Creative Cloud desktop

Hi,Investigating a outbound data alert 1GB+ uploaded to dump.cr.adobe.comsearching forum for dump.cr.adobe.com and found that it might have somthing to do with CRlogs.But I cannot find any info on why so much data would be uploaded to dump.cr.adobe.comCan we controll our clients so they dont upload CRlogs? Can we turn it of?What info was uploaded?Did tha data leav EU?200 clients we have..Thanx!

I've had 2023 and 2024 both on my Windows desktop. I had some issues the last week and tried some uninstall reinstall steps. Then I left 2023 unistalled while I tried some things with 2024. Now I want to reinstall 2023 but when I go to  "Other Versions"  to install it I don't see anything that says 23. It jumps down from 24.0 to 22.2. Can someone help? Thank you.

Seit ein paar Tagen lassen sich Photoshop und Photoshop Beta auf beiden dafür verwendeten PCs nicht mehr aktualisieren. Die Aktualisierung bricht jedesmal bei 11% ab.Der Hinweis "Installieren sie die Synchronisationskomponente" ist nicht wirklich hilfreich.Fehler #121 soll auf ein Zugriffsproblem auf den Temp-Ordner hindeuten. Ich wüsste nicht, wieso. Ich habe den Zugriff (für den Ordner und alle Unterordner sowie Dateien) für jeden freigegeben. Mein BS: Win 11 Pro bzw. WIn 10 Pro 64bit

hace dias se me esta cargando la actalizacion de la ultima version de ilustrator y saben como pararla y volver a cargarla para que me ande.necesito la actualizacion ya que lo uso en el ipad y en mi ordenador y no me deja seguir los trabajos que hago en el ipad ya que en el ordenador tengo una versio mas vieja 

I'm on Windows 10. I tried opening Creative Cloud, but it is stuck at the "Loading Creative Cloud" screen, and error message saying "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch Creative Cloud or restart your computer and try again" (see picture). I've tried following the link here. So far I've tried:1. Turning off CC and restarting my computer2. Restarting my computer3. Uninstalling and reinstalling CC4. Deleting the OOBE files (except ANEData.db and filesync.db because Windows 10 says CC is using it), restarting computer and running CC5. Updating my PC None of it works. Is there a fix to this?

I have the full Creative Cloud program and have all apops loaded on my machine.  I prefer to use the hard drive cvs the cloud.  Anyway, I cannot click on Acrobat in the dashboard to open the program.  I can click on any other app and it opens immediately.  Acrobat will only open if I click on a saved PDF or open it from the Explorer folder.  Any ideas why this is happening?

Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is not syncing. I receive an error message saying "Unable to sync, install sync component and try again. Recently I had to uninstall and Re-Install all my adobe apps with a new Install Location due to constantly getting the "Scratch Disks Full" option. I got tired of getting that even after always clearing Caches etc so purchased an Lacie SSD. I changed my install apps locations to this SSD to have more space and memory for my projects. I understand that I wont be able to open the applications without the SSD plugged in but is it normal for the Adobe Application logos to turn into a ? everytime i unplug the Lacie? Just wanting some clarification / recieve some understanding. Thanks  

Hello, I had creative cloud installed on my laptop (windows 16GB RAM), but suddenly all adobe apps opened and closed immediately within 2 seconds without any error message. This only happened when it was connected to the internet. I tried a lot of things, nothing worked so I eventually uninstalled all adobe apps and used creative cloud clean up tool to delete everything adobe on my system. After that, I reinstalled CC Desktop but now it doesnt show me any of my earlier desktop apps (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) as apps that I can download. When I try downloading photoshop from the adobe website, it takes me to CC and nothing happens. Have tried everything, really don't know what to do anymore. Could someome please help me with this? Thank you.

Hace algunas semanas cambié de área en mi trabajo, por lo cual la empresa me reasignó mi licencia de Adobe, cabe mencionar que tengo mi mismo usuario y contraseña; sin embargo, los archivos que había guardado en la nube no aparecen. ¿Alguien sabe a dónde me puedo dirigir o cómo puedo recuperar mis archivos? ¡Gracias de antemano! 

Encontrei essa pasta no meu PC com 10GB e minha dúvida é se eu posso apagar isso ou não. Alguém sabe dizer?

The plan in my adobe account is not visible. adobe photoshop and illustrator are not working, I can't use them right now. And I'm losing money. Please help me. I can't use adobe firefly, I can't access the pages. I get a message that says no internet connection even though I have one.

I have Design & Web Premium CS6 installed (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks). I was trying to install a plugin for Photoshop when I realized it is not listed in Creative Cloud. Acrobat, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop Express, Fresco, and Fireworks CS6 are the only apps listed. CC won't let me download the Photoshop or Illustrator plugins because it says I don't have the program. They were all part of the same install. I have signed out of CC, deleted the windows credentials and signed back in. No change. I have enterprise versions of CS6, so I tried logging into CC with work account and with personal account. Both show the same apps. Please help. Thanks!
