Please tell me that someone has solved the "Sorry this page can't be found" message I'm getting from Creative Cloud

I went to use my "recents" file in finder on Macbook Pro which I find extremely useful for my needs and it has disappeared overnight. Has anyone experienced this problem in the past? 

my pen tool is broken and invisible, and when I click on the settings the colors are blocked. What can I do?

Hello. I really liked the Adobe Spark service!But I couldn't find some objects to create finished works. I also work as a contributor for Canva, Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, and others stocks. I have a portfolio of over 50,000 original individual vector objects. I've just been working on specific section of an Adobe form and I clicked the back button on my phone and lost all my info before saving it in the cloud... Is there anyway yo get it back its a very important document... Anyone.... 

Is it possible to have an Eccom page on an adobe portfolio site? Not sure if adobe portfolio uses Iframe, I am told this would make it difficult to use some eccom solutions. Does anyone have any suggestions or samples they can share that are part of Adobe Port?  Thanks 

HiACC keeps re-installing an older version of Media Encoder, although I have the latest one. I\ve tried everything I could imagine to stop this. I contacted Abobe support team. They did not help. This ennoys me so much, because the latest Premiere always opens files in older Encoder instead of the newest one. Can anyone give an advice? What should I do here? Adobe gave me generic advice that did not help. After that there was no further support from Adobe, but I still need to solve this problem. Pls, help.T|hanks.

I first started using Photoshop in 1991! Adobe have some great products, truly amazing!  WHEN THEY WORK!  Way too many crashes every day these days and poor, slow support and yes, of course, HUGELY expensive to run! I mean stupidly expensive at £49/m + VAT Today I start a brave venture in switching to Serif | Affinity - I genuinely don't want to do this but Adobe CC is costing too much in monthly subs, crash downtime and poor slow support. When you work for yourself downtime cost a small fortune.  Also, it is clear that they are such a huge company now they genuinely do not care about us small players.  I was saddened that the tech support agent, having seen my case laid out before them, would then offer a years discount of just £30/m to entice me to stay. In truth, and I wish this did not sound so ungrateful, I was insulted that a 30+yr loyal customer was not offered a whole year for FREE as a minimum! In my online assets, there are lots of files that get sent to deleted. These are not old files or ones that we haven't used lately. It wasn't a big deal as long as I could restore them. I searched for a file today, found it, but when I clicked it, I got an error message that "the cloud document is currently unavailable."It shows the document in the search results and even flashes it on the screen like it's going to open before this error comes up.I sat in a chat with a rep about this a while ago, but it hasn't gotten fixed. I either need a way to keep files from getting deleted or to be able to restore them. 

Hey,  I'm now trying for over an hour to upgrade my CC (100GB of Cloud Storage) to 1TB and nothing seems to work. The site is constantly telling me that something is "wrong" but no mention about WHAT is wrong? Do they want their money, or shall I finally move to another service that doesn't bleed me dry and has terrible customer service over all?

After editing the title of the photos in the dashboard, I no longer see the photos in my portfolio, will it take some time to show..? or there is any technical issue.kindly advice.thanks...

I also have the same problem, the fan is working like crazy and the whole laptop is hot even when I only have Chrome turned on. Creative Cloud takes up to 98,3% of the energy impact even when it's off, and it's already updated to C.C X Process 4.4.4.1 I installed logs AdobeLogs_20210626_223359_586-mac.zip.  Could you please take a look. Now I can't use my laptop unplugged for more than one hour, even when no Adobe Programm is on. This is very frustrating.  YinXin

Hi!   I am confounded to locate the adobe website page, which I started, but have not completed.

Creative Cloud on Imac won't open.  Get the spinning wheel and unresponsive program warning.  Adobe support could not resolve this problem.  This is happening on my admin user.  The other profile on the computer it works just fine.  Has anyone had this happen?  I am ready to cancel service but just thought I would check with the community before I do.  I have tried all the suggestions in message boards.  The Adobe support consultant gave up and just said to contact Apple.  Please help.  Thanks.

hi guysI m having 2 big problem here i m not sure if i should make 2 different post but probably this issues are related, so let s to it.1.I cannot sync my library from adobe cloud to my computer.The Library is online however all the time i try to sync i get to 70% and it stop.I tried everything til now, clean unistall, reinstall, update, i asked help to adobe support and they just tried everything i had already done, however they did it again but without success.(after that the representative get disconnected and i got put back in queue). 2.Then All the time i try to sync the library i realised that, from activity monitor, CCLibrary drain data endlessly.It s just crazy, above all i need to kill the app otherwise even with Crerative Cloud closed, it doesn t stop.the day i realised this it drained me 30 gb.I don t have unlimited data connection and this really twisted my stomach.I need to mention that my library is 110Mb,  so i dont understand why this app download so mush dat

Hi, I have our studio's active files synced in CC Files fully on my work laptop, and a smaller Macbook Air with limited capacity that I use for lighter work whilst I'm out and about. Can I disable file syncing on the Macbook? It's killing my capacity! I've paused syncing, but it seems to like starting up again on restart. I also have half of the studio's work now synced on there that I'm hesitant to remove. Cheers!

I am fairly new to the whole Adobe Creative Cloud Service thing, and I get a little confused about how images are stored and accessed. Libraries in the Creative Cloud application share the same images on tablet and desktop. This I think are images I uploaded to the Libraries folder. Cloud Documents also share the images on the tablet and desktop version. However, this seems to have photos added though Photoshop on the tablet. However, that is where it stops. On the iPad, it looks like I can access photos I have added to Lightroom under Your Work and Lr photos. However, I can’t find this option anywhere on Creative clouds for desktop. Mobile Creation also has photos in Creative Cloud on the tablet that I can’t find in the desktop version. I can’t find these photos added in any of the applications, so how are photos added to this folder? The only app I easily can open images added to different folders are Photoshop Express. Which list photo roll, and options

I'm still new in this Adobe thingy, sorry if this question kinda out of topic cz not sure where to post.I'm using the Adobe Portfolio currently to create a website for my small community. But there's this section I'm currently stuck with: to create a "Comment" & "Create a Post" section in that page.Anyone have idea how to create it?Thanks, and your idea is really appreciated. 

Is there any way to duplicate an Adobe library? I want to make a library with pre done groups that I can duplicate and re-use the structure. Is there any way to do this?Thanks in advance.

Hello,I open my Creative Cloud, but I don't have the right to manage my application.  And I found a solution but when I follow direction to locate ServiceConfig.xml file but there is no Configs folder in OOBE folder.The URL everybody discussed is:/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/ServiceConfig.xmlI also found a solution to recreate the oobe folder, but I still failed. I only see ffc file in the new OOBE folder. I use the personal notebook,  macOS Big Sur. 11.4 Thank you.

WHY is it so easy to delete an entire library?! This is my fault - but there is a single button click that does not have any additional "hey really think before you do this!" color or urgency indicator symbols, etc -- that just allowed me to delete years and years of hundreds and hundreds of pieces of work for my most valuable, consistent client. This is a MASSIVE blow to my productivity and I IMPLORE you, Adobe, to add sirens and a failsafe to a person who is working tired and may try to delete a single library and item and delete the entire thing. OR ~ at least send the files from a deleted library to the deleted files folder! Please digital gods let there be a way out of this monumental pickle. SH*T!!! 

When is the new updates to Creative Cloud Apps scheduled to arrive? It's been sometime since anything interesting has been updated.
