Hello,How do I completely disable creative cloud sync permanently and delete the  folder that was added to my file explorer without my permission?I do not want to puase the syncing. I do not want to use the service. I will never use the service. I have a cloud service from a company that actually respects privacy. Please let me know what needs to be done. This is an essential feature and if there is no way to competely turn it off every time, then this is malware by definition.

I have a range of images I've exported from lightroom. These are all jpg file and I've tried to add them to the cloud storage via either photoshop or creative cloud. Creative cloud does give me an error, but it doesn't make sense.The error I get is this (filetype not supported) It is a jpg file - which should be supported. It's been exported as a jpg via lightroom.  I've loads of files, and they all give the same error. Plus I have lots of free space in the cloud.Why would I be getting the error? I've attached one of the failed files.  

Needing some advice- in Adobe Portfolio, I am looking for the pages to display at the same 90% width but when I add images side by side the folio site adds its own padding which makes them display wider (as seen in the image below). It's fine on mobile device but not on web, I have tried inserting them as photo grids but then on mobile the images arn't as big as I would like them. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks 

You may wonder why I want to move from Wordpress to Adobe Portfolio considering Portfolio, to me still seems to be a hobby rather than a serious business for Adobe. I like its simplicity and the ability to link the pages to Adobe LR. Plus, it comes at no additional cost to the Photography plan.   Is there a tool/mechanism to migrate my site from Wordpress to Portfolio? If there is one, where can I locate the documentation for it?

Who has access to the key's?Is it possible for anyone else to decrypt the data?Is the data stored within the EU, if no in wich country ?

I've tried to set a Sitewide Password, only for the password to not be accepted. I have now tried to remove the Sitewide Password, publish the website - and now there is still a password protection on the site. I've submitted a ticket that was closed in 25 minutes with zero reply from Adobe. Tech support on chat told me to wait 5-7 days for a reply. Hard to do when my ticket is closed. Has anyone had this issue and found a solution? Thanks so much for any insight.

I am working in Illustrator across multiple devices, and I want to put these fonts on CC so I can use them on my iPad. When I try to upload a .ttf or .otf file to CC, I get this error message:From my understanding, these file types should be accepted. I downloaded them from free online libraries over the years, so could it be a restricted rights issue? I have attempted multiple fonts and they all get the same error message.

Hello! I recently downloaded the Creative Cloud for illustrator and such for university, however I did previously have access to the Creative Cloud in high school, which was free. I deleted all the apps off of my computer, including the Creative Cloud and redownloaded it. When I open the app however, the window that pops up is specifically the NSW department of education login, which only takes education emails (and not univeristy). I have been unable to find a way to do an alternative log in, I am also on a MacBook, but please let me know if there's some way to reset it because it somehow assumes I am a high school student despite redownloading ! thanks 🙂

I just got a new laptop and am having issues getting the sync folders back on there. On my old laptop, I had a folder in windows explorer call "Creative Cloud Files" that would sync everything to CC. Just reinstalled it on the new machine and cannot for the life of me figure out where to enable it. The website says to click on the sync icon then chose settings, but mine doesn't have this option all all. Just a line about Libraries syncing.

Hi, I see a lot of people have had this problem in the past too and I have tried all of the recommended fixes I could find in these threads, but I still cant get my libraries to sync. I work for a large company and have an iMac where the libraries work fine and no sync error shows, but have just picked up a new MacBook Pro and the libraries on my MacBook Pro are not syncing with my iMac which are both on the same Adobe account. On the MacBook Pro is shows the "Libraries sync error" warning in all the adobe apps and the Creative Cloud App. I have tried all the uninstall recommendations with the cleaner tool etc, but nothing seems to get it working. Any help would be much appreciated as our Team would like to be able to all have access to a set of shared libraries, but I currently cant even share the libraries with myself on the same Adobe account?CheersGia

I have adobe account registered to old university email on Android. I also have my personal account registered using a  different email. How can I transfer files to one account? Is there anyway to still have access to or backup files on university registered account if I sign out and only use personal account.?  

Is there any way to change the Vendor name/ID after Adobe commerce marketplace account is created?

Hello there. As the title asks, where are the files stored locally?  If i download a file to work offline, where does the correspondent app stores the file? Lets say i'm working with a file in Photoshop and then i save it to the cloud. But im going to without internet so i decide to make it available offline. Where does Photoshop store that file? I can't find it anywere. The reason i'm asking this is because my company is "forcing" us to use the Creative Cloud files but i would like to keep a local copy of my files for backup purposes. Sure, i can save a copy online and another offline, but that's doubling the effort. If i know where the file is stored i can backup that folder.  Thank you.

I do not use Adobe ASdd-Ins in Outlook, I find they interfere with my ability to add attachments, and generally slow Outlook down to the point it is almost unusable.  I have opened Outlook as an administrator and unistalled the Adobe Add-Ins on a few occaisons.  A few days later, Outlook will again start to run slowly, freeze when adding attachments and Adobe Cloud reappers.  The Add-Ins are reinstalling by themslves, and I am tiored of it.  How do I prevent this?  I am really fed up with Adobe!

Buenas tardes, tengo un problema con la nube.El problema es que pareciera que nunca se guardaron los proyectos en la nube, no tengo ningún archivo en la nube y ya llevo másde dos años usando adobe. Me di cuenta porque reinicie la computadora y creí que adobe tenía todo en la nube pero al volver a ingresar no tenía nada, tengo solo unos archivos pero que son de lighroom y un solo archivo de photoshop.No sé si haya alguna forma de encontrar los archivos o saber que pudo pasar.

Tried to look this up but didnt find a solutionI use Adobe Portfolio as my main website but I also have an online shop hosted on another plataform. I simply want to add the link to it to my navigation bar/menu.I created a new page that redirects to the external website at Pages>New>Link and filled the form. But there's no option to turn on/off showing up on navigation bar as there is for other types of pages.
