크리에이티브 클라우드에서 계정을 로그아웃해야하는데, 앱 자동 업데이트 6개를 리스트를 중지시키니 로그아웃 버튼이 비활성화 되어있습니다. 앱 5개는 중지가 됐는데, 프리미어 하나만 중지가 안되고 대기중으로 뜨고 처리가 안되서 로그아웃이 안되는 거 같아요.크리에이티브 클라우드 언인스톨 눌러서 repair 해도 앱 닫혀있는데 실행중이라고 안되고, 아예 삭제도 안됩니다.
I've recently been trying to use adobe fonts for a website redesign, but it's just not working. The issue is that whenever I launch Creative Cloud Desktop everything else seems to be working except for adobe fonts, I have a library in my files (located under Files>Your Libraries,) but the fonts just sit there. These fonts are visible in library windows on various apps, but I can’t use them. When I try to get to my Adobe Fonts, only one font is there, and I can’t even install it for use. The font appears to be from my library but it’s just a random out of ~60 fonts so I think it’s just an error. I have used Photoshop RAW for years with my lens and it always detected it in the auto lens profile but now I have to go into the list of lenses and find the make of lens (Tamron) before it will find it and apply corrections.
When editing a photo in Photoshop RAW I set the default zoom to 100% but when using RAW and I use crop tool the zoom defaults to random amounts like 15 or 25%

Starting recently, the email notifications I receive when someone comments on a shared PDF review are displaying raw HTML markup instead of clean text. Each comment shows up wrapped in a literal <pre style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space:pre-line;"> tag, and apostrophes render as the HTML entity ' (so "that's" appears as "that&#39;s").The comments themselves are fine — when I open the review in Creative Cloud / Acrobat on the web, everything displays normally. The problem is only in the notification email body, which suggests the email template is failing to decode/render the HTML before sending (looks like a double-encoding issue introduced on Adobe's side).Details:- This is on comment notifications for a shared PDF review ("You have X new comments on [filename]").- It started recently — it was rendering correctly before.- Nothing changed on my end (same email client, same account).- Affects the email body only; the actual comments and the PDF are unaf
Hi everyone,I’m working on an animation in Photoshop 2026, and I’m having a strange issue when trying to export it.When I go to File > Export > Render Video and click Render Video, the export window never appears.Appears a loading bar but it never ends. There is no error message or warning. Nothing happens, and I can’t access the export settings.I’ve already tried restarting Photoshop, but the issue persists.Has anyone else experienced this?I’m running Photoshop on rosetta and normal way and even not works.If I run Photoshop 2026 on Rosetta mode, I can’t create Video empty layer too...I have to use Photoshop 2021 to work and it’s confusing but in this version all works.Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!
I would like to be able to do the culling process across multiple users. A couple of things would solve this. Having Adobe Cloud Folders with Owner permissions viewable from Lightroom CC via the local folder, or having shared folders retain the metadata shared between Lightroom with a (multiple owner) permission would be great.The goal is to have someone be able to help in the culling process. Lightroom CC is quite nice since the interface is much better than Lightroom Classic, but it’s being hampered by not being able to cull collaboratively. Which is sometimes the hardest work in the process. The AI tools do not work for the workflow we have.In either case having someone be able to Pick Flags, Set Ratings, Set Color Categories, or choose files to delete would be more than nice.For the alternatives, they just don’t work. We have tried likes and the new collaborative proofing tools or liking and commenting, but neither options works particularly well than having native Lightroom CC opt
I have all my clients set up as Libraries in my CC, including the colour schemes for their brand. It would be handy if the colour scheme part actually did something – I can pull the brand up, but double clicking on the colour scheme would ideally bring up the hex codes or some other sort of detailed view, so that I can refer to it outside of Adobe products. Currently I have to open up PS, dig up the Library, and select the colour to get the hex code.
Hello! I can’t find dynamic stroke menu in my brush settings. As an example I selected Dirt 1 brush. I remember it was present in the Alpha section of the brush settings. I am using Substance Painter 12.1.0

