Creative Cloud Services

I want to stop Creative Cloud (CC) launching at log-in. I have gone to Creative Cloud > Preferences and unchecked the box marked Launch Creative Cloud at log-in. Sometimes this works (ie CC doesn't launch at log-in) ansd sometimes it doesn't. How do I stop CC launching at log-in permanently please? I have re-downloaded the latest version of CC. Thank you.

How to get rid of number in upper right corner of icon after clearing all alerts?!

I'm using Macbook Pro, and recently I formated my system. But after that, I reinstalled creative cloud.  But still, creative cloud not syncing my files. The folder shows only a link to creative cloud web. Please see attached screenshot 

When I boot up any of the adobe application it interrups my connection in 5 seconds. It goes back to normal when I close the program. I tried to set rules inbound and outbound on the firewall but it didn't work for me. Some services don't allow me to have internet connection while I'm using applications.

Firstly, contact ANYONE in ADOBE is so difficult, it's actually imposible. You click, Contact Us, then the bit 'talk with real people' and it redirect you to the Start Help Page so I'm making circles. God have mercy with me. In this part - ADOBE, you SUCK!.   Now. My problem. I suppose to have 20GB in my Creative Cloud. - 17 GB is used, but there are literally no files. Explain, why?   Can you do something about it?

Hello Adobe Team, I've tried to run creative cloud desktop but it simply don't work.The application keep ask me to login again but it can't show the login page and keep running. I've tried to:1.restart my laptop(MacBook with Mac OS 11.4)2.Upgrade my OS(Mac OS 11.4) 3.Use CleanUpTool and download again.4.Delete the file in OOBE and download again.5.Clean up file in the following / Library /Application Support/adobe/ Library /Caches/adobe/ Library /Preferences/adobethen download again.6. Do all of the above and download again. None of the above have succeed.I'm desperate.Please help me out!!

I have over 20 instances of this running...Two instances for other processes like:Adobe CEF HelperAdobe DVA 2021I am trying to get my PC running a little better because it is always freezing during after effects renders.  I am wondering if this might be related to that.

I am getting this error every other day and it's driving me nuts. Sometimes repair works, sometimes I need to download a new copy. Sometimes it works fine, then a restart or firing up my computer later on in the day and it gets the error again. Started having this issue about a week ago. What else can I do? 

 would anyone know how to edit spell checker dictionary?for example MS Word has a TXT file into which one can dump a whole set of words and the software would then recognized them all.thank you! 

Hello,I received multiple texts this morning from different phone numbers providing a verification code for logging in to Adobe - see the attached image. Though the multiple numbers may be a sign of spam, I am curious if there is any way to 1) see if they managed to get in and 2) prevent this from happening again. Thank you in advance.

So I know you can add an edit a description for a CC library asset when in a program such as Bridge or InDesign. That functionality doesn't seem to be in the "Your Libraries" section in the CC app. Am I missing something? Is this something that will get added? It would be super useful for some asset management/adding version information when using the "replace graphic" option. Thanks!

I cannot get my photoshop to run properly and my macbook is constantly runing out of space even though I have delteted over 50 gb off my hard drive.  I checked the creative cloud library file size and it's 109 gb!  What the heck is in this folder that is taking up so much space. When I drill down through the folders I get to a dcx folder with components that look like all photoshop fx pattern files.   How do I reclaim my hard drive space again.  It's gotten worse since I upgraded to the latest operating system too.  

Gmail and/or Microsoft prevent me from using Adobe to view attachments in my email. Adobe is not an option and is actively blocked when I go to choose what program I wish to use.   Kindly fix this for me. Creative Cloud did a update it stoped at 52% and broke all the programes. I was able to uninstall the programs and reinstall them. it tried to update again stopping at 52% agian braking everything but I cant uninstall anything now. has anyone else had this issue

Hi!I have an issue with creative cloud syncing: It never ends. I only have around a thirty PDFs in my creative cloud folder. When I access the PDFs online, they are all there. However, the syncing is ongoing and never stops. It only stops when I delete all my files and folders within the creative cloud folder. I have left my PC on for two weeks now in the hope the syncing would finally come to an end. No chance, it is still syncing. I have a super fast internet connection, so 30 PDFs usually take seconds for me to up- or download.This is cause for concern, as I am wondering what the hell Adobe is still syncing? It cannot be my PDFs since they are all synced already! Also, this is using my system resources and is putting a strain on my bandwidth!!Can anyone explain to me:1.) Why the Creative Cloud App is continuously syncing2.) What is the app syncing (since my files are all uploaded already)2.) Hi, I will be shortly changing my IMac for a more up to date model.       Will, when I change over cause Adobe to reject me from useing PS & LR because it will see a different  computer, Im sure this happened before when I changed from a Mac Book. ThanksBrian

How To Find The Adobe Creative Cloud App On A MacBook Pro When I access my applications on my MacBook Pro, I usually click an icon below named "Launchpad" ( It looks like a rocket ship). This shows me which apps I have access to on my mac. I can see all my adobe products like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, etc. However, I do not see the Creative Cloud app in this folder. The Adobe Creative Cloud app allows for me to install and un-install these applications (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator) easily. It also allows for me to update any Adobe applications that may need updating.  I've come to realize that the Adobe Creative Cloud App, is not stored on my computer like traditional apps are stored on a computer. Usually when I download an app, I can find the app in the "Applications Folder".But the Adobe Creative Cloud app is not visible in the "Applications Folder".  The Creative Cloud App is only visible after navigating to the "ACC f

Hello, I bought a new DELL Vostro witrh following specs. From what I can read from Adobe system requirements for Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator are my specs should be adequate. The Adobe CC Cleaner Tool served on other locations of the Adobe website, comes up as clean. What's going on with this particular file and why is it being distributed to customers?
