When editing text the tying response is very slow ad als the areea showing the text font size and settings will blink on and off.There are many posts about slow performance, but I've tried all the options that I see in the users' area but nothing has worked.  

Hello, I have buildt my website on Adobe Portfolio www.yannickbertrand.be and it works fine on a computer but the navigation menu is not displayed on safari Iphone. Is there anything I can do to solve this ? Thank you for your help

When checking system requirements, the Creative Cloud desktop app thinks that my computer is running on Windows XP (version 5.1.2600) but it actually is Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2846).I cannot update any programs because it continually fails the system requirements check.Where does the app check which version of Windows I am using? I do not know if there is an old file/program that I need to remove.

I submitted a ticket however I wanted to see if this was an issue for other people. In normal logo state, when I roll over the logo turns orange (as expected). When I scroll, my logo converts correctly to the scroll state but when I roll over it either starts blinking out or disappears completely. It also sometimes stops working and won't send me to the homepage when clicked.

Dear Adobe Support Team, I am currently subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud on a monthly plan. However, I am facing significant issues with app compatibility on my Mac, which is running macOS 11 (Big Sur). The current versions of After Effects (25.2.2) and Premiere Pro are not compatible with my operating system. Unfortunately, I am unable to find any option to download previous versions that are supported on macOS 11. Additionally, I tried installing Adobe Animate version 23, which is listed as compatible with macOS 11, but it still does not function properly on my system. As I am unable to use the core applications I’m paying for due to compatibility limitations, I kindly request access to previous, compatible versions of these apps so I can continue my work without interruption. Please resolve this issue at the earliest or advise me on the appropriate steps to take. 

In my Create Cloud Library I have added a brush set, but I cannot download it into my iPad's Photoshop or Fresco app. How can I do that?

First the error was "Libraries Sync Error. Sorry,  your libraries didn't sync". So I googled and search around adobe community to fix the issue. First fix was installing reinstalling. did not work. second relaunch. did not work. third option, I tried deleting CEP files. and then I even did the adobe creative cleaner and cleaned the library files. did not work. after deleting the library files, the error became "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries".I want to contact support to check error logs generated from Log Collector Tool.The log file name is "AdobeLogs_20250507_015118_489-mac-GS.zxp".

I have noticed over the last months issues when running any creative cloud applications and I was able to track the issue was related to an abnormal behaviour by "fontd" that was triggered everytime any cc app was used (even the creative cloud manager). Within seconds fontd takes up to 100% of CPU capacity. I have reached out to apple support extensively for days and have tracked this isn't a system issue (no problems on safe mode or other users), not related to font book (reset the application with no success). I have also reinstalled macos sequoia completely and didn't get a satisfatory solution. Now the behaviour seems a bit more inconsistent, but it still happens and the main symptom is my browser crashes as soon as I open any cc application.apple support told me to reach out to adobe, but unfortunately their support is practically inexistent so I am reaching out to the community to see if anyone has experienced something similar and has been able to resolve this or has a

My computer crashed and had to do full reinstall-  I had a shortcut on my desktop to drop files in for quick saves...    the shortcut is gone and i cant seem to access my files   they are not in my cloud files    this is under legacy creative clould files personal account   Adobe support didnt have solutions     not sure if this is so legacy that recovery is possible  myemail.com  (long string of digiits  @ adobeID ) any thoughts?  

Hi All, I found a folder at he following location that takes up nearly 14GB of space:/Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries/LIBS/67603218485D5F10992015C3_AdobeID/public.adobecc.com Don't tell me that it's the local copy of my files stored in Creative Cloud because I'm only using 4.7GB of my CC storage. What is this data? Can I delete it?

Hey guys, Please Help.I cannot upload any file type to creative cloud files. Error message:'1 file type could not be uploaded. some file types are not supported.'Any file I try this keeps coming up. Ive tried everything, any ideas please.Many thanks

I have issues with:1. loading plans or any other information related to plans in my account2. In photoshop can't generate any image - keep getting message of internet conenction issues (connection is fine)3. In Illustrator can't open library with fonts4. Firfly page opened through CC is totally empty For sure there are other errors but this what I've notices and happenning last 3 days. Need help to reslove this. Not clear how to get help from adobe team.