Adobe has discontinued a number of products over the years: Animate, Dimension, and some others.In our organization, we would like to restrict our user from using these applications, as they create potential support issues and security concerns. For Single App users, we’ve removed the application profiles for these discontinued apps. But the apps remain available for install by our users with the All Apps license. We deploy Creative Cloud as a Self Service package, so our All Apps users have the ability to install every application, even those that have been discontinued. As an administrator, I would like to have greater control over this, at the product profile level, to select/deselect the list of applications that are available to those All Apps users who have been assigned a given product profile. Hi Adobe Support Team,Since July 2nd, I have been encountering a persistent payment error stating, "We couldn't process your payment," even though all my bank cards are legitimate and fully functional.I have already exhausted all possible troubleshooting steps on my end: Tried using different email addresses, networks, and devices. Tried multiple different bank cards. Verified with my bank that all international online transactions are fully enabled. I even went to the bank to open a completely new account and get a brand-new card, but it still resulted in the same error. Attempted to purchase the 1-year prepaid plan instead of the monthly plan, which also failed. I have contacted your support agents multiple times regarding this: I was told to wait 24 hours, but it has been about 3 days with no progress or resolution. Once I perform the basic edits to a photo & then begin to add the various masks for further enhancements, the basic masking panel will open fine. If I try to then create new masks or add, subtract, intersect with on my original mask selection, etc, then the panel that contains these options will not open automatically as in previous versions. My workaround thus far has been to step back, click on the mask icon over & over until the secondary panel finally opens. Once it does finally open, it works fine on that one photo. If I begin to edit additional photos & create masks for those, I then have to repeat this process all over again.
It would be very helpful if additional columns could be added to the Admin Console.Within Groups:When viewing the members of a specific group, it would be beneficial to have a column displaying the product(s) each user is assigned. Currently, you have to open each user's profile individually to determine their assigned products.Within Users:It would also be helpful if the Users view included a column showing the group(s) each user belongs to. This would make it much easier to identify user assignments at a glance without opening individual profiles.Having these additional columns would significantly improve visibility, reduce the number of clicks required to find information, and make user and license management much more efficient.
Getting "There was a problem loading some of the content" error when launching Creative Cloud Desktop. Have tried closing & relaunching, closing, signing out of account and relaunching. No effect.
I’ve designed two ePubs in the last 48 hours with same error. I design them all of the time, so it’s not me. Images are not center aligned though I’ve selected align center layout and even manually added object export custom alignment center to the image with same result of left alignment.Please advise.Thank you.

Avez-vous des pistes de résolution pour cette problématique ? J’ai tenté de supprimer et renvoyer l’invitation, ça ne fonctionne pas plus. Bonjour, J’ai effectué un paiement en me connectant avec le compte mail actuellement associé à ce compte. Hors, quand il a fallu créer un compte adobe, il n’y a pas eu de transfert de la formule annuelle payée au préalable et cela affiche (et dans l’utilisation des logiciels aussi) que je n’ai aucune formule activée. Qui plus est, je n’ai reçu aucun justificatif de paiement à mon adresse mail ou autre. Et pourtant le paiement a bien été effectué (vu avec la banque qui confirme que le montant est parti). C’est comme si temporairement deux comptes adobe avec la même adresse mail ont coexistés et que celui-ci avait écrasé le premier…
So now this is the new normal, and there is SO MUCH GOING WRONG that I can’t even describe how livid I am, that users are paying 80€ for a pack of apps that with each release get more and more unstable and unable to function properly at the most basic levels.For some reason, Photoshop is not accepting clipboard data coming from AI. Not as pixels. not as Smart Object, nothing.Having the layer as Smart Object is obviously fundamental for later edits.Using the latest PS version, on a M4 Imac running Tahoe 26.5.1.Illustrator is also behaving POORLY, but thats a matter for another report.

I have laptop MSI Raider 18 HX AI A2XWIG with Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 285HX, RTX™ 5080 16GB GDDR7. DDR 64GB. These characteristics are higher than recommended, but there is an error that there is not enough video memory. How fix this problem?
