I've just noticed Photoshop has disappeared from my installed apps, if I scroll down to all the apps it says 'install' for Photoshop. It is already installed and I still use it but according to Creative Cloud it is not installed?
I am trying to login to the Adobe Creative Cloud application on my PC, and regardless of how many solutions I have tried, I keep getting the Server Disconnection Error. Turning off firewall, flushing dns in CMD, resetting routers and modems, clean and repair tools, all the things they say might be the problem. I have activated a Substance 3D Educational Licence (Substance 3D for Students and Teachers), and tried login into the substance installer, still no luck. I have tried to find somewhere to get live and REAL customer support, but the AI Chatbot wont allow me to due to not having a plan? What else can I do?

Is there any reason why you guys would keep updating to the point where my system is incompatible, and not have the option to download older versions of After Effects that actually work? smh what a stress this has caused.
My system was deprecated by Apple a year and a half after I bought it new in 2019 (on clearance from the Apple store). When the AVX2 extensions came out for Intel processors the Adobe team decided to abandon customers with a lot of investment in hardware.My machine's got 24 threads and 128gb of RAM and I get notices that the new versions of the software are "Not Compatible." I know this. I've got a PC that is compatible with the fastest processor I could buy at the time. My Mac still shows all of these notices.The PointIt would awesome if there was a way to "hide incompatible updates." Maybe when a person starts an Adobe account on an old computer you can let them know that they're a pariah on the gods of tech for not trusting Apple then. Why does Adobe continue to infiltrate and take over our machine with all these extra applications. I just want to run photoshop and lightroom a couple times a month. Why do I need 8 other apps that continutally run in the back ground and continually buggy running with multiple other instances in the background. This is just madness. All of this bloated junk and a premium price just to run 2 apps a couple times a month.

Hi there,I used to have a Photoshop license provided by my employer. Now that I’ve left the company, I’m trying to set things up using my personal Google-linked account. However, for some reason, my account region is set to Russia — which means I can't purchase anything, not even start a free trial.Because of that, I can't even uninstall Photoshop from my PC. There is no "Uninstall" button in the Creative Cloud app (only "Buy" or "Free Trial"), and Photoshop is not listed in the Windows control panel under installed applications. When I try to remove Creative Cloud itself, I get an error saying that some apps still require it — even though I can’t access or remove those apps.On top of all this, I can't change my account region — there's no option in the profile settings, and your chatbot refuses to connect me with a real support agent because I don’t have an active plan (which I can't buy due to the region lock).Are you guys serious?Could you please stop holding my system hostage and l
Trying to upload tiff files to cloud storage, no working. it says Some type of files are not supported!
It has been a few days that when I'm using any Adobe software, there's a time that suddenly my mouse cannot click anywhere else other then the software itself. I can still move it, and change windows and act on them via keyboard (Alt+Tab), but it won't click anywhere! It first happened to After Effects, then Illustrator and now InDesign too. If I close and reopen it solves the issue — until it happens again. It's becoming disturbing! ---I'm on Windows 10, up-to-date, and all Adobe software up-to-date with the latest release as well.
Currently, all administrators get billing emails. Our accountant should not be an admin on our account - following the basic security principle of "least access."Please allow a way to add a billing email that is not an administrator.

There is a newer version of photoshop available but my creative cloud doesn't say I have an update. What do I do? I don't want to install the new one, I want my current version to update.
Adding to the user export log would be helpful for auditing purposes. Logins are also missing in the audit log if no other activity is performed. Thank you.
J'ai essayé de télécharger séparément Creative Cloud et Premiere Pro, les deux ont le même problème : quand je reçois le fichier exécutable pour Windows, quand je les ouvre (j'ai essayé en mode administrateur aussi), ca ne fait rien du tout. J'ai essayé d'utiliser Adobe Cleaner mais ça ne change rien. J'ai également redémarré mon pc. Pourtant sur mon mac, ça fonctionne niquel.Aidez moi svp, ca me soule d'avoir payé pour rien
Please can we have a simple process to switch accounts. ie: I have a work and personal account for AdobeCC on one computer. This is a simle process for other major software companies (eg: Google, MS), and an absolute requirement in the era of digital nomads, and working from home post-COVID. Loooooong overdue feature.

The performance of Creative Cloud for desktop is getting worse and worse with each update. I use Creative Cloud version 6.5.0.348 on Windows 11. It always “chokes” in everyday use. My desktop works normally, even software like Photoshop, Premiere, among others, have worked better than the Creative Cloud suite. I constantly have to deal with alerts such as “this process is taking longer than normal”, but my internet connection is also working normally.
Can't find it anywhere.And no, the arrow keys are NOT working either.And no, I don't have a mouse with a wheel.How am I supposed to operate this without a scroll bar?And why would they ever remove the scroll bar?
Hello, I can't open adobe apps at all. I tried every solution but didn't work. First the apps seem opening but after the interface appears, the app - all apps - shut down itself. I use mac air m1. Hi , My account is not displayed on the creative cloud desktop, and the Adobe fonts I activated through the font web page cannot be used normally. When I tried to open the Creative Cloud from the web page, an error was displayed, but these problems did not occur when I logged in with another account.

Currently, we manage our users in two different consoles because we have two different license agreements—one for staff and one for education. For staff, we federate them and then assign a staff license. For K12 users, we add them manually as an adobe account and then assign a license from the K12. It would be much easier if we could federate all users under one domain and, when selecting a product, have an option to assign a license from the correct contract (staff or education). so the option to add is after clicking on add a product you get a list of licenses and then choose the right one. not sure how many have the same issue as we have but hopefully it will bre implemented in future updates
