeting shut down and all participants were kicked out. This is not the first time I've faced such an issue—it has happened multiple times over the past few weeks.I'd like to understand what might be causing these crashes. I’ve attached the latest log file (adobeconnectapp_20250425_194043.log) and would appreciate any guidance on how to analyze it or steps I can take to prevent future crashes.Looking forward to any insights or assistance you can provide. Everytime I select "request e-signature" I get a unable to process request error.  I've tried rebooting my system, clearing my history and cache and nothing is working.  I've also tried using the app and I get a 403 error.  Can someone please help? 

Been on to Apple & checked all access, but still getting ID -5000 when saving direct from any Adobe programme..... anything I can chceck on the Adobe end, have un installed & re installed also... no difference.   

Im trying to cancel my account, but i cant do it. I follow the steps in the guide but in my account, the plan service is empty so i cant cancel the plan. I have a monthly plam, not appears in serviceplan, and i have 2 charges in my credit card.How I can resolve this?Thanks for the help.

I am wondering if there is a way and im just missing it, but i dont seem to get much more then a small window popup for 3 seconds to let me know that someone typed something in. can we change it to last longer or stay there till you click on it? can we make it so that it flashes the minimized window like many other IMs do?

I cannot utilize request e-signature all of the sudden.   If I use the app I get a file upload error (screenshot below).  If I try in a web browser I get a "unable to process request" error.   I was hoping it was just a glitch with adobe when I tried yesterday but it's still not working for me.  I really need to send a document out.  Any help is appreciated.         

I have a large catalog of publically displayed videos that can not play.  the audio is there but the ppt slide is not.  i get this error message nsupported content only content in HTML or hybrid formats.  How can i fix these with out re-recording over 200 videos?  

Is there a way to prevent participants from entering the virtual room after using the end session for all option? I've tried to disable the option "Registered usery may enter the room" in access settings of the Meeting but it is unavailable for editing and marking.  

Hi! I am the host in an Adobe Connect meeting and I am trying to record the session while using the app on my iPhone. However I can't find the "Record session" button. I tried to open the session on the browser as well but it says that I can only use the app because I am a host. Any tips would be appreciated!

Greetings, I'm looking for a way to change a user's manager via the API. I can query the manager info using:$FullResponse = Invoke-RestMethod ('https://mywebsite/api/xml?action=principal-info&principal-id=' + $PrincipalID) -WebSession $Session$ManagerID = $FullResponse.results.manager.'principal-id'$ManagerName = $FullResponse.results.manager.name$ManagerEmail = $FullResponse results.manager.email And then writing the information to the screen, but so far I have not found a way to change the manager via the API. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

I have to host 2 three hour webinars for a non-profit association that I belong to. The webinar features a power point and 3-4 people explaining the slides. The presenters will need to be able to draw on the slides.In the past we used Adobe Connect. It seemed overly complicated with a dated interface. It cost $130/mo. Adobe quit reselling through Digital River which had a monthly plan. They sell through other resellers like Claris that only have an annual plan. I would have to pay for a year in advance when I only need to use it over a 2 week period.I have looked into Zoom and Google Meet. Neither of the first tier allow for meetings over an hour or 100 attenders. I need both of those.One thing that Adobe Connect has that I haven't seen anywhere else is the ability to upload the entire powerpoint and present online. Specifically Adobe Connect Events. I am having an issue posting registration for users. I get an invalid response saying the "interaction-id" is missing, but I cannot find any information about this on the adobe connect website. Any ideas?

Hi, I am supposed to start training certification tomorrow but I am unsure how to start. When I click on anything in the forum, I get an error message stating site is temporary offline for maintenance . Can anyone provide me some assistance on this process? Also where to get code to join meeting? 

I can't believe how robust Adobe is in general but still don't have a fast forward button for Adobe Connect recorded sessions. When will this be a thing on Adobe Connect? 

I work from home on my PT job, and I use Adobe Connect for work. I can't use the web version because my client uses the screen recording feature. When I'm not at work, I love to play games, but Adobe Connect minimizes my games while I'm playing (like it's pinging the network or something), and it's so frustrating.I'm not sure what to do, but I know I'm tired of uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Connect every couple of days. I was thinking maybe a firewall block/allow might help, but I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. This is usually happening when Adobe Connect is not running.

Hi, I wanted to report a bug and also request a feature for a future update of Adobe Connect. The link I was given via chat (https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html) appears to not have a form on there like it should do, so hopefully someone here can help or point me in the right direction. I work for a outsourcer contact centre company. I am one of the trainers for our new starters and we use the fantastic Adobe Connect to do all of our training virtually (everybody works from home).  We have been enjoying the add on features, however the image carousel (found here: (found here: https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/apps/image-carousel.html#) that we'd like to use appears to be broken as when uploading the file into the room, the share pod is completely blank and there are no options to choose from. Problem moving objects. Error symbol appears and when I release the mouse the object jumps off the page. I have the same problem when I move layers, pages, etc. I feel like something is "locked". I have restarted, updated software, etc. But the problem persists.
