I'm not sure how but one of my CC libraries has been deleted. I went to restore the library but when i clicked restore, i get a red notification saying Could not restore item. Does anyone know how to fix this. It has a ton of mogrt assets on there that should never have been deleted. Any help would be most appreciated!
Lately, my Adobe app has been unable to connect to my library. It says 'Library error,' and it continues to consume data. It took 20 GB of data from my wifi, and is a problem.
This has been a known problem for a while—I'm seeing posts from at least 2020 with this issue. I try to have my designers keep an eye out for our logos, and we will typically pull a fresh vector from the OG file. But how can I hand over logo files to an Express user who doesn't have the eye to notice a problem when the libraries are still distorting vector files? This is not at all acceptable. Fix the Creative Cloud Libraries!
Hello! Last week, my CC desktop app crashed, and when restored, the option to pause/restart library sync had disappeared. Will this option be coming back? Our marketing department uses it often to resolve sync errors across our team. For example, if someone has loaded assets but others can't yet see them, we can toggle the sync option on/off and resolve the issue quickly and without disrupting any work inside of our Adobe programs. Now, I'm assuming we would have to completely log out of Creative Cloud in order to force a sync? Thank you for any help or insight here!
Hallo,Mein Abo für Premiere Pro Paket war abgelaufen und ich hatte über Adobe Stock noch einen Gutschein Code, den ich dann auch erfolgreich direkt über Adobe Stock aktiviert habe. Leider steht nun immer noch in meinen Konto, dass die Zahlungsweise fehlt und dadurch kann ich die Programme nicht nutzen.Auch ein neues Abo durch den Code kann ich nicht sehen.Was kann ich tun? Wenn ich den Code nochmal eingeben will, dann wird mir mitgeteilt, dass dieser Code schon eingelöst worden ist. Ich würde mich sehr über Hilfe freuen. Liebe Grüße Anna
Hi, I've been having issues with my Creative Cloud as it can't sync the library and get an error code 118. It also said that my PC appeared offline but my wifi connection is stable, tried using other connection too but still doesn't work. I tried uninstall and reinstalling it but the issue persists. Also tried to do something with the firewall and stuffs, but still doesn't work. Is there any other methods I can try to fix it? Thank you.
Hello everyone!I'm pretty desperate for some help. I hope you can help me out.______I'm not able to sync in the Creative Cloud. The errorcode is 198. And it says to install synchronisation component. I tried - I'm using a macbook- I did a total uninstall and a reinstall- I tried logging in and off, and logging in with a different account. Same problem occurs- I tried this suggested fix : https://helpx.adobe.com/nl/creative-cloud/kb/fix-creative-cloud-error-131.html- I disabled the firewall, I allowed all adobe-related elements in Settings> Security & Privacy I'm very eager to hear from you and try your suggestions.
What it says in the title. I bought the Behance subscription and even received the email confirming but any time i hit "publish" on my website it just prompts me to pay again. refreshed browser opened new windows different browser all the same result. Went to payment website again, told me i did in fact already pay for this. so why won't it let me publish my website? further, this is a website i paid to have up for 5 months and recently renewed, so it's not a problem with my website.

Dear all This appears most of the time when i want to update my portfolio 1) Ireset a lightroom page 2) After the reset the photos are not displayed 3) and this is coming from the CDN that is overloaded And even if i dont update the site the site is not uploading well Tested on chrome PC but also Andoid.

