Creative Cloud Services

How do I stop xmp files from being generated? or if that's not possible can I embed or hide them in the raw file so they do not show up seperately? Atm I am having to delete them all the time, is there another option please? (This changed with 2020 upgrade which stopped us from saving the xmp's in the raw database.)

I have installed Adobe CC and then the media encoder but decided to uninstall them but it seems that they are still taking up space on my system. Any help appreaciated.

I am a student with a personal student plan from my undergrad studies with that school email. I have graduated and now purseing graduate studies. My school is offering the Adobe CC for free to students. How do I transfer my student accont from my undergrad email to my new school email so I can use Adobe CC for free durign my graduate studies? As well as transferring my work from one account to another?

Hi, I've been having an issue with the creative cloud desktop app where it will not completely close. Normally I would close it by going File > Exit Creative Cloud. But now when I try to close, it comes up with this:I cannot find any updates. I tried closing every creative cloud process in task manager and have disabled automatic startup of Creative Cloud. But it just automatically opens itself and opens about a minute after I close it as well. I tried pressing quit and hide, but it still pops back open. I tried going to uninstall and repairing it. It is quite annoying to constantly have it open and it gets in the way of other things. I was wondering if there was any way to fix this?

Hello Community!Not realluy about file synch, but the form made me chose something... nothing was applicable.My Creative Cloud desktop app has looked like this for a little bit now, even in chat with tech support... screenshots below. It is not hindering functionality, but annoying to look at... there must be a way to fix it without spending half a day uninstalling every adobe app so i can uninstall creative cloud , run cleaner, and then spend the next half a day reinstalling apps and making sure everything is copacetic again... anyone seen this before? i cant see anything in CC settings that should cause this to happen, and is not corrected by switching my computer to light mode.

Hi there I am using a standard Adobe Portfolio theme and am receiving "Mobility Usability" errors from Google's SEO saying my site is "not usable" for mobility. The two errors are: "text too small to read" and "clickable elements too close together". My font sizes on the affected page are 18 and 24 and I only have one clickable element (besides an image) on the page (https://www.lostkos.com/home). Has anyone else run into this problem and/or knows a fix? Many thanks.

Halloechen, in meinem Fotoabo habe ich angeblich meine 20 GB Cloudspeicher ausgereizt. Allerdings befindet sich nichts hinter "Ihre Dateien / Ihre Bibliothek/" etc. Alles leer. Der "gelöschte" Ordner ist ebenfalls geleert.  Wo sind die Dateien, die meinen Speicher belegen ? Viele Grüße Michael

I have a PDF with construction details on different pages. I'd like to go back and forth between different pages while on the same magnification area. Everytime I go to the next page while zoomed in. The zoom window changes to the top of the document. Forcing me to pan back to where I wish to look everytime I switch pages, which is very annoying.

Hola, estoy demasiado frustrada puesto que ya se realizó el pago, ya instalé todo, y toda aplicación me dice que no se ha podido indentificar el servidor, que compruebe la conexión de red pero está TODO en orden. Un informático revisó mi MAC, y definitivamente el problema es de adobe...no se que hacer a alguien le ha pasado?

The app "Creative Cloud Desktop"(CCD) constantly uses about 12.5% of my CPU after every boot. What's weird is the behavior that the CPU usage drops nearly 0% soon after I open the CCD window without any operation on it. Every time I boot the computer, the CCD occupies about 12.5% of my CPU power but decreases around 0% once I open the CCD window and close it without doing anything. I attached three screenshots:- the CPU usage before opening the CCD window (tskmngr_before.png)- the CPU usage after opening the CCD window (tskmngr_after.png)- Version info of my CCD (CCversion.png) My computer:- Lenovo ThinkPad P14s Gen2 (Latest drivers)- CPU Intel Core i7-1185G7- RAM 48GB- Graphic NVIDIA T500- Windows 11 Pro 64bit (All Windows updates have been applied.)    - The OS is clean-installed just before the installation of the CCD- Creative Cloud Desktop ver.5.8.0.592    - All the settings are default ones besides uninstalling the old software when updatin

Hello,I've had this problem for a while now, I have tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app.I can't log in with any login option, and when I tap Continue with Adobe ID, I get the error "an error occured while authenticating. Please try again later"Login on desktop or other computers is fine. I also can't login on the Creative Cloud website on my phone.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Alex.

Trying to send an invite to a new employee to our Creative Cloud Libraries and I just get this message. I've tried a few times this week and last week as well. Always the same message. "There was an error sending the invite. Please try again."A few of our 30+ CC Libraries HAVE allowed me to send a invite link, but the majority have not.

My company was acquired by another company and after this my Adobe license was suspended without creating a new one. I received no warning, just an email informing me that the account was suspended. Most of the data was stored locally, but some important things in XD were in the cloud. Now I have received a new account and am wondering if it is possible to recreate the data from my old account. Think that it is otherwise about 40 hours that need to be created once more. My old account uses the same email as the current one but the company name used to be Cybercom. Is it possible to recover the data?

Hiya I am currently working with iMac OSC 10.10.5 and Creative Cloud 2.2.0.129. Today I noticed a new folder on my launchpad called Adobe Creative Cloud (Other) with 2 apps inside it called ACCFinderBundleLoader_64 and ACCFinderBundleLoader_32. When I click them nothing happens.My question is this:1) Are they part of the Creative Cloud package?2) Is it safe to remove them from the launchpad? Or should I keep them there?I have been googling for answers, but nothing concrete came up in the forums. Only mention I noticed on twitter links to a closed post on adobe forums I cannot access.Just for further reference here is the information on the 64 app:
