Wir haben Probleme mit unserem Adobe CC Account. Der Telefonsupport konnte uns schon mehrmals nicht helfen.Folgendes Problem:Nachdem Jahreswechsel waren wir von der CreativeCloud abgemeldet.Beim Versuch uns neu anzumelden mussten wir feststellen, daß das Passwort nicht mehr präsent war (die CC Bestellung lief 2023 telefonisch ab!). Wir hatten nun versucht das Passwort zurückzusetzen. Der Code auf die Mail kam an.Im nächsten Schritt sollte ein Code aufs Handy kommen, aber dieser kommt nie an, obwohl der SMS Empfang bei dieser Handynummer sonst einwandfrei funktioniert! Könnte es sein, daß diese SMS mit dem Verifizierungscode nicht aus Deutschland kommt? Wenn ja, müsste die hinterlegte Handynummer in 0049 und ohne die Null geändert werden? Der Support kann aber angeblich nicht die angegeben Handy-Nr. ändern! Oder gibt es eine Art Blockierung der Handynummer?Wir können die gesamten Adobe-Programme nicht nutzen und damit wäre das Cloud-Abo nutzlos!Was könnte man noch tun???
When I try to log into Creative Cloud, it does so for about 30 seconds, then the error pops up: "Something went wrong, please refresh the Creative Cloud app to continue" and when I click refresh it just logs me out and the cycle repeats. Similarly, when I try to use an app (Audition) it asks me to log in and I so I do, but then it says "Are you sure you're connected to the internet?" and the following:We can’t verify your subscription status.We can’t reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. I chatted into customer service and they replied: Anyone have a similar issue or know how to fix this? Thank you!
tenho que mudar os meus programas de drive do C para D, tenho que desinstalar e instalar novamente? Como proceder, não quero candelar a conta, apenas trocar de drive.
Desde hace unos meses al instalar el programa en el nuevo ordenador tengo un problema. Según instalo photoshop me va sin problemas, pero a los dos o tres días, cuando quiero abrir un proyecto o empezar uno nuevo, el programa no responde. No saltan errores ni nada, simplemente no hace nada. El ordenador es bastante bueno y según el programa tengo todo actualizado y sin probelmas. La solución que tengo de momento es desinstalar y volver a instalar, pero claro, esto está bien cuando tengo conexión, cuando no tengo me deja tirado. Que puedo hacer para solucionarlo?

My Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop is version 6.1.0.587. I am using Windows 11, OS build 22621.2861. I use a Samsung 980 PRO nvme ssd as my boot drive as well as the drive where I have creative cloud programs. I have Creative Cloud Desktop and all of the Adobe Applications I use already downloaded to the Samsung 980 PRO. I recently picked up another Samsung NVME SSD so I decided to change the labels on the drives to distinguish which one was which. Up to this point, my drives have all had no label. I went into System > Storage > Disks & Volumes, and after I changed the label on the Samsung 980 PRO, I was suddenly unable to sign into Creative Cloud Desktop. I had a technical support agent assist me about one day ago, and he remotely fixed my Creative Cloud Desktop application by changing folder names with .old attached to the ends, and then following that up with the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Once he completed these things, I was able to sign in with
Hi everyone, I have one issue to resolve.I replaced some components to my computer and to do more cleaning I decided to format the hard drives I already had.I moved some of the apps and software I already had to an external hard drive in order to avoid to install again them and save timeNow I moved them to one of the previous hard drive where I installed again Windows 11.I also installed again the Adobe Creative Cloud app in order to have all Adobe apps in one place and be able to update, uninstall and reinstall them quickly and easily.I tried to locate the install location thinking Adobe Creative Cloud find all the app I previously install and allow me to manage them from there but it is not happened. I only can dowload them again.How can I locate all the apps and being able to manage them from there?I hope having explained myself good and thanks a lot in advance
Creative Cloud keeps throwing up error messages. "Creative Cloud is needed to solve this problem... is missing or damaged" and gives me the option to "repair" the installation.Repairing the CC installation hangs at 90% each and every time, it won't let me uninstall CC, and therefore I can't seem to uninstall any other adobe products.My machine works much better when I remove CC from the start up options. However, even after a fresh reboot, the error message continues to pop up. (Even if I haven't opened any adobe software at all.)Right now I have a deadline. I don't want to deal with Adobe. At all. (Thankfully I don't need to, as far as my work goes.) How I make all of this GO AWAY as quickly as possible? (At least until next week. Maybe forever.)P.S. - it's awfully difficult to figure out:1) that you need to select a specific topic before you can actually post anything and2) to find the correct topic in which to post.
We'd like to enable InDesign Publish features for some people in our team, but we don't want to turn on external sharing for all users. Currently this is not possible because sharing settinsg are only global. We'd like to control exactly who can and cannot share data and exactly what data is shared. We'd also like to be able to set expiration dates on shared data as well as add password protection. Until these controls are added, we cannot use InDesign Publish.
Hi everyone, I recently downloaded Creative Cloud to use in my course, but every time I start an application, Photoshop, Illustrator and all the others, an error 205 is shown, I've seen several videos on how to solve it, I logged out of the account and I logged in again, uninstalled the programs and installed them again, turned off the anti-virus and nothing solved it, honestly I don't know what to do anymore... could someone help me please?
hi, i have a problem with the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, it can't count the cloud storage amount and shows ((getting storage information ...) for a long time and it doesn't change, also sometimes the ((libraries sync error )) occurs, also I don't have access to ((your files)) and ((shared with you)), also the fresco doesn't work and also the AI options don't work in photoshop and illustrator what's the problem? thank you
Hi, I'm a student and I have the student plan of Creative Cloud. At school, I learn the app by CS6 but I can only download CC version of the app, and they don't have the same layouts and menus. In short, I need to download CS6 but I couldn't figure out how. PS: I never had Indesign CS6 installed on my computer. And I don't have a serial number somehow. If you know anything that might be helpful, don't hold back any information anything is useful at this point.