I get this error everytime I try to Upload jpg, png, and webp through this website (psd,ai work):https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents But if I go to this part of the website it works with any file:https://assets.adobe.com/files I'm curious what the difference is between the two. I can go to another computer login and access both links and download files. Using this service primarly as a backup tool or switching from my personal to my work station. I just don't want to upload all my files and something change in the future or lose my data.
I am uploading Motion Graphics Templates to my team on Creative Cloud. We are having issues with members of my team seeing the updated library. It's been an ongoing issue. It can be sometimes be resolved by members restarting and relogging in to Creative Cloud, but lately even that is not working. I recently just updated a file and right now I am the only one seeing it. Members are on different versions of After Effect and Premiere (2023 to 2025). Any resolution to this? Is there an admin that can go into my Libraries folder and resync everyone?
I see in 2020 there was overwhelming support for selective sync on Libraries to avoid them taking up too much local drive space: https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/selective-sync-for-cc-libraries-request/m-p/11339630#M15285 ...yet to my knowledge this still hasn't been implemented? If not, why not? It seems like such a no-brainer as a feature request? If assets are in the cloud anyway, why must we lose local storage as well for things we don't need most of the time?
Hi, I have photoshop/lightroom creative cloud but I only use it occasionally.I have noticed that the software installs and runs many services and background porocesses, I would like to know how to disable these as they are numerous and I do not wish to have them permanently active for software that is only used once a month. For example I do not want update services, genuine software verification, helper services etc active on what is primarily a gaming machine where additional processes are highly undesirable. Of course I know how to disable these services through management of windows services however this then requires me to manually go through this process every time I open and close the software. Is there a more suitable and less brute force method of disabling the masses of adobe processes that clog up my machine?I do not find it acceptable to have anything from 5 to 15 background processes running for software that is not currently in use, regardless of how many percieved b
I found information stating that only certain documents are not supported for personal accounts. However, on my computer, I can’t even log in to Adobe Creative Cloud—it keeps showing that personal accounts are not supported and asks me to sign in with a company or school account. I thought it might be broken, so I followed the official troubleshooting steps, but that didn’t help. Then I used the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove everything and reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. After signing in, it got stuck on the "Initializing" screen, and a few seconds later, the window just disappeared. I also tried reinstalling using methods shared by others, but the issue remains the same. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with my account or something else, but I’m currently using the free trial. I hope to find out what’s causing the issue.
Hi EveryoneI chose the one-year plan.monthly payment,used from AugustSince September, every time I log into the software, it will ask me to update the payment method.I contacted customer service, and they said they had received the payment and asked me to continue using the software.However, every time I log in, it still says that I need to update my payment method, and my membership page also shows that there is a problem with the bill.but I receive electronic invoices every month.However, on October 10, I received an email stating that my subscription had been suspended due to payment failure.Now I can't log in, it asks me to choose a subscription plan I contacted the credit card company and they said the charge was successful.Now I can only wait for customer service to work and call to ask.Or are there other ways to report and solve the problem? Hi Adobe, My ability to send messages on Behance has been disabled for more than a week now. I have raised multiple support ticket, but I have heard no response. I have tried every possible way to contact you. This is really annoying since I have active clients messaging me for services. I am a Behance Pro member. What is the point of even paying the extra amount when you cannot even give proper support. This is very frustrating!
I have searched both on here and Google but couldn't find anything that 100% matches. If I have a Portfolio built using my work account [so my work email address], which is an Adobe for Teams/business account - and I'm due to leave this job and sign up to my own personal CC subcription, using my personal gmail email - can I migrate the site to that new subscription/Adobe ID? Hopefully that's a strightforward question. I have read a few thing on the Adobe site and it mentions business to personal can be done, but that they ID's [or emails] have to be linked?! In my case, I want to migate from one subscription/account/ID to a totally independent one!! Thanks.
So i deactivated & removed the entire collection on mz old PC, and have installed the master collection cs6 on mz brand new windows 11 pro PC.Installed via the CDs fine except 2 MAJOR problems ...- During the installation, it starts to complain about PxHIpa64.sys (which you installed) and upon reboot it broke my pc. AKA wouldn´t boot into windows stuck in a windows repair loop!!!Took a few hours to get pc back up and running by renaming the file via safemode. - Now problem 2 I cannot access anything to do with adobe login on that pc. Which means I cannot validate the software. I´ve tried multiple browsers / cleared caches / disabled any blocking software and all fail when you try and access any part of the adobe auth services:Site cant be reached ERR_Address_Invalidetc... I´ve even tried to run the "offline version" of the auth tool, and guess what, it links online version, exactly the same as above. It generates the code, but I cannot access adobe to get t

Thanks!" **WORKAROUND BELOW**After choosing the MARTA theme, you 'll find you cannot edit the navigation text properties.I went to SITE WIDE > BACKGROUND, COLORS & FONTS > Choose DARK THEMEThen go back to SITE WIDE > NAVIGATION > PAGE TITLES > REGULAR (Drop Down Menu) > ROLL OVERAnd there you have it. I almost chose a different theme because I was so disappointed with this specific limitation.I hope this helps someone out there.
Is there a way to add a full-width horizontal line between sections on a portfolio page? This seems like it should be one of the content options that appears with the "+" button but it is not.
After migrating from an intel iMac to a new M1 iMac, I had the spinning/never loading fonts issue in the Font section of the Creative Cloud app. I tried using the web version of Adobe's font management to deactivate all fonts. (That didn't solve it, but I mention it in case it's part of the solution.) What eventually solved it was going and getting Adobe's Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.htmland removing old versions of Adobe programmes. (Turns out there were some remnants going as far back as Creative Suite 4!). I had the luxury of not worrying about losing older versions because they're still on the Intel iMac, but if you're wanting to keep more recent ones, you *may* only need to delete the much older versions.For instance, Illustrator 2021 is glacial on the Intel but 2020 is good, so I was mostly working in 2020, hoping that at some point 2021 would get an update that would make it less of a dog.
