Hello Creative Brainstrust,Any suggestions how to create an interactive document or Web page where the user clicks to activate the webcam to see themselves in the document and then able to draw on their image either live or a still taken from it but within the webpage/document? Looking forward to hearing all your technical wonder! Moo

hi thereI tried to remove premiere pro from my pc, but this window keeps popping up:No matter what I click, this will keep popping up, even if I uninstall premiere pro and install in again it will keep popping up during the process, pc restart - cloud creative exit - NOTHING F*  WORKS. PLEASE HELP! 

I turned on my computer tonight to find out adobe has updated all my installed programs to 2022. I checked creative cloud and auto-update is still disabled.  I would never ever ever ever have it turned on. And now I have gotten 3 BSOD in about 20 minutes, I have never had one on this system and it's probably been 10 years since I have had one.  Now I can't even use that computer, I am now typing on my laptop which I checked and CC auto-update is disabled on and hopefully stays that way. Anyone else have this problem or any idea what the solution is?  

I used to gave my adobe id password to my friend and recently he deleted all of my files. Is there any ways to recover them? They are very important to me

How do we restore past versions of our Adobe Portfolio Website (under Active Subscription)? For example, if pages displayed during a past timeline how do we restore the website to the state it was in the past?

I am getting an application error 0xc000007b when trying to launch any Adobe app, starting with Creative Cloud and also Lightroom and Photoshop. I have tried re-installing all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistibutables numerous times as recommended here. Re-installing Adobe CC and its programs also doesn't help. I am using:Surface Pro X (ARM processor)Windows 11 64bit ARM with latest updates Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Hello everyone, We are having a huge problem with Adobe Business. We sign a contract with a company and part of the contract state that they may provide Adobe Creative applications. They suggest adding our accounts to their company business account. Obviously, this moves our personal Adobe accounts to the business platform with a third-party administrator.  The problem comes when we end our participation and they cancel the access to applications. All our libraries get lost and locked under that account. Now we cannot leave that organization and we cannot renew any plan. We have an active account under "Personal account" but we are unable to recover the lost library or event activate that account. We try to contact support, but they told us that the only way is that the main Company remove our account from that organization. Help, we have 3 years of assets in that library 😞

Website got stuck on only 32bit  versions and i couldnt download 64bit one. Please help me. (Image is in polish, translate: "Connect to internet and retry.  Your PC is probably is offline. Hello. I am using Adobe Portfolio as my business website, since it is included in my yearly CC subscription. (I use Adobe CC for business, as well.) My business is voiceover, so I have many .mp3 files uploaded onto my website. My problem is that for some reason each audio file has a spinning circle behind it, as if it is trying to load (see image below). This is quite distracting, but goes away once you hit the play button and the audio file starts playing.My website has been up for almost a year now, and this issue is still present. Although the audio files play just fine, I feel as though my website would look much better and more professional if my audio files did not have that spinning circle behind them to begin with. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this, or if I can change how my audio file sound bars look on my website? Thank you in advance!  

All of my files and folders have gone missing from Creative Cloud. I've found some of them in the trash, but most of them are gone.Please help!

Hey,I have got a problem with my domain I have connected with Adobe Portfolio. I can use it in a normal way but I want to use a new subdomain from my domain differently, especially not with Adobe Portfolio. But no matter what I upload in my web space connected with the subdomain, I always get redirected to an Adobe Portfolio Page, which says that the page is missing (https://portfolio.adobe.com/missing). Does someone know how to solve this problem? I have for some reason two acoounts; my personal and second business account, I would like to cancel my second account, because i get billed for both of them, and im using only one of them. There's no option to delete or modify my second account.  Who i should contact and how? There's no service number for Finland. Please help, it's not cool to pay for two accounts, when i only need one.

I'll often have thousands of files in the deleted folder.Due to the buggy nature of the assets interface it usually doesn't let me delete more than 100-150 in a go. If I try to do more the tab crashes.There needs to be a "delete all" button in the deleted folder interface so we can easily remove unwated files and folder without having to do it in batches.