When I go to a library in the creative cloud app and click the three dots and select "Get Link" it pops up a box and offers up a link to copy. I've found that for some reason no matter which library I try to share from, it's sending me and others to the main "files" page and doesn't show any libraries.It seems like if I do this from the browser by viewing the libraries, going to three dots next to the one I want and click "copy link", it works fine, but not from the creative cloud app. I am the owner of most of the libraries. They are not public, but have been shared in the first manor in the past, but none of those links work anymore.Anyone experience this? Any fixes?

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Creative Cloud version 6.6.0.611 concerning font activation.When I try to activate fonts directly from pages at fonts.adobe.com and then check the Added Fonts tab in the app, the list doesn’t update correctly.To see the updated list, I have to navigate to other tabs and then return to the Added Fonts tab.Additionally, when collapsing font families, some empty spaces appear in the list.

I opened Lightroom, but there was no response. However, when I opened the Task Manager, Lightroom was indeed running.I opened Creative Cloud, but it took a long time, and eventually it told me that files were missing or damaged and needed repair.So I clicked "Repair", and after the repair was completed, I tried opening Creative Cloud again. It still took a long time and then told me the files were missing or damaged and needed repair again......I am using Windows 11 and haven't had any system updates recently. I’ve been using Lightroom and other Adobe products on this computer normally for years, and this issue only started happening recently.The only antivirus software on my computer is the built-in "Windows Security Center."I haven’t tried fully uninstalling Creative Cloud because it requires uninstalling other Adobe products first, and I'm afraid it might damage the Lightroom directory or settings.

Both the link between Portfolio and LRc, and that between Béhance and LRc do include the option to apply a picture from LRc. In Portfolio also the title or the subtitle may be added, but in Béhance a new title has to be added and the link to the existing title/subtitle/labels is missing. That feels like getting a new identity when emigrating or picture trafficking towards the search engines Béhance is feeding into. After the latest Adobe update, my craft keyboard crown functionality has stopped working on all of the apps. Does anybody have any solutions that they've tried that actually worked? Logitech hasn't mentioned when they might be able to fix it. 

I am teaching a lesson on how to use Adobe portfolio and it says the maximum nuber of requests has been exceeded. I have gotten all my students to close it down and i am still unable to use the site.

I've been searching for this answer interittently for a couple of years now. My portfolio was published a few years ago so I'm familiar with how to update it and yes, I pay for the plan. The problem is that whenever I go to https://portfolio.adobe.com/sites to edit my portfolio, it isn't in there. I tried making a new one site but the name isn't available since I'm already using it. The portfolio site is still loading perfectly at https://anasomera.myportfolio.com/The problem is that I want to add more work and edit a few other things but am unable to. The portfolio isn't available to edit in Adobe's Portfolio site. #portfolio 

What are the rules regarding the storage of adult (NSFW) photos and videos in my Creative Cloud Files/Documents and Lightroom? Is it OK? Everything would be kept private, at most sharing it with one or two collaborators. And of course, everything is legal, among consenting adults, nobody's harmed, and so on. I skimmed through the Terms of Use linked below, but there are words like "lewd" and "obscene" which are kinda subjective. I'm new to Creative Cloud and this is my first post here, so my apologies if this is the wrong community or anything like that. Thanks!

Since there is no Adobe Portfolio page and no Creative Cloud page, my last resort is to post in the "get started" group.  I need to embed code into a button on a portfolio page but it is refusing the code.  I need it to link to another site to enable other programs.  Also, I cannot link instagram feeds.  I am finding the Porfolio restrictions limiting and very little support and access to help guides.  Can ANYONE help here?  Thanks!

Hi fellow creatives,Searching for moodboards on Behance is one of my favorite and effective searching methods on Behance.Now looking at the website version of Behance, where did the moodboard searching filter go?Al I see now for the filter option is: Projects, Assets, Images and people. Moodboards, Galleries and Livestreams used to be next to it. Where did the go?Especially Moodboards!All filters are still avaiable on the Mobile App. What's up with the browser version?Help on this will be reaalllyyy appreciated!!
