I am subscribing to this, but I can't get Photoshop or Lightroom to update. They constantly give me "error 145". I went to this page (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html?trackingid=CZY71YK2&product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=6.1.0.587&mv=product&mv2=accc#error145) and it tells me to view the error log, find the problem file, and delete it. But on my Mac, I am not given the option to view the error log, only to retry. How do I find this problem file?
Hello Adobe i am suffering from characters desinging Once i create a characters and convert to symbol for use others time but when i use that character and trying to modify so i am suffering from modifying then i create that characters one more time for my new animation and then modifing according to my requirment so i m requesting fix this problem.if you are giving an option convert to symbols so provide us option convert to shape from symbol it will be more useful for animation cause nobody would like to recreate same character for his new animtion if provide the option of modification. we want for this modification for makes useful animation.convert to symbol from shape.convert to shape from symbol.
Good day!I had the following situation: two versions of After Effects (23 and 24) were installed on the computer. Today I decided to delete one of them (After Effects 23). When deleting from Creative Cloud, the record that I have Affter Effects installed on my computer disappeared. The program itself works, but as I understand it, because it is not displayed in the Creative Cloud, it will not be updated...Please tell me how to show the Creative Cloud that I have in After Effects?

Hey there! My Creative Cloud Desktop App is not opening, thus I can't update my programms and unstall old ones.I tried redownloading it but it says I'd have a programme open, but that is not the case. I can't deinstall it either. Somebody please help, I have a dead line coming up and the chat bot is really unhelpful and is not connecting me to a real person.
Folders (included different kinds of files) can be uploaded in Cloud documents not only files.

As the title says, new to CC Desktop. Installed and works. Set preferences. Installed Bridge to test before buying a Photography Subscription. I get an awful lot of temps files and folders. I thought I had read the Adobe CC only checks for Genuine Software infrequently. The Scheduled Task in windows shows every 6 hours. But I get things much more often. I have paused syning as I do not use the cloud. Would prefer to disable rather than pause. Some of the files are from CoreSync. Not all of the are the same. DO note names and timestamps. Let's share a few images. Would appreciate learning what is wrong and how to either minimize these or have a way the unused are automatically deleted. I am very savvy so get technical if needed. Hello.I had uploaded fonts (2400+) on cCloud because these fonts took time to load every time I turned on my computer. I set the "download family" option next to the font to 2400. I did this hoping that it wouldn't take time for the fonts to arrive every time I turned on my computer (I think the Turkish expressions in the description were wrong, so I made this mistake), but I realized that now every time I turn on my computer, these fonts are reloaded to the Windows fonts section. This causes my computer to run noisy every time it starts up. What I want to do now is to prevent these installations from being installed on my computer over and over again every time I start up. I want the "download family" section in Ccloud to come back. but I want to continue using these fonts. I hope I was able to explain the problem.
Logging into Adobe must be the worst login experience out there. Why (cursing removed) can it not remember my email or even better, ask me for a code from my authenticator straight away? Don't even get me started on logging into frame.io.
It's impossible for me to install Creative Cloud, indesign, etc. When trying to install the app, the error 214 is showing everytime. I tried to make space on my discs (+200go), tried to install without. antivirus, etc. (I do not have Kaspersky). And even tried to empty the TEMP folder but none of these solution helped me. Does anyone have an idea to solve this? (I also reached the Adobe support but It wasn't helpful either).Thanks in advance: 🙂
Good Day,I have been struggling with a bug that shows duplicate folders when saving a project to Adobe Creative Cloud. However, everything looks normal if you go to the exact location in "Your Files". This image shows that this directory only has 3 folders: Concepts, Print Files, and Print Files Scaled. However, when I want to save a project to this directory using the "Save As" function, it shows multiple duplicate Concepts folders. Because Creative Cloud "File Sync" is being discontinued, I am moving all my files to "Your Files", and I have had this happen multiple times. The only way to fix it is to close all the Adobe apps and relaunch everything. It has occurred when I used "Save As" in both Illustrator and Photoshop. Although this bug is not system-breaking critical as it does not seem to actually duplicate the folders, it does make navigating the files quite tricky, resulting in mistakes happening and a slower pace of work. Is it possible to force my machine / creative cloud to use the browser (because the browser 100% of the time remembers my email adress, saving me having to re-type it every time) instead of CC desktop App to log in to use my software? This just happened on my laptop (used the browser) but unsure how to force this method, if possible. best regardsAlex

It would be very appreciated if Adobe would address the many CVE and APSB bulletins by having some consistency. 1. Use MSP patches when possible rather than requiring uninstalling old version and installing new version. 2. If there is no patch option and installing the latest version is the only option then please have the new version automatically upgrade the old version. From an administrative perspective, it is very inconvenient and causes more overhead when the old version (with the APSB bulletin) does not get automatically updated or removed when the new version installs when there are hundreds of computers and you have to automate the process. 3. Also please improve the quality of uninstalling Creative Cloud products. There are too many incidences with Offline versions where they will not uninstall clean from Add Remove Programs in Windows and then the new version will not install. I can´t use my adobe programs anymore, when I log into my account it tells me that I need to purchase the adobe creative cloud abo. What I did years ago... so I have not ended my subscription or anything. Usually it continues automatically if you don´t cancel it... so is it a current problem that moreusers are having or whats wrong with it?And yes I restarted my mac book, logged in and out already... etc.Let me know! I have PS Beta (25.5) on the computer, yet i the Creatice Cloud Desktop app I do not see it listed as an installed app, should it be?

I am fed up with apps breaking overnight!! InDesign is the latest one. My 2020 i5 Macbook Pro, Monterey 12.7.2. Yesterday, it was fine. Updated to InDesign 19.1 and it's unusable! Contextual menus no longer work as they should (appear 2 seconds after clicking and then the menu is inaccessible), the only menu item at the top of the screen that is accessible is the 'InDesign' menu, next to the Apple menu - all of the others do NOTHING - and that's if I get as far as actually being able to get to my artwork, often it just beachballs! COME ON! I'm paying shedloads a month for this and I can't stand to have to deal with this level of detriment to my productivity in this way! If I didn't have a secondary Mac, I would be screwed!
Please help someone with knowledge. I have not been able to install creative cloud for 4 months. So, I have not been able to benefit sufficiently from the Adobe products that I have paid for for 4 months. When I ask for help, I am contacted via IVR in an unethical manner, and in a language I do not know well. I couldn't find a sufficient help video on the Internet to fix this problem. Why isn't this thing called Creative Cloud installed? Moreover, why doesn't it give any warning about not loading? I'm starting to feel really bad. The same things keep happening over and over again. Hello, we are using Windows Server 2019 (datacenter) for our needs. The last supported creative cloud version on that OS is v5.5.0.617. Despite being included in my plan, when I launch Premiere / Media Encoder from the creative cloud, it fails with the error "Sorry this product doesn't seem to be licensed". If I use the same account on a different OS (Mac/Windows) with Creative Cloud version v.6.1.0.587, both Media Encoder and Premiere work fine. This account used to work on Windows Server 2019 (with v5.5 creative cloud) up until 01/16. We are looking for immediate assistance and guidance to ensure we can launch Premiere and Media Encoder from creative cloud (v5.5.0.617) as we have a valid license. Kindly advice. Aditya Ippili.
