Hola. Hace días que me sale en PS al intentar abrir las bibliotecas este error: Se produjo un error al inicializar Bibliotecas Creative Cloud. También me sale al abrir la aplicación de creative cloud. Hi,I recently created a webiste on Adobe porfolio and I noticed that no matter what I tried when uploading the pictures and mockups, it came out extremely blurry and hard to see.When I look at other Adobe Portfolio powered websites, it doesn't seem to be an issue for them.Is there something I'm missing...?Would love some help with this. Hey everyone,Is there a way to choose which version of Illustrator I want to open a file with from Creative Cloud?I need to keep an older version of Illustrator because I have some machines with plugins that don’t work with the newer versions. However, I also like using some of the latest features sometimes.When I right-click a file in the Creative Cloud desktop app, I only have "Open" and "Open in Web," but there’s no "Open With" option, which I believe used to be there before.
Hi!Nach langem Suchen und Probieren, musste ich bedauerlicherweise feststellen, dass es nicht möglich ist, ganze Ordner seiner Arbeit aus der Cloud zu downloaden. Lediglich einzelne Dateien lassen sich herunterladen. Legt man Projekte in Ordnern an und möchte den Ordner als ganzes herunterladen, gibt es dafür keine Option. Man muss alle Dateien einzelnd runterladen.Wäre toll wenn Adobe das mal ändern könnte, um den Cloud Dienst zu verbessern. Bei anderen Cloud-Dienstleistern ist das Standard.
I am at a lost here, all of a sudden i cant log into my creative cloud on the desktop or online, in any browser. I get this error "{"error":"invalid_scope"}" Can you help?
I created and downloaded my creative cloud synced documents. The message said the zipped file is available on creative cloud until 3/1/24 but I cannot find it. Where is it? The name of file is ccfeol_package.zip.
Is there a way to upload PDFs to a page in Adobe Portfolio? I can see how to upload images and videos, but I have some brochure and marketing collateral samples that I want to add to the site.
Photos on pages created in the Adobe portfolio load very long or not at all. The pictures have hundreds of Kb. There was no such situation before. Where is porblem located?
I started building my website with Adobe Portfolio and the UX was amazing. Very easy and super simple but still a cauple of must have features are still missing there like linking an existing page to your home page or creating a dropdown menu. I wonder why there isn't a forum for Adobe portfolio here. Has Adobe abondoned it or still there is a team working on it? There is a ticketing system for that only takes the problem related question. Why there is no more talk about it. We want Adobe Porfolio to improve and grow. It should become a great compititor of platfroms like sqaure space, godaddy and wix.
Hi, I'm trying to share my work Adobe library with an external designer. I've sent him invites 3 times but every time, he gets the following error message, see screenshot below. I've googled this issue and although I see others have the same problem, I've not found any answers yet. Please advise.I
Shouldn't be difficult. I drag and drop, right? I have a folder with an AE file, plus Footage, Assets, Fonts, etc. Everything works nicely on my hardrive. But I'm taking up stoarge and want to bring things to my cloud account. I have plenty of storage there. When I drag and drop I get the error below. Makes no sense to me. The list of accepted extensions does NOT include .aep (which can't be true). So I try the "File > Save As" option, but on my Mac, I can't navigate to Adobe because it doesn't show up as a location. See below. Could really use some help here. Thanks in advance.
I'm in IT support and one of my users keeps getting asked to reset his Adobe password out of the blue.What is odd is the others do not have this experience. The first time it happened was Jan 13 and today Feb 11.The first time I thought he did this on his own accidentally, but today I was present when in the middle of him workin on a file it came up and challenged him to sign in again - and this time made him change his cloud account password before he could proceed. According to him he doesn't share his password with anyone and I'm wondering if this is the system's auto-response to a hacking attempt?"Password Reset Notice To protect the security of your account, you must reset your password."What would cause this - any advice is appreciated. (fyi when the Adobe Password Breach happened I advised all my users to change their passwords immediately - this is not related)Thank you
I hadn't fired up my laptop for several months and when I did the other day, creative cloud seems to be corrupted and wouldn't open. So I downloaded a new install and every time I try to launch the installer it says can't launch because an install is already in progress. I opened the task Manager and killed the install in progress but it still says install in progress every time I try to install it. Anyone have a fix for this. I rebooted the machine a couple times but still the same problem.
Hi all,I'm trying to the Creative Cloud file sharing service to send files to clients.I often get responses that the download link doesn't work.When I try the link, it works, even when I'm not signed in to my Creative Cloud account.In my opinion this could be a browser or an operating system issue.I'm using Safari on OS X and I guess I can safely assume that most of my clients are on Windows OS.Does anybody know of any issues that could cause such a behavior?Thanks in advance,Eli

Hello everyone! I have been using Adobe Portfolio for a few weeks. Here is my profile; https://duygukizil.com/work I use the Thamos template. I made a logo with a gif. It looks great on the website but it doesn't show up on mobile.The weird part is that my name was written instead of the logo before and it showed up on mobile.Is this the problem? Does Adobe Portfolio not work with gifs on mobile? I would be glad if you could let me know! Best regards.
Every time I get off a game "Creative Cloud Helper.exe - System Error" pops up and it says "The code execution cannot proceed because libcef.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." and I have already done that and it is aggrivating. If someone knows how to fix this, please tell me because it is so annoying.
Hello, I have tried my best to find other people with this problem but I've had no luck.I share a couple of libraries with three of my coworkers. Everyone can edit, but it's mostly only me. Lately I have been experiencing this problem off and on. When I try to add a new item to one of the exisiting libraries, it pops up for about a second in the designated library, and then disappears. Then it creates a new library with the same name following by '(recoverd)'. This new library is a personal library so it is not shared with my coworkers. Things I have tried:- restarted my computer- updating all adobe programs- reinstalling all adobe programs- called my company's IT helpdesk. I want to add a privacy policy in my footer, that links to an internal page that states the policy. I have done this, with no problem, using the html : <a href="https://myname.myportfolio.com/privacy-policy.html ">Privacy Policy</a> However, I do not want the said policy page to be in my navigation bar. The minute I hide the page from the naviagation bar, (even though it is still active), the link in the footer takes you to my homepage. When I go to the URL of my home-page in the browser, it says https://myname.myportfolio.com/privacy-policy instead of https://myname.myportfolio.com/home. When I check back in the editor, the home page shows the correct URL of https://myname.myportfolio.com/home. What is going on? Is this a glitch? (I have tried a couple of browsers), or does this feature only work when a page is showing in the navigation?
I created a public CC library to share vector files (PDF). When user downloads assets from the Adobe library, they are given the download options PDF, PNG, or JPG. Is there anyway to control this in my library so that the user doesn't unknowlingly convert my vector file to a PNG?
CC libraries Add-in Powerpoint (office 365) is not working anymore. Tried all the possible solutions but nothing seems to work. I have several Adobe accounts and the Add-in was working fine before. Can you please help me? I really need the Add-in to work. Thank you.

So I'd like to change my Adobe Portfolio URL, which I understand is simple enough to do. However, I'd also like for the old URL to redirect to the same website/the new URL I want to use.It's very unclear how to proceed and I'm wondering if anyone else has been able to do so. I am aware that you can use a custom domain to redirect to the portfolio but it appears to me you can do that but NOT with previous Adobe Portfolio URLs.I really don't want to just remake my entire portfolio with the new domain name to solve this issue. If anyone has been able to do this, or if you need more clarity on my issue, please let me know, thank you!
