Hello, I'm on MacOs, and since I wanted to reinstall the Adobe Cloud Suite, even if I can install for example Rush, it is impossible to synchronize.It tells me an error code that I did not find in the online help: Error 198 (screenshot).Do you have an idea how to unblock this?Thank you in advance .

Currently I believe there is one one way to sort images in Adobe Portfolio and that is by file name.  I would request an additional sort by capture date.  I think that is more practical.  Another option is to maintain the sort with images imported from Lightroom.  To get the photos sorted the way I want I have to export the images to jpeg using the date in the file name then re-import back into a new folder in Lightroom and finally sync with the cloud.  Once imported in Portfolio they will be sorted by file name which is the date of the photo.  It should be easy to create a sort by capture date

Bonjour, Je souhaite supprimer ma licence adobe car j'en ai uen fournie par ma nouvelle école. Malheureusement mon compte était lié à une carte de crédit qui à expiré. En voulant supprimer le compte ça me m'était que c'était imposible car mon moyen de payement ne fonctionnait plus.J'ai donc rentrer les informations de ma nouvelle carte.Cependant je ne peux toujours pas supprimer mon compte à cause de la même erreur alors que mon moyen de payement à été éctualisé. Comment faire ? De plus lorsque je vais sur l'application créative cloud, je ne peux pas me deconnecter pour me connecter et utiliser mon nouveaux compte. Hi All, Hopefully I'm just missing something straightforward here, but every time a member of our team pushes new assets up to our shared CC Library, it takes a day or more for any other team member to see and use the assets. Is there an obvious reason this might be happening? Is there something we could be doing to force that sync to be faster? Attached are a picture of what I see in the library and what my teammate sees in the library at the same time. They uploaded the added MOGRT files, but I can't see them.

Is there any way to see more of the folder/file path at the top of the window in the web view of your CC shared files?  With an deep folder structure, it can get tedious to constant be clicking out of it one folder at a time.

I purchased my student discount while in high school last year and now I'm in college.Now my subscription is 30 euros instead of 20 even though I'm still eligible for that.I can't cancel it due to early cancellation fees even though I've had this for an entire year already. How can I switch back?

This seems to be a long time issue and after going through multiple threads on this forum I came to the conclusion that most of the topics related/question asked on this specific matter has never been solved (or has been partially solved).This solution is just for users who are actually willing to use a specific/or other apps which comes along with Creative Cloud Desktop/Services but not willing to use the Creative Cloud Desktop Service or the SYNC (even if you pause the service). In fact, there is no option to use Adobe apps without using/installing Creative Cloud but you can completely disable it/or in simple terms prevent it from bothering you.The simple solution is to create a firewall rule and block these services. Once you block these by creating rules, you will notice that whenever you open Creative Cloud Desktop, due to lack of access to the internet it will keep on loading. I'll suggest to provide a in-human-understanble name for these rules so later whenever you decide t

I recently cancelled my private subscription to adobe because my new job offered me an account I could use both at work and at home. The problem is that I had an adobe portfolio in my cancelled private account, which I now would like to move to my job account. Can you help me with this?

What happens is that I can not publish any project on Behance and all my projects suddenly appeared in private and I do not understand, I tried to delete the browser data and change the browser and the problem persists. Please I need help I don't know what to do. I already tried to clear the browser cache and nothing use the Microsoft Edge browser. I leave you some attached images of the problem.

Creative Cloud prevents my MacBook Air from sleeping.  I am surprised no one elese is raising this as a major bug.  The only way my MacxBook will now sleep is if I quit Creative Cloud.  If I list programmes preventing sleep in Activity Monitor, Creative clioud is always there.  I went through a long process of discontecting all peripherals, turning off BlueTooth and WiFi, quiting all applications except core Apple ones and then gradually adding back all these items to make my discovery.   I am surpised that more people are not reporting this.

Als possibly every client must have noticed, when migrating from one device to anoter, no preferences whatsoever are ever synchronised. Every user of these applications must have sat there, bewildered at the utter ignorance or maybe unwillingness to solve this situation. As a designer you've spent a lot of time painstakingly setting up your applications for fluent use through the years; menu positions, colour libraries, tool settings - everything vanishes in an instant, when you migrate to a next device. Even the most basic set of settings, languages of your applications, set in the preferences of the Creative Cloud app. New device, everything is the same as before.But no! We now install all apps in your 'native device language' - which is Dutch, although I've explicitely set Creative Cloud to exclusively use 'English international' years ago.  A simple toggle switch to add these setings to your account?Nah.  Importing / Exporting of these seting

não consigo baixar o creative cloud, pois sempre que abro o aplicativo após instalar aparece "você fez o logoff. Faça seu login novamente - entrar" clico em entrar e aparece o mesmo e assim vai... Já reiniciei o computador várias vezes, atualizei o windows 10, desinstalei e instalei de novo o Creative... Estou sem saber o que fazer, pois preciso baixar o Lightroom para editar meu TCC, mas não consigo usar, pois não baixa sem usar o CC

Hi all, I have noticed recently that with Creative Cloud running in the background, my computer will not turn off my screen or put the computer to sleep.It is a little intermittent, here are the steps I have followed. Creative Cloud is runningComputer screen will not turn offExit Creative CloudMonitor turns off after preset timeStart Creative CloudMonitor turns off after preset time Leavc computer in standby for several hoursActivate computer by moving mouseComputer screen does not turn off after preset time. I spoke to Adobe support, they advised to close all Adobe processes via task manager. That worked for a while, but the problem has now returned. Of course I can just stop Cloud from running on startup, but it should not happen. It has only started happening in the last few weeks, so it must be related to an automatic upgrade. I have also recently installed InDesign, but I can't yet prove that is the issue. It definitely seems to be related to Creative Cloud.&nb

Hallo zusammen,bei einer Kollegin werden die bisherigen (über Jahre angelegte) Bibliotheken nicht mehr im Browser dargestellt. Die Liste ist leer und lässt ich so auch nicht mehr befüllen.Zugriff hat sie aber direkt über das Programm (InDesign) über die CC Libraries. Und kann so die vorhandenen Bilddaten nutzen.Aber es ist nicht mehr möglich, weitere Bilder in diese Bibliotheken einzufügen, da keine davon im Browser angezeigt wird.Auch eine neu angelegte Bibliothek im Browser erscheint nicht mehr in der CC Libraries in InDesign.Was können wir tun?Danke für Tipps und Vorschläge.

I have had problemas syncing and I found out the trash was super full and it was a pain to empty. How can I empty the trash automatically? Like, deleting files sitting in the trash older than 6 months.I know I can't, but why? This would be great.

Hello, I just purchased a domain through Portfolio through the linked NameCheap website. Then, when I went to link it to my site, it said it was already linekd to another adobe portfolio site...is this a glitch? why would I be able to purchase the domain if it was already linked to another site? I'm confused.  Any help appreciated, thanks!
