On my phone everything works fine on my pc the plans are not displayed and I can't download anythingI cleaned the browser cookies and deleted everything from Adobe.I don't know what I can do please help meEverything is displayed on my phone and all programs work.

Hi, I can't find the button through which I entered the admin panel of my website on the Portfolio. Where is she now? When I try to click on the "Open in Browser" button on the "Portfolio" application page, nothing happens

The name of my external SSD drive, connected to my 2020 MacMini through a hub, was modified with an extension of "1" at the end. Its only noticeable because my cloud backup service (backblaze) doesn't recognize the drive anymore.I worked with Senior support at Apple and they cannot solve it over the phone but in working with them I narrowed down that this change, including permissions, happened after I newly installed Adobe Cloud and my favorite programs. I have tried to rename it back to the original name without the extension but it will not rename, even after removing the "Admin" permission that Adobe Cloud modified when I clicked "Allow."How do I get rid of this extension?  

When I tested the contact form it generates an email from:Adobe Portfolio...Is there a way to change this?Also is there a way to change what the subject header says?

Hey I am using the Creative Cloud Desktop App on my Macbook pro. After getting a notification on my laptop that I have run out of storage space, I realised that all of the files I have saved in the Cloud are also saved on my laptop and using up a lot of memory.This may be a silly question but how do I stop this or is it possible to do so? I thought Creative Cloud was a Cloud service, to free up space and eliminating the need to save large files onto my laptop.Any help would be great thanks!M.

Olá. Não consigo fazer com que a biblioteca da Creative Cloud faça a sincronização de forma correta. Já reinsntalei o app e também reiniciei o mesmo usando os atalhos Ctrl+Shift+R. Em um primeiro momento a sincronização é feita mas logo em seguida volta a falhar. Tentei excluir a pasta Creative Cloud Libraries, conforme o site da Adobe orienta, mas não consegui. Ao tentar deletar a pasta o sistema diz que preciso da permissão do usuário, no entanto sou administradora do pc em questão. Como faço para resolver esse problema?

Adobe Creative Cloud no me permite descargar un archivo de su nube que es mayor a 2G pero si me permitìa hacerlo antes. No se que pasa, solo dice que pida ayuda por acá, lo que significa que esa nube sólo me está haciendo perder archivos y necesito resolverlo. Why when I save documents on my server doesn't it get synched to my cc account?

Hi, Many of us are unable to run CC Apps (especially Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge) unless launched as administrator. This problem is lasting since years but nobody seems to care about it. The usual anwers (checking permissions, re-installing apps, re-installing Windows, creating a new user account, talking about corrupted files or system - that many corrupted data or systems, really ? - etc.) don't help. They are just a loss of time. The error messages emitted by the app about denied access to a folder or a file are stupid enough to not specify which file or which folder. A lot of users have spent hours following the above mentioned advice without any result. Trying to examine the many log files spread by Adobe CC on our disks is just a nightmare. There's another related problem that also needs to be fixed : Photoshop will not list as possible scratch disk any other drive than C: ... unless run as admin. I have noticed that similar problems exist on the Mac. Forc

Why do I keep getting an error message that my storage is full? I have permanently deleted almost all of my files. I’ve kept a few but I was able to do so much more before. I have been battling this issue for quite some time and can’t figure out how to resolve it. I would love to keep creating documents and posts for social media via the adobe express app but my storage being full won’t allow it.

I am unable to find a way to upgrade my cloud storage for lightroom from 1TB.  If I click no the upgrade storage within the Creative Cloud App on windows I get the error message - 'This page isn't working right now. If the problem continues contact the site owner.' HTTP ERROR 431.' This has been the case for at least the last month.  If I try to upgrade from the Lightroom App on windows I am taken to my account page but there is no option to upgrade there. It seems an un-necessarily difficult to simply upgrade to a higher storage tier? 

Hello,I mistakenly deleted some elements/files (not the whole library!) from one of my Adobe CC libraries. A prompt message with Undo appeared for 2 seconds. I noticed that button too late. After I went to the link https://assets.adobe.com/deleted to recover my assets. I used to do it before. But my assets were not there.My question is there a way to restore the files from the library? Thank youP.S. iMac | Apple M1 Pro | Ventura 13.6.1

Hi, Why are my photos and videos no longer showing in my portfolio? Please solve this problem.

The CC app is supposed to be the heart of the Adobe Cloud Ecosystem - sadly it is the poster child for the disfunctional, unusability of the whole system.Most of the individual apps work very well as standalones, but chain them to Creative Clooud and you have  an unusable mess....Today - I have a client logo that urgently needs to be revised - I can see it in Illustrator, but it is impossible to download or open. Literally impossible. Doubtless in an hour or two I will be able to open and work on it, but the deadline will have pased and I look like a fool.This is not the first time this has happened, but this logo was overlooked when most files were downloaed to the good old local disk. Support call are a waste of time.As a heads up: my internet connection is a wired 1Gb connection and all apps are up-to-date, so no blaming that. Angry!

Hi all Am new to adobe portfolio.  To overcome the limitation of not having different colours for text backgrounds I though about making this in indesign and uploading it as image to adobe portfolio, will it affect the visibility/findability of the website in google if most of the text is in these images? thanks in advance  

Hello, I have had no help to solve my query so far.  I am having trouble changing my website name on google. I have bought my domain name 'rosetteequinetransport.co.uk' and have uploaded it to the Web however after going into settings and changing the website name and meta description on search optimisation I have had no luck to change my website name appearing on google.  My username on Adobe is Castillo it seems to have used that as my name. I changed it thinking it would solve the issue but no luck. It shouldnt have to use your adobe ID to publish a website name? something isnt working I need some guideance please.    

I recently created an Adobe Portfolio site, and it’s been a rollercoaster of frustration. Some friends are getting hit with a 403 Error or Access Forbidden messages when trying to visit it. And to make it worse, it seems to depend on the browser—Google Chrome is particularly stubborn and refuses to open it at all.Has anyone dealt with this kind of issue before? Any advice on how to fix it? I swear, I’m losing my mind over this.

Good day! After many years of working with the same computer, same everything, I was prompted to update Creative Cloud and now I am welcomed with a new error that says: "Creative Cloud Services are blocked. Please check your firewall settings" I have not made any changes to my firewall settings, the only thing that has changed in the last few months was this update. There is no documentation or previous posts that seem to focus on this issue. I've done things like ensure that adobe applications are able to get through the firewall, edited my hosts file, everything I Can find online but nothing seems to fix the issue. My apps appear to be working normally but I am not sure what problem this is going to cause moving forward. Is there a known solution to this issue?