Ok.First of all i love the cloud, its so great to be able to just login to any computer and have all my files there. But, and there is big BUT here.The non exporting of files to other accounts is just rediculus. Im now working on a new company and changing to a new account subscription with a new login. The process of just transfering my files from that account to this new one by going sideways and creating a new account in the old company and then delete the user to be able to share the files to the new account and then wait 8 hours to get an email with some really REALLY slow download links to donwload all zipfiles (80GB).The folder structure is there in the zipfiles but now with the help of your support who even tryed with remote desktop to upload the folders to the new account and it didnt work. No the solution is to manually create the folder structure again and thenupload all files one by one to the manually created folders.. Cmon.. Adobe.. its 2024, and even if it was

How can I disable those annoying how-to pop-ups that randomly appear in my workspace???
I don't know about others in the Adobe community but I find it extremely annoying that Creative Cloud cannot open anything while I have my VPN operating. It tells me that I am not connected to the Internet when I know that I am and can demonstrate that I am. I have to close my VPN in order to open my Adobe apps. In fact, it is just plain annoying that I have to be connected to the Internet before I can open any of my subscribed apps at all. Other apps can do it, why not Adobe apps. I am sure it would only take a little extra work on Creative Cloud code to do it.
Hello, I uninstalled the Substance 3D painter a while ago but I keep receiving the notification on the Creative Cloud wherever i want to remove or keep the preferences. My problem is that even when I don't have the app on it pops out multiple times when I'm working or doing anything on my laptop. I tried to install it again and just keep it there but the problem continues the same. Thank you so much!
It would be appreciated if Adobe informed of the existence of a new version in any of its programs before starting the update automatically. It is very annoying to open, for example, Photoshop and have to wait for the manager to finish the update process. A simple "ask next time" would be ideal.As other programs already do 😞
Hi,I'm curious if anyone else finds it as annoying as I do that we can't receive our Adobe monthly invoices directly in our email inboxes. Virtually every other company or business sends their invoices to our emails, allowing us to quickly download them to our invoices folder and be done with it in seconds.With Adobe, however, I have to remember to log in to their website and locate the invoices for download. Not to mention, after perusing some of the complaints in this forum, it appears that some users struggle to locate all their invoices, often finding only the initial purchase or order because it's hidden behind the "all invoices" button.I don't care if by default it won't be by email, but please make the option available.

If you move selected images from an existing library and want to create a new library for this purpose, this newly created library does not appear immediately. You must first cancel the process and then reopen the dialog box for moving files. Only then will the newly created library appear and you can move the selected files into it.
