Hello I have Lightrom mobile and 100 gb. ln Lightroom mobile its correct but in  Creative Clod its only 2 gb. I wonder why and what I can do about it. Sorry my English. Is not så good. / Tord 

Multiple Library folders on iOS - Has anybody seen this before - I think iOS is broken

I just got a new job and they had me set up a new Adobe account with the company email address. Then they shared about 16 libraries to my account. None of these libraries appear in the libraries panel of any of my apps, not even the CC Desktop app. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I edited some photos on Photoshop and saved them to the Creative Cloud.I am now trying to place these images in InDesign but I can't "find" them to import them - I don't know how to do it.Any help appreciated(using a mac)

Hi, I know how to clear the Recent List on the main Adobe screen and how to change the quantity of Recent files in the Preferences, but how do you clear the Recent List from the Icon on the Taskbar?  Right clicking shows all the recent files and was not cleared by the options above.  We sometimes share a computer and some of my work is confidential and I do not want the it to be traced through Adobe.  I have tried doing them manually one by one, but it just continues and continues with no end.  Please help as one should have the option of clearing all history.  

Another day, another synchronisation fail... a member of my team cannot see the files I've shared with them even though they're clearly there in the online version of the creative cloud. Of course we've deleted/recreated the library, etc.  It still doesn't sync.   This is unacceptable. We are paying for this service. I've spent endless hours with the adobe IT of similar issues. I don't understand how that kind of unreliability is considered good enough by anyone. 

Other posts say this is solved, it is not. This happens every single day. Creative Cloud is up to date

I have changed my email address from my educational email to my personal email. My adobe portfolio however, and with it my website, are still showing my old educational email address and not transfering to my new personal account. My educational email is going to be deleted soon, and I am worried I will lose my website that I spent a lot of time on. Please let me know how I change transfer this, thanks.

I am going off-grid for 4-6 months this year in northern BC . Is it a simple thing to temporarily pause my Creative Cloud account over this time?

Can't figure out why I have 86% of my cloud storge used when I have 0 files synching.

   I can not edit my text. I select the text and then select edit and change fonts and color but noting happens.    [Moderator moved all duplicate posts into one topic to create less confusion.]  

I can no longer save my files from Adobe products to my external harddrive. I can save other files directly to my external, I can save, then move my adobe files from iMac to the external.External drive is not corrupted, this is my home computer and have write permissions. I did not change any settings anywhere before this issue began.  Any ideas where to start troubleshooting? Much thanks

Hi, I'm facing this issue "sorry your library didn't sync" I have tried all the options delete all the files reinstall everything related to the creative cloud & install a fresh one. But the problem still appears. Anyone can help because I'm able to publish my library due to this

Hi,My Creative Cloud desktop app dont connect to my cloud, and dont load my fonts neither.I tried with Adobe creative cloud cleaner tool 5th times. but it's not solving my issue.... Plz hellpp :'((( 

I have noticed many times that there is an Adobe process running right after I close the lid of my Laptop. This process is consuming 25% of the CPU and storing constantly logs at "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\ACPLocalLogs\creative_cloud_cloud_docs_v5_3 5.7.0.1307", until I open the lid again (when it stops). I had to use TeamViewer on my closed lid laptop to see what is going on.These logs have the filename format:ACPL__2022-05-01_07-54-18.065118Z_00.logACPL__2022-05-01_07-54-18.473907Z_00.logACPL__2022-05-01_07-54-18.881056Z_00.log ... and so onEach of them contains tens of thousands of lines like the following captured picture. As you will see, there is some hashing functionality involved and some "push" and "request" terms are shown.You can understand how many millions and millions of log entries are written within a full night that I have the laptop's lid closed, and thus,.... how much power I have consumed...So I would like to ask (as a paying customer..). u

I just purchased a new MacBookPro 16 (M1 Max CPU). I noticed in the Activity Monitor "Adobe CEF Helper (Renderer)" has the largest CPU usage by far, bouncing around between 30%-34% with no Adobe apps running. That seems very high to me. Is that normal? The MBOP is running macOS Monterey 12.0.1

I have a CC folder that's like a "normal" desktop folder, which is where most of my work is. There is another CC folder, accessed via the CC interface. Why? Asking because I want to make my primary CC folder available on my PC, and I can only see the folder in the CC interface. Any help appreciated.

I've seen similiar questions posted across multiple forums that seem to be unresolved, and nothing this specific.  Is there a way to selectively sync Creative Cloud files based on app? For example, stuff done in Photoshop/Illustrator/XD, I would like to sync across all devices. However, stuff done in Premiere I would like to only have on 1 computer, because the other devices do not have the storage capacity to handle these projects.  If this is not possible, this would be immensely helpful added to future versions as I'm sure many others have the same challanges who work across multiple devices and use different devices for different types of work. Alot of us also seem to have corporate issued devices that they use at some point in their workflow and do not want personal files synced to corporate devices etc. 

No other Mac app is so bad as the Adobe Creative Cloud App which - literally - stops functioning with a regularity like a Swiss clock - well, Swiss clocks are said to be accurate, but not in stopping to work but in showing time. I know there are advice as to how this problem should be handled but those seem to me difficult and hazardous. So, please update and fix one time the Adobe Creative Cloud App instead of other Adobe apps so that I shouldn't boot my iMac twice a week only for that program.

Hello,   I dug myself into this problem, now I need your help since I cant find how to contact Adobe directly...   I forgot my Adobe ID which I'm still being billed on for Photoshop and Lightroom bundle. The email which was used on it is deleted too I'm pretty sure...    What would be the best way to access that account? I forgot the passwords too sadly. Problem persists for over a year in different machines (updated macOS at all times). In order to share a link, you have to go through the View on Website annoyance.

We work in PPT and rely heavily at this point on the Adobe CC Add-ins to access shared CC Libraries. In the past week or so, we've lost the ability to use both of these. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted keychain certificates, restarted powerpoint and creative cloud, but still when we try to log into the Adobe Creative Cloud add-in panel nothing is showing: Adobe Stock add-in will not let me sign in, even after I've signed in via SSO/Okta and been verified —  This issue started in the last week or so - has anyone experienced similar issues? If so how did you resolve it?  

CC Libraries continue to fail to sync.  No other error message in the CC desktop app, but when in libraries within an  Adobe app and hover over the sync symbol it shows that all other libraries sync OK but at 87% "Your Photoshop Styles" fails.  It then starts over synching all the other libraries again etc. See screenshots from Libraries window within Illustrator.After doing lots of things suggested in the forum to try and fix it, I think I found that the "Your Photoshop Styles" is a hidden library.  How can this be accessed or fixed?  

My old MyPortfolio and Adobe account were through a school email that no longer exists, so the site has been taken down by Adobe. I made a new MyPortfolio on a different email address and am attempting to connect my domain name to it. However, when I try, I am told that the domain name is already linked to a MyPortfolio site, even though that site isn't up anymore. How can I fix this so that my domain connects to the correct, new site?
