Creative Cloud Services

Why can't we have a centralized folder system for purging temporary files on all Adobe programs at once? Overtime, all these individual storage folder take up an enormous amount of computer storage and its  irritating there is not a current solution for all programs (ex. AE has a cache folder you can link where to drop your backup files in, for me its an external hard drive). 

Hi,I'm working on an iMac, Big Sur 11.1I've been having a few things happen lately:Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are sluggish. They get the beach ball and are "unresponsive" frequently.I get this error message (see attached image) about Adobe CC being lost or damaged. The error message seems to pop up randomly and is not connected to a specific action. Here's what I've tried so far:I tried hitting the "repair" button on the error message and completed the steps.I uninstalled everything - photoshop, illustrator, indesign and adobe CC and reinstalled.I have been watching activity monitor when the apps get sluggish/unresponsive. The CPU load is not getting high when the apps get tied up. I've also noticed that the applications are not getting slow/unresponsive when I do harder things (like moving around a high res image), but will be slow on very basic tasks. I have run disk utility and did first aid on my main hard drive. There were no errors, so no fixes were made. 

No specific Adobe Aero board yet, so I'm posting this question here. I get that Adobe Aero is still in beta, but already I'm encountering an issue that seems it should be an easy fix. I have tried to import both a gif and a zipped png sequence into Aero, and have done so successfully. I can get them to play as well. However, I can't seem to make Aero loop them infinitely. I have the 'Infinite' button checked, but the gif and png sequence do not respond to this, nor do they respond to being looped for a finite number of times. Anyone have any ideas what might be the issue? I'm using a 2021 M1 Mac that's running macOS Monterey. I created the gif and the png sequence using the most recent updates of Photoshop and After Effects.

is there a reason when I am on my ipad using illustrator I cannot access the "creative cloud files" sync folder? I can see it on my desktop, I can see it on the CC website and on the ipad app but when I open illustrator for ipad to access files there is no option to select your sync folder or even view the files in it.  I would like to be able to work from ipad and desktop saving the file directly into the sync folder so the copy is on my hard drive and Im not relying on the cloud to keep  important work files. Ive had bad expereinces with files disappearing or losing changes.

Reasons- we are artist and like to customize( so multiple modes would be nice),                  The current Tarmac White theme scorches my retna when im working late and all the                           lights are off.                 All the cool kids are doing it and Adobe is suposed to be the trend setter.

I have been sent a document that is over 1600 pages. Basically the whole document will need to be read from the last page to the first. Is there a way to change the document so it reads from top to bottom.  

I accidentally deleted all my photos from my desktop (saved in Creative Cloud) on Monday during a file transfer. Unfortunately, I was going to format my external hard drive so there is no back ups. My Creative Cloud storage says there are none in archive but it says that my storage is full. There is no deleted file option for me to open and recover them. Please help me. I transferred them onto my new laptop a month ago and they filled up my C drive so I transferred them to my D drive on Sunday or Monday. So all of my 20k photos have been on the C and D drives, both in Creative Cloud. Please HELP ME!! Its my only child's birth and up to 5 years of her life. I am devastated. I am professional photographer and have lost EVERYTHING!!!! Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It says Libraries, Collaboration, etc, but what does that mean in practice? How do I update it? Is all of that automatically updated if I update my Creative Cloud client? What is the latest safe version of Creative Cloud Services? Thank you in advance! Kind regards,M

En septembre j'ai résilé mon abonnement Potoshop, un message d'adieu est même apparu sur l'écran.. Depuis j'ai reçu plusieurs mails me signalant que ma carte de paiement arrivait à échéance et me demandant d'actualiser mon compte. Dernierement j'ai reçu un mail signalant que "votre paiement est du".  Sur mon compte j'ai constaté que l'abonnement résilié etait ré apparu et qu'une facture avait été émise !J'ajoute que je n'ai utilisé ce compte que pendant les dernier mois de 2019 et que lorsque j'ai voulu résilier en début 2020 la somme réclamée m'a fait reculer...Je constate également qu'il est impossible d'avoir à faire à quelque être vivant que ce soit par mail ou par téléphone !Je considère ces pratiques comme contraire au droit français etconstitutives d'une VENTE FORCEE.Devrais je porter plainte pour obtenir satisfaction ?

I bought illustrator classroom in a book. I want to do the lessons on my iMac AND my HP laptop. I also might like to do some of the lessons on my iPad. Is it possible to download the lesson files and use them on the different systems? Or, could I download windows and Mac versions of the lessons? I have asked this question numerous times at Adobe Press and have not received an answer. I would like to start my lessons but want to make sure I can use both versions. Can someone answer this question? Thanks! I want to do this with InDesign, Ohotoshop and Dreamweaver as well.

Hi, is there any way to hide Creative Cloud related icons from launchpad on Mac?? I don't want them. They look so messy.

Hello.  I recently needed to install AfterEffects to my computer and tried to open the Creative Cloud to do so. The window showed with a text box reading"Creative Cloud update availableBug Fixes adn technical enhancementsFull Release Notes (v. 5.6.5.58)"Followed by the auto-update switch.  I tried updating, and it seemed like it finished because I got no error and the loading bar completed, but the program did not open the window again like I figured it would. I tried manually opening the window again, only to find the same message as before! I have tried restarting my device and that still has not worked. And of course I can't uninstall Creative Cloud without first getting rid of my applications, which seems to me like a waste of time.  Any suggestions on what to try next?

I'm trying to find a way to upload raw images to creative cloud with my iPad (CF and sd cards invloved) while I'm on the run during a shooting day so my assistant can start working on them on my macbook pro with lightroom classic asap. Anyone who can help with the process? Thank you so much!

Greetings,I moved all of my files to Adobe Creative Cloud where I have 4TB of space, from a local server at work. I use a PC at home, and one at work. Both of the PC's are now nearly inoperable because they have various errors regarding not having memory, etc. It seems that all I've done is move all the files from the server to the PC hard drives? Can I move the files to Cloud Documents? Or, can I delete the local copies? This is all very confusing/ Thanks.

Hello, i get the screen you see below when i open Creative Cloud and try to login. I have tried 3 different links that a person send me on a post of this earlier: Link1: https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/sign-in-help/td-p/6071780. Tried, i had that file, deleted it and reïnstalled Creative Cloud. When i tried WMI thing with command prompt, it said it cant find that file... Maybe its that? I have one Mac. I have my own personal freelance CC subscription and am now also working for someone who has given me a subscription as part of their institution. If I log out of my personal CC account, can I log into my new 'work' CC account, and not lose any of the files in the "Creative Cloud Files" folder? My concern is that the first 'Creative Cloud Files' folder that sits on the Mac for 'synced files' doesn't get replaced by the second account. Do you end up with two "Creative Cloud Files' folders? Any help appreciated - I'm nervous to log on with the new account before knowing how/if it works. Please note, I do not need share/transfer between the two accounts, or access them at the same time. Thank you!

I just did a bulk upload to a shared creative cloud library and all of my structure is gone. everything that used to be in is own folder [icons] [colors] [headshots] etc. is now all in one generic folder now called "graphics".

Need help, I am paying for not one but TWO Adobe creative cloud accounts, one from my personal email, and one from my college email, both being paid from the same account, the only way its letting me cancel one is charging me the full price, I have been paying for the two accounts with no solution for 7 months now and don't know how to contact anyone, help please