I've got about 250GB in my CC storage.I thought I'd go about organising these folders better but can't move or even rename folders without my computer grinding to a halt.If I rename a folder or move folders into a parent folder my explorer and Sync CPU usage jump to around 50-60% usage. Total CPU usage often sitting at 100%.It will often just sit there doing this for many minutes until I restart the computer. This means every folder move or folder rename takes minutes to complete, isntead of seconds.Not only that, my business partner's computer also slows down as it starts syncing the folder rename. So 2 computer out of action while Adobe CC syncs a folder name!I'm on a Windows 10 machinei7 79002070rtx64gb ramCC is synced to a M.2 SSDHere is my CC app info I've read other threads about this but it is still happening and nothing I do seems to resolve the issue.

I have CC on two machines. My shared folder grew too large and was taking up too much space on Computer 1's hard drive (and computer 2's but the initial priority was computer 1). So I backed up all my old projects to an external drive and then deleted them from Creative Cloud. Before doing this I had the foresight to turned off Creative Cloud syncing on Computer 2, but I forgot to delete the same files on Computer 2 at the same time, so now I have new projects/files in my CC shared folder (and on Computer 1- so to reitterate: Computer 1's shared folder and the shared folder in the cloud are setup correctly and current). Now my question is, if I delete all the files from my Creative Cloud shared folder on Computer 2, and then turn syncing back on... will it pull down the new files from the cloud, or will the cloud think I've deleted all the files and then delete the contents of the folder in the cloud? I'm hoping this isn't a repeat question, but I couldn't seem to find the exact s

Lots of people have this issue, it's been a nightmare for years. Performance suffers even on a clean Mac rebuild as soon as CC is installed, performance improves noticeably when you quit or uninstall CC, lots of people report this issue and every time Adobe or the mods on this community get defensive and suggest it's an issue with the user's PC/Mac before locking the topic. Clearly this will also be locked and I'm expecting no response but please, for once, have an open mind and task your devs with finding the root cause of this very real issue.

I just renewed my annual subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud.  I've always had 100GB of storage, but not sure what that means.  Can I create folders there and place routine files, like photos or videos, or is this just a place for Adobe's mobile apps?  I don't use the mobile versions of the apps - everything I do is on the PC desktop.  I'd like to know more about the 100GB and how to access/use it.  Thanks!

Firstly I want to say Hi to whoever is reading this and that I hope your having a good day and thank you in advance regardless of if or not you can help me! So basically the issue I'm having is this: I've used Adobe Draw for over 5+ years before the app shut down (which I was devestated by!) I eventually got over it and looked into Fresco. I downloaded it & attempted to restore my files onto the new app. I'm not sure how you guys work, but I like to be very organized when it comes to my art work, so naturally, I had various draw projects regarding different kinds of work when I was using Draw. One of my projects has over 100+ files so I wasn't suprised when it said that I could not export my files due to the fact that it's a 3 GB folder which is 1 GB over the storage limit (I have a free membership). Hello All, I need a file storage solution for my graphic design department, we have two designers who just need access to a large amount of files (1TB+). They are utilizing pretty much the entire Adobe suite and we have tried using SharePoint and OneDrive, things are not going well with these products. Does anyone know of any solutions? It's just two designers and I need them to be able to collaborate fairly quickly, thanks!

hey there,I have to wipe my system soon and then install all the CS- Apps again.Now I wonder if there is a google-style way, to sync all the extras i have installed in most of the CS-Apps over the years (like brushes, actions, effects, filters,  and so on) or if i have to painstakingly search and save them one by one?

I'm receiving the error below when logging into Creative Cloud on MacOS using the web-based authentication. I've tried Edge and Safari and have reinstalled the app a couple of times. I'm not able to recreate the issue on another device.

Hello, I recently had an issue with my lightroom so contacted Adobe through chat. They fixed my issue through remote access or some screen sharing. They had full control of my computer which was no surprise. Although I began to worry if they might now have acces to my computer amd personal information? Should I be concerned? How safe is screen sharing with a stranger? & How can I check if the app or software used to control my screen was removed? I am worried I made a mistake...
