I registered my Seagate 8TB Backup Plus USB hard drive on 13 March 2021 but did not register for the Adobe Creative Cloud offer at that time. I'd like to do that now. How can I do it?Thanks! Roy.

I have an internet connection, and my account has full access to Adobe apps. I've tried downloading directly from the web and it tries to open creative cloud to download, but I'm getting this error. Reloading doesn't help.

Hi Community,I get error message "File preview not available now, please try later".Published files folder contains dimension 3D files.Published links are empty, no link is copied.As preview is not really important, I miss the published links to those files badly.Please helpThanksHans

Even though I have my preferences set to Auto-update for all installed programs, Creative Cloud still flags me to update manually. Auto-update will not work. FYI, MacOS Monterey v. 12.5. Also, while one of my programs has plugins that may conflict (Ai), most do not. Please let me know a fix for this, if known. Thanks.

My local storage is getting full and the solution I came up with is to move the CC Files folder to my external SSD. But when I try it, CC gives me this message: Anyone can give me some light with this predicament? Appreciate it! 

hi, there so this has been a recurring problem for months for me (don't know if this has happened to anyone else personally) but in my windows control panel, I see that I have installed previous versions of applications such as photoshop/illustration/ and animate and mind you I have fully uninstalled each app in the creative cloud app where all the apps are but yet they still appear on my control panel and when I go in to fully remove them I always get this pop-up. I don't know what to do and I don't know if others have experienced this too when trying to get rid of unnecessary apps to clear space on a computer.

I have a Creative Cloud folder on my local computer (Sync Folder). It syncs with... the Sync Folder, across my computers.I have a "Creative Cloud" folder within the Creative Cloud app. I cannot find it on my computer anywhere but within the Creative Cloud app, or when I'm prompted to save something to it, or open it.When I save an Illustrator file locally, it's in the Sync folder, as.ai.When I save an Illustrator file to the "Creative Cloud Creative Cloud", it's .aic.If I want to place a file from the "non-local" creative cloud, I can't find it in any menu. What's the purpose of the Sync Folder?What's the purpose of the Creative Cloud folder?After some searching around, I'm at a loss. Can someone please explain how this is set up and supposed to work?

No matter what I try my cloud storage will not enable sync. I'm not able to restart, resume or pause the process, I'm only given a static restart symbol which whenever I press gives me a "Error Enabling Sync" windows message.

I disabled all fonts sync, updates, notifications etc in adobe creative cloud. still 13 processes running accoring to Activity monitor. I even purchased an app to disable startup, but still Adobe is running in the background without using any Adobe app as many Adobe processes I kill a few others appears within minutes, and it's becoming more like a virus than graphic design software. Why? I am paying $600 a year. I don't want any sync, or fonts or any automatic updates. I belive I have the right to open the app whenever I needed and not use it whenever I don't need it. But it seems the other way and Adobe takes control of my computer and use the resources whenever desires which is almost always. I need some answer or I have to take legal action because I feel Adobe is not respecting my privacy and using my computer and network for its own interest.

My biggest issue with adobe Portfolio is the lack of flexibility for customization. Other website building sites allow you to manually edit the code--Is there really no way on Portfolio??? I am constantly trying to do seemingly simple and obvious things which are not available/permitted. It's so frustrating that I may give up and pay for Cargo, but really don't want to rebuild my site from scratch.  Specifically, my current frustration is the distinction of "collections" from other pages. Why can I not have a page which contains a bunch of links to other pages (i.e. collection) that also has an image, or a link to an external site, or embedded media? It should not be impossible to have a single page with links to both internal and external pages. SO frustrating! Also, why is the layout formatting only pixel based instead of percentage. I can't add sufficient space on the desktop version of the site because it creates WAY too much space on the mobile version. I shoul

Hello, I paid an annual subscription to Cloud Creative tools on November 2022 for an employee of my company associated with her email. This person will leave the company, and I would like to transfer the remaining months of the account to the person who will take the position. I've searched through the Adobe website but couldn't find anything related to this. Does anyone know how to deal with this? Can I transfer the licence to another email account, or do I need to buy another license? Regards,P.R.

My Mov. files are gone but the thumbnails on some are present. How do I recover my files? I have noticed each time I change Laptops this seems to happen. Also at one point in time I had a gap of time pass in my membership, but I lost files after the continuation of my membership as well. I looked in deleted files and found nothing. I saw a suggestion about a log but in my interpretation of that it seems that the log want so scan my current computer system to perhaps find them but that wouldn't avail because I never had them on this new system. How can I recover the lost Mov files from Adobe Creative Cloud? 

Okay after my first post about missing movie Files with just Thumbnails showing I got some great advice from the community (michaelbparis, JohnTSmith, Kglad (thank you). There suggestions led me to find what may be an answer to my missing folders and also a discovery of me being charged twice a month so close together to where I didn't noticed I was being charged twice. This occurred for about 9 months until just recently they seemed to have merged to 1 without me noticing at all. I found out through my payment history. Now the question is are my files still in the old account and how do I access that account? also how do I get refunded for the months that I payed twice?  How do I go about reverting the old account and keeping it if it has the old Files that im looking for? Point me to customer Service please if that's the answer or is there away I can go about doing these things myself? Thank you all greatly for you help 

Adobe seems to store files in two sperate locations, one of which the user can set themselves, that being the install location. The other folder is stored within the "documents" folder. is there any way to move adobes files out of the documents folder in order to free up space on the system drive?

Rather than start an identical thread: I'm getting this error. This was working until recently, but now fonts aren't available in Indesign or anything else, and going to the CC app gives the error as above. I can do everything via the web panel with no problem which is fine for websites, but obviously not for applications on my Mac.  There is no IT department, there is just me: I am the subscriber to Creative Cloud. 

I am working on MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 using Lightroom CC Version 6.2 I tried to upload a significant number of images onto my desktop but the sync process got stuck leaving a large number unsynced. I tried all the steps I could find in posts dating back to 2017 and even after deleting all the photos I had originally uploaded I am left with a 'syncing 1 image' message on my desktop app (online it appears that all images are synced) which has not gone away after three days. I cannot find what the image is even by filtering 'syncing', clicking on cloud icon, checking sync issues online etc. How do I track down and remove this phantom image that seems to be blocking the rest.What else is left to try?
