Boa tarde!Minha conta era vinculada com a associação da minha faculdade, na Adobe. Agora que não estou mais estudando lá, e descobri que a associação expirou, meu Behance, todos os arquivos na CC sumiram como se a conta fosse nova (e diz que é)... Meu perfil no Behance original é: https://www.behance.net/guillbrko que essa conta "nova" criou é: https://www.behance.net/guillergomesd Não faço ideia o que eu preciso fazer pra voltar o que era... Estou meio desesperado porque tenho trabalhos muito importantes postados lá e arquivos no meu CC que eu não poderia perder... Tenho certeza que essa conta ainda está no banco de dados simplesmente pelo fato que ela ainda é acessável, há algo que possam fazer...? Muito obrigado desde já!!! 

Hi! We always upload large files via assets.adobe.com to Creative Cloud. (Browser, Drag&Drop)Since yesterday, Creative Cloud seems to have a 10MB-Limit. Before, 100MB and more was not an issue.Now, I can only upload files with 10.485.760 bytes or less.When I add one more byte (to filesize 10.485.761), the upload fails with "Das medienelement konnte nicht hochgeladen werden".(The media item could not be uploaded) I also tested Chrome, FF and Edge - same result. Can anyone confirm that exactly 10.485.760 bytes is the current filesize limit?(Upload via Browser) @Adobe: Why did that change?

An employee is left the company and I made an other employee owner of the cclibc files. Download link retrieved and files downloaded. But from the 4 files, 2 works, but the other 2 fails the upload givine an error message the file is corrupt. The file is 6kb large, but should be 600Mb.  Can someone helkp me solving this issue?

I have a portfolio posted to Adobe Portfolio. I received a request for some work. Can I respond back through Adobe Portfolio and not use my personal email address? PS. The form made me choose a typic which did not pertain to this question.

Hi, I can't find an answer to this anywhere but where do I add a social icon for example for instagram in my navigation bar in adobe portfolio. I have turned on the "social" icon but I just can't see it. If I add a social icon on a regular page it shows up, but not in the navigation.. why?  I would like to have them as below, in the right top corner.   

I am having an issue where my portolio is being given a "mssing" route when I try accessing it via Google. Meaning, if I use the Adobe url (https://dkeanecda4.myportfolio.com/) I can access the site. However, when I got through Google I get routed to https://portfolio.adobe.com/missing. The site was published and the subscription is active so I do not know what is happening.

Can someone guide me on how should I move to this new account without losing the stuff located in my personal ACC?Thanks

When I deactivate my app on one computer, and reactivate it. Will my work be ok be? Will it connect back to  the app once I activate it on that one computer?

I am having problems updating the CCD. Error 1004.  

I have been using Adobe Spark for several years and switched to Creative Cloud Express in 2022. 90 percent of my projects have just disappeared from Creative Cloud Express. My custom templates,logos,images and Social media campaigns are all gone. there are a few files in the Deleted folder but I did not put them there nor can I restore them. Libraries still have familiar assets. I have had very few problems with this app in the years I have been using it. I have 40 years experience with Adobe products. Can you help:1. Restore my files and projects?2. Describe a back up proceedure so I can save my editable files on my desktop or removeable media as a hedge against future content losses?Thanks

Hello,i've been a behace member since 2009,i recently got a problem with me behance account,Many of my projects (latest one's) became private and when i try to edit them an error appears. I can no more publish new projects and other behance members cant see my profile anymore as a page showing "Oops! We can’t find that page." appears. I've seen other community posts where users got similar problem as their account was mistook for a spam account. Can anyone provide help on this matter? i tried to contact Behance and got no reply yet.

See screenshot below:4 instances of CEF Helper2 instances of Collaboration Syncronizer2 different versions of "Genuine Software" serviceSeparate updaters for CC and Acrobat All of these are always running, even with no Adobe apps launched since last reboot. Is this the same for all users, or am I having a problem specific to my installation?If the latter, is there a way to fix it? I understand that the old fragmented Adobe environment is incrementally consolidating under the CC framework (ie, Acrobat is still barely integrated), but I wonder if it's littering these always-on services as it goes. None of the background exe's are putting noticable drag on the system at the moment, but I'd like to clean up if that's an option.

J'ai installé ma licence Creative Cloud sur mon pc professionnel. Je paye une licence pour particulier, je me suis simplement connecté avec une deuxième adresse mail. Ma question : Comment je désactive ma licence adobe sur mon pc professionnel pour qu'elle ne soit plus accessible ? Car je rends l'ordinateur. Mais je veux évidemment garder ma licence sur mon pc personnel. Merci !

I have 4 instances of Adobe CEF Helper running all the time.  Each using a different amount of memory. CPU usage goes from 48% down to Zero and then fluctuates up and down.  Ending the process works for 5 seconds, then they start up again.  Creative Cloud is running in the background, because I lose all my Adobe fonts if it's not, but no other Adobe programs are active.  There are many Adobe processes running:Adobe DesktopAdobeIPCBrokerAdobeUpdateServiceCoreSyncCCLibraryCreative Cloud HelperCreativeCloudWhy do so many of these processes need to run when nothing is active.  I can understand how the process will start when I run Photoshop or Dreamweaver, but why don't they close when the program closes.  These processes eat more memory than all the others that are running.  Adobe Desktop eats 265,000 k.  Just one instance of CEF Helper eats 116,000 k the other 3 eat 201,000k  combined. Google searches show many posts but few solutions.  O

Hi all,I have a question about one adobe sibscription and two domain / websites. I am owner for below account - JACEK. As we are on very small budget I decide to use Adobe Portfolio for two websites. I created two websites and both have separate domains. It's working correct but there is some issue. When you will search for my girlfriend you will find her website, but there also in description appear my name - please see attached. Is it possible to chnage for her name? Or it cannot be because I am ovner? Thank you

How do I download folders from browser without syncing everything into computer?I can only download files and not folders. There must be solution. Otherwise it will be like:So if I have folder structure with 100 MB files and I have 1000 GB storage that is mostly full. And I want to get this 100 MB to other computer then I have to sync 1000 GB to harddrive?

Creative Cloud deleted everything after school subscription ended, in the past I haven't had this issue when the subscription ended at the end of the year but this time it deleted everything apart from 1 photoshop project. I've seen people talk about a grace period but I never saw or got notified about this and my creative cloud stored all of my school work that I require for a portfolio 

I would like to access the files from my previous Adobe ID and port those files over to my re-newed account that I subcribed to with a different email address, thus a different Adobe ID.

Are there any staff members that can clarify this issue? I personally do not believe based on reading the help page above that this is the case (because I'm pretty sure this has been part of the CC suite terms since its inception), but I would like clarification. As an artist, I do not want to opt in if this is related to AI art in any way. Thank you.
