Heya all, I've encountered what I think is a bug on the welcome page builder Excuse me if I've missed anything here (or don't have the right etiquite, this is my frist post... there isn't), but shouldnt these headers align to the centre? Note:I assume this is the error, float centre isn't a thing... I have tried removing and adding margin: auto; in the chrome inspector and that fixes... Is this just my builder bugging? or does this happen for everyone? Cheers

Dear community, I just subscribed to Lightroom plan with 1TB to see how it works. On my iPad, Lightroom and Creative Cloud apps are installed. On my Mackbook pro is Creative Cloud installed as well.I did one test and edited a image in Lightroom on iPad. The image has been automatically synchronized to Cloud Storage, and when I open Web Lightroom on my Macbook Pro, I can see the image under All Photos. But I am surprised that I do not see the image in the Creative Cloud app on my Macbook. I checked Your files and Your Libraries, and both folder are empty. When I click on Cloud icon next to Profile icon, it says Cloud Storage 35 MB of 1 TB used, so that the image must be there. Why the file is not visible ? Many thanks for your suppportRadim

This is running the fans constantly and draining my battery. I am running MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) with 16GB ram. I am version 12.01. Seems there is a similar post when Big Sur came a long. Anybody know how to fix this?

Dear Adobe,You should seriously consider launching a standalone software called Adobe Frustration (Fr) for those who spend endless hours troubleshooting around your software while trying to be creative or simply doing their work. So that people can come together instantly, curse, try to relax, as troubleshooting seems to be a massive part of your Adobe CC subscription plan. I was on Twitter, writing to Adobe Support past last week, telling them about how everything was falling apart when I was trying to use Premiere Pro combined with After Effects, how the dynamic link was failing me over and over, endless restarts, reboots, cleaning cache, rendering fails etc. Of course, all added on top of the poor performance of Premiere, compared to other editing software that I am also using. I am using a relatively new MacBook Pro with M1; I think you should have figured out how to use Apple Silicon so far or not offer your products for M1 users at all -if that's the case. Hello,Since the new implementation of Adobe splitting company and personal accounts, we have found that any CC libraries that have been created and "owned" by the company or "everyone" dont not appear on our team member's ipad's or other mobile devices in any of the mobile apps (inlcuding the CC app). Through some testing we found that those respective libraries only appear for the team member that orginally created the library. So it seems Adobe is treating that original creator as the only real "owner" and therefore the only one who can access the library on mobile. We realized that creating a "personal copy" of the library solves the issue as a work around but gets messing since we now have duplicates of the libaries that are devorcied from the orginal shared library and defeats the enitre purpose of a collaberative library. Does anyone know if there is a setting that can be changed to resolve this? Is this an issue that Adobe has already acknowledged and plans to change?

We are a small company with less than 10 users. When someone deletes a file from our synced Adobe Cloud folder such as an image, INDD file, etc. it will show up in the trash folders of everyone's individual computer. Will upcoming changes to Adobe storage eliminate this problem? Is there any way to stop this from happening?

I'm using a 2021 MacBook Pro 16" and I'm trying to remove unessential menu bar icons as they are going behind the notch. Is there a way to hide the CC icon while still having the CC services running in the background? would it make any difference if I prevented CC from loading at startup if I manually checked for updated every so often? any help is appreciated.

I had creative cloud on my iPad, had a ton of work I created on there. I reset my whole iPad to give to my son. Now my art work is gone when I log into my creative cloud account on my MacBook ! I don't know where it is or what to do. Please help, thanks. 

Hello. I have recently synced all my RAW files to the CC storage, both .CR2 and .DNG files. All ok, previews showing up in the CC app both in Android and Windows versions. The issue is that the new .CR2 files I am uploading from now on are not showing previews, only white icons stating that previews of .CR2 files are not supported in the CC mobile, but they are also not showing in Windows version. The files are not corrupted, simply not rendering previews. All other .CR2 keep showing previews normally. Any clue on what's happening and how to solve this? Thanks.Marcus.  

Every couple of weeks I receive a message that Adobe Creative Cloud has encountered an error and needs to reload. This has happened at least 10 times in the past few months. It's on Windows 10

Hello all… we are working in a mixed Mac/Win10 environment, using the latest production releases of AfterEffects and Premiere Pro. Our primary graphic artist has created a set of animated glyphs (in .mov format) for video creators to use, and put them into a CC Library.Our problem is with the library thumbnails. While the transparent background is shown correctly on Macs, it is a dark charcoal in Windows. For black graphics, this makes them effectively invisible. (see image below).  The graphic appears correctly once it is placed on a layer in AE or PP. How do we get the Library thumbnails to display correctly in Windows?

Hi,I cannot update on my desktop computer: creative cloud desktop is empty. I have trtied to reinstall. I have tried to rename the OOBE and then reinstall. The creative cloud desktop is still empty.It works fine on my labtopCan anyone help?

Every time I delete or remove a file from my Creative Cloud Desktop folders, I get a syncing error for that file. It says "Failed to sync file.ext" even though the file is no longer there. Also, if a file is deleted using CC Desktop, it will not go into the Deleted folder on CC Web - only my local Recycle Bin. If I go into CC Web and delete the file there, it goes into the Deleted folder and the error does not appear. This has been happening since I updated on 3/3. I use Windows 10. I have already done the following to try to fix problems:Ensured there is ample storage remainingEnsured I have the most recent version of all Adobe softwareRepaired CCUninstalled CC and all Adobe software. How do I find my current password to get aple ID to access Screentime App. I get amessage that keeps saying my current password is incorrect. Ive already reset my creative cloud id and it was verified. What do I do?

I find it hilarious that Adobe Portfolio doesn't support its own pdf format. I am a writer and want to showcase my manuals, procedures, policies (in PDF, of course) for the purpose of gaining new clients seeking those products/services. In order for me to do this, I either have to convert to jpg or seek other options outside of Adobe's umbrella (for which I'm currently paying handsomely). Can this not be achieved? Not everyone that uses Adobe products is ONLY a photographer! Slightly disturbed,Mark

Adobe CC syncs my data only partiallyFor a few months now, I've been constantly getting the error message "sync due to server error". Adobe's website only says to try later, but the problem has been happening for months.Partially, the files I save to the folders on the laptop are uploaded normally and my colleagues also have access. Unfortunately, this is not always the case and the error message keeps popping up.I have tried everything (uninstalling CC, logging off, deleting the options.tix file) but it still doesn't work.When I upload the files to Creative Cloud Web, everything works normally, but it's a pain.Please, I hope someone can help me. This is driving me nuts! Thanks a lot!!

Hi all,On a fairly low end laptop I've always had CC set to NOT launch at Startup.I have made sure all the settings have remained the same, Unticked "Launch CC at login".  Disabled Adobe services and CCX Process from Startup.No all the CC Services automatically start around 1 to 2 minutes AFTER booting up the laptop.Is there a way to stop this?Win 10 Pro, latest CC Version

Hi there,I accidentally deleted an entire shared Adobe CC asset library and i'm wodering if there is any way to recover said entire library?  The library contained some 100+ items so i'd really like to avoid I look at deleted items section within Adobe CC assets and unfortnately the library does not appear there...  Is there a way to recover the library that i don't know about?thanks
