Creative Cloud Services

Hello, I have a colleague who's creating a book, who finds photos via adobe stock and puts them in a CC library. She can't buy photos, but I can (education account, only one person per service).So she shares this CC library to me so that I can buy her photos. How do I put it back in its shared library? How do I link low definition photos to the photos I buy? I can't find how to do it. An idea?Thanks.Philippe

Adobe, you are the creative solutions people. Right now I have  Animate After Effects  Media EncoderPremiereand Audition AND THEY'RE ALL PURPLE? Furthermore, these products are commonly used together. Animate was fine being red. That's a start. I don't know. It's your brand, please figure this out. It's like staring at a table of elements deciphering which program to open in my dock.  Think.Something other than purple...Something other than purple...Something other than purple...Hmmm Mauve, Taupe, Turquoise...it's a big color universe out there. I know you can do it.   

I am about to create a new file, but when I create one, my cursor will be stuck on loading and I can't proceed on the artboard. I'm using M1 and CC2022.I hope somebody can help me with this problem, Thank you!

Hello, wondering if anyone has advice for how to get CC to stop syning. All of my files are up to date in the cloud and when I create new files, they sync with no problem. The issue is that even though everything is synced, CC won't stop resyncing. This was going on for several weeks and it finally said "sync complete" only to start up again a few days later. This round of syncing has been going on for another several weeks. It's driving me crazy because when it syncs like this it uses up all my inernet so I can't even load a simple webpage unless I pause the sync (which I don't like to do because then it doesn't back up whatever I'm working on at the moment). I have an iMac running on Big Sur version 11.6.5. I have tried these things and they have not worked:- pause and restart sync- check file names for symbols that are not compatible- uninstall and reinstall creative cloud desktop app Thanks!

hello, creative cloud applications are installed on my computer, but it does not appear to be installed in the cc application. I can't get updates. 

Hello,I have a domain with my name that is connected to my old student account at Adobe Portfolio - however the university cancelled the account without notifying me and I am not able to log in anymore, but the portfolio still exists and the domain is still attached to it, so I cannot use it anywhere else - I paid for a personal Adobe, made a new website and want to attach the domain to it but it shows an error because the domain is already attached to the old Adobe portfolio where I am not able to log in and disconnect it manually.I contacted the domain provider and they told me I should contact Adobe.Any ideas what I can do about this? Thank you

How do I get it unfull? Please don't tell me to go to "My Files". That folder is empty. Yet...my interface keeps telling me that I have over 45 GB of files...a 2GB limit and nothing in my files folder or anywhere else. Why? Who designed this thing? How do I find my files, aside from getting them back? Is it just me, or was Adobe MUCH better back in the days when you could buy it on a disk?

Whole system drags to a frozen halt when I have Adobe Creative Cloud updates pending. I'm in the middle of a big project and don't want to upgrade right now as Photoshop tells me my graphics processor can't handle it anymore and I'm afraid to learn what other apps may not be supported now in addition after updating. I can work in Photoshop and am not missing the features I can't use. Semi-retired here doing primarily volunteer work these days and not likely to upgrade equipment soon. How do I tell Creative Cloud Services to quit interfering with apps currently running when I have updates pending? Or quit reminiding me at all given my equipment is old/becoming incompatible with latest versions? Really not liking subscription software now versus purchasing updates as they vet out, stabilize and I need them. I've been at this a long time and imagine some never had that opportunity.

Souvent rencontré ce bug mais où trouver un formulaire ou numéro pour joindre le service client ?? (lequel semble vraiment inexistant malgré les pistes laissées sur le site... du foutage de gu... ? il semble bien vu toutes les impasses de "contact"...)

I have deselected the box under Accessibility for the Select tool but when reopening Adobe, it automatically defaults to the Select Tool. I want to default to the Hand tool not only when I open but when I make comments. Please advise as to how I can change this.

I'm stuck trying to chnage the location of my CC files to external drive. I keep getting this message "Unable to create the Creative Cloud Folder" when I switch the folder location.  I had it set up on my iMAC and trying to do that on my new MacMini.  Anyone else experience this issue? I've searched other forums but all posts are at least 3 years old. Noting more recent. Any help is appreciated.  

When attempting to utilze an external drive for syncing Creative Cloud Files across multiple users, many are receiving the following error. It's similar to the error one would get if the drive was unplugged. Restoring does not seem to work as it reverts to the local (user folder) location which is not an option as each user does not have enough space to sync all the data. Any best practices or info on this would be helpful. Thank you! 

Why is the Creative Cloud App so bloated?  Even when I am not running any Adobe Apps, it seems to take over 1/2 Gb of my precious M1 MacBook Pro  RAM.  And there is a string of other Apps such as CEF helpers and desktop services that are of no help at all when I'm not running Adobe App, but they eat memory.  Is it not about time that Adobe ditched this profligate intrusion, even at the expense of startup times for its apps??  

So when I sign into my creative cloud sometimes. It says I reached my limit, sign out of one to continue. I have 3 computers this is fine. Forever its always just says computer name then random numbers and letters, then how long it's been activated.  Is there a way to change the name shown from random numbers to "work computer", "personal computer", "Laptop"? If not.... why is that not a thing?

HiAfter the last Creative Cloud update, my Library folder within my documents folder (on my iMac) shows a  red minus/stop/no entry sign on it. The operating system I am using is Big Sur 11.2.3. Now I also have an error message showing on Creative Cloud, the message is attached as a screenshpot. I cannot delete any apps either. Even though I have installed the apps, the cloud does not seem to recognise the apps on my computer. Please help, I am unable to complete my work without a resolution.

For a few days now, I keep getting the error 'Unable to sync files'. I have done all that is suggested on this help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/sea/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html I have only used 30% of my storage, and did not exceed the sync capacity for the amount of folders or files. I deleted a ton of files from the trash in the online cloud files, and I'm still getting this error message. Any tips? Thanks in advance!

Although the application was running fine, since today the mvn clean install fails with yarn dependency error. Any help on the below is appreciated.

Every time I click save or save as, it takes me to the window to name my project file but the save button itself is greyed out and won't let me click it or click enter to save either. I'm very confused since I was able to save a file three days ago.

 

Can anyone help me find where they are?  Can Adobe reinstall them?Thanks so much
