This is a complaint.I have been told that if I post a complaint in the forums, then someone from Adobe will get back to me!!I have been on to support via chat and phone regarding public share links.In the last few days when I create a Share Link - the link is broken and brings me or my clients to a page which says "This page is unavailable."So I cannot use the service and have spent a lot of time over the last 2 days troubleshooting.The guy in Support chat was really bad, and ended the chat when I asked how I could complain!! Great customer service.I don’t think I should be paying for this service when it is not reliable,Please get back to me with a resolution as my experience on this issue so far has been very poor,thanks, Kieran.

Hello! Does anyone know if there is a way to add a link to a background image on a Welcome page on Adobe Portfolio? I feel like some of my visitors might try clicking the image, since it's so prevalent on the page (which will lead to nowhere), but they will not click the conveniently placed "See projects" button (I'm losing faith in humanity with with every passing day). I want them to explore more of my portfolio. I have considered removing the welcome page altogether, and I will probably do so if I see a trend of people not going further than the welcome page - I have just installed Google Analytics on my Adobe Portfolio and I am starting to track my visitors. Thank you for any help!

I am making comments to a large document, but they are not saving to the cloud. To work around this, I am downloading the file every time I make comments, with the hopes up uploading that file to Adobe again and continue to the comments. However, now when I download the file, the page is missing the last 6 pages of comments, even though they appear in the document on the cloud. What am I suppose to do? This software flaw is posing a major challenge to my work, and I'm sure it's not new. Never happens with Google Docs. 

I have separate adobe accounts for work and my private life but files shared with my work account are linking to my private account. Comments made to my work account are prefixed with my personal sign-in.everyone at work can see my personal; files and personal sign-ins. Creative Cloud is not allowing me to see shared files at work but opens up in the private/personal account

Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à synchroniser le fichier "creative cloud file" de mon macbook avec les fichiers déposés sur mon compte créative cloud en ligne.Lorsque je clique sur le nuage dans l'application créative cloud, il y a écrit : synchronisation des fichiers désactivée, contacter votre administrateur informatique" ...l'administrateur de mon ordinateur c'est moi, et l'adminidstrateur de mon compte Adobe c'est moi aussi.et j'ignore comment activer la synchronisation ...Quelqu'un a t-il eu ce type de problème ? merci à vous, à tres bientôt  

Hi - recently updated OS to Ventura and have lost the option to set default folder for CC sync to my external drive - see error message screenshot. Before the update sync was linked to external drive with no issues. Why has this changed and is there a way around it? Many thanks.

Is it possible to use Adobe apps on Creative Cloud without downloading the apps? Am I able to work on things in multiple computers without installing the apps on those computers and just work and save to Cloud and download when I get home to my personal computer? 

Hi, I’ve just finished on my student plan where I got access to all the Apps. The price has now gone up to £51 and I don’t need all of the softwares anymore apart from potentially Lightroom, Photoshop and possibility Express due to my photography. I’ve seen that there’s a plan that has Lightroom and Photoshop but will all my existing images disappear even though I’m moving to a higher storage 1TB plan? Also should I go through and backup all my old premiere, audition and express files too?  Thanks   

My surface pro has been overheating and screen flickering.  Through processes identified that adobe creative cloud is using exceesive CPU and power usage as background app.  When I disabled the app both overheating and screen flickering has stopped.  Why is this happening? 

Hello, My cloud account show 4.9GB used and I have some difficulties understanding what are those 4.9GB knowing that Cloud documents shows "You have no cloud documents", I haven't shared links in Published, I have no synced files, and nothing in mobile creations. Is there a way to know what are those GB? Thank you. 

Hi all, I have a number of Adobe Portfolio sites, and it seems that all the contact forms no longer send the email. There is no error message when the submit button is clicked. I have tried different email addresses using different providers, including gmail and outlook, none seem to work. Any ideas?

I bought the photography package of 20gb with Photoshop and Lightroom. Photoshop doesn't work anymore because the cloud archive is full, but there is nothing between the deleted files and the library. As a result I can't empty the cloud because it doesn't let me see any files. Help. Thank you in advance. Carlotta Monti

Hi Everyone,I recently had to wipe my Macbook Pro. Before doing so I made sure my files were synced on my CC Desktop. After wiping I went and redownloaded CC and only a portion of my files synced even though it said it was done syncing. I went online to CC to check my files and a lot of my files were missing. It's like they just disappeared.Is there any way to recover them or are they gone? 

I had created some projects under illustrator using my sister's account.  Her account has expired and I now have my own account.  Since everything seems to be stored in the cloud, is there anyway to access the work I had done in my sister's account?  Thanks

Hello! I want to update my Adobe Portfolio with daily posts using a stock Grid theme but everything I see in the menu option states I have to create a page instead. I just want to upload my images, almost as a daily journal. Can a more knowledgeable artist point me in the right direction? 

I have a question for the techs out there. I have quite a number of Creative Cloud files under a community college account where I no longer teach. The account is now closed. How can I recover those files to my personal account?thanks doc Coates 

Hi, I have 'phantom' apps showing in CC and I can't remove them. The drop down menu at the right hand side does not give the option uninstall.Strangely they do not appear when viewing the apps on my account online instead of through the desktop app... Any advice on how I can remove these? They don't do any harm but it's annoying. I've tried reparing the Adobe CC app but that didn't work. Many thanks

My photoshop isn't loading its files. My creative cloud is constantly syncing. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. I have changed UXP file name. I have deleted temporary files and restarted my pc. I am on windows 10 latest update, this recently happened after I changed my Tablet to a Huion 24 plus. I don't know what to do, I need helllppp! I need to complete the work!!! Thank you!   

As far as I can tell, Adobe Portfolio had not been updated or improved in a long time. It works well, but there's plenty of room for improvement. I get the feeling that Adobe is about to abandon Portfolio. A few questions:Is Portfolio still being develope by Adobe?When can we expect more upgrades to Portfolio?Why is there no Adobe Portfolio forum here on Adobe Community Support?

I followed Apple instructions for Terminal and permissions. After following the prompts, the first entry under permissions was drwxr-xr-t 13 root wheel. The instructions said it should be drwxrwxrwt; root wheel. Not sure what to do now.
