Creative Cloud desktop

I have the full creative cloud package, which includes acrobat Pro. I see that it's in my package, but if I install it, the regular acrobat is installed on my computer. I've tried everything that's recommended, uninstall-reinstall, account disconnection etc. Nothing works. I'm on a Mac and my Mac is up to date. I just updated cc and all my files were not loading and cc was sluggish. I contracted help on Adobe and they said nothing about the system wasn't working on their end. I found out by looking on the interent to see if they had outages, and yes, a lot, on and off. The person I talked to said nothing about it. I finally got it working but slow as hell and not again, all my images are gone again!

Ok i only get 250 credits with my photoshop plan, which is too little so i have to get another plan for 2000 credits. do these new credits add to my photoshop plan so i get 2250 cridts a month or do my photoshop credits just dissappear and i do not get what i pay for? also do these credits count when you tell me you cannot generate something due to your censorship? if they do, and you stop me is this not steallling my money because i pay for a service and you stop me because of your censorship. i want to change womens clothes color thats it and i get censored, i want to change a short dress to a long one and i get censored, yet you will count and take credits for what you think is wrong when it is not? sounds like a good scam to me. let me know thanks. 

I'm starting to getting angry/irritating, my ACCD (Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop) always gets damaged and removed everytime i starting/logging in to my PC. I have to download the install file and even the download file getting removed when i've logging in somehow too.  So i have to re-download everytime. PC Spec:Windows 11 Proi5-12600k32GBRTX 2080.

New challenge. yesterday CC alerted me that Lightroom (cloud) had an update, so opened CC and noticed that Lightroom Classic was not listed and showed an Install button. Weird, as I use Classic daily and has been showing up in the apps list for years. After fiddling around trying to see what was going on, I went ahead and clicked the Install button to see what happens. Incidentally, the version in /Applications was at 14.1.1, so a few updates old. I don't have auto updates turned on for LR or PS. Anyway, it installed it NOT in /Applications, which is where all the other Adobe apps load and is according to the preferences in CC, but in the invisible /Volumes directory. It creates a folder: Mobile Photo Mechanic, which from my recollection, used to be one of my external hard drives I would take when on locations, and keep Adobe apps installed there due to the limited storage capacity in the Macbook Air I would be using). I installed the Adobe Creative cloud App on my Adobe M1 Max Studio, its currently running the latest OS - macOS Sequoia 15.5. I am stuck on this screen and it keeps spinning, i cannot perform any actions from here on. I cannot install any updates. I tried all the possible ways - uninstalling and reinstalling, Removing all the Adobe Apps via the Creative cloud cleaner app, Repairing the creative cloud all.  I am so frustrated that i cannot get any phone support. I am paying money for the software but such a trashy support from Adobe .... 

Hey everyone!I’m having an issue with Adobe apps – I keep getting an error (screenshot attached), and while the apps themselves open and work, the AI features aren’t available and nothing seems to be connected to Adobe properly.It says it can’t reach Adobe servers, and I’m guessing that’s why AI tools aren’t working.Tried some basic fixes but still stuck.If anyone’s experienced this before or found a solution, I’d be super grateful for any help 🙏

So habe ich das die letzten Jahre auch immer gemacht und ich konnte auch sofort mit den Programmen arbeiten. Nun ist es so dass ich mich in keinem Programm einloggen kann und im Creative Cloud Manager steht "Die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein".Weiß jemand woran das liegt und was ich tun kann?
