Hi, I have 2 different collections in my portfolio, the 1st doesn't have a password and the 2nd does. I wanted to be able to have some pages in the 1st collection also show up in the 2nd and found 'Show in Multiple Collections' worked really well for this. However, the only problem is that the password is now needed when accessing these pages from the 1st collection, too. Is it possible to get rid of the password when the pages are accessed from the 1st collection? I know I can probably just duplicate the pages I want in both but I was hoping to avoid that to make it easier to update. Thanks!

Hello, can someone tell me how to change the case my name as it appears in browsers for my adobe portfilio name? It currently appears as all lowercase and I would like to capitalize the first letters in my first and last name. I don't see any setting for that in the editor.

Wondering what peoples thoughts are on the best practise for working files and saving on devices please? I've always saved my work on an external drive and back up on a secondary one... this feels a bit clunky... I've been looking into iCloud or Dropbox (only used this for file sharing until now) as an alternative way of storing and working on files, but guessing this is a probelm if there's no internet connection. What do people find works well for them, please? Thanks! 🙏

Hey there, I am a photographer & I have tried to update my portfolio site multiple times. Just trying to upload a new album. Each time I re upload all the photos to the album and click update site and the browser sits on the "One Moment...We're Updating Your Site" screen for up to hours at a time, never updating anything. This is very confusing and aggravating as I have tried to update multiple times already.I am uploading from an eternal harddrive. Any advice or insite is appreciated,Thank you

HI,When Adobe closed Creative Cloud (but still charghed me for it!) and then opened a new Creative Cloud, I wondered if Adobe were able to restore past files from the old CC?Over the summer, I've had a problem with a storage device and could really do with my CC account back (or am I able to get access to them somehow?).I'll also contact Adobe Help but many thanks for any User assistance you can give.Dan

Hello, recently I'm having hard time to access the behance website even the app, I already tried to clear cache even clear broswer history and reset my wifi but I keep getting on receiving error message. I hope someone can help me resolve the issue.

Hi everyone,I've just started the full paid version of the adobe creative suite by using my university email to get the student discount on the full plan.After paying the first month I tried downloading Illustrator first, but it gave me an error message.It says that my account is not valid for this device and I should try with an insitute's ID.I don't understad what shoud I do to resolve this problem as every program closes after clicking any button shown. I hope someone may have some tips, thanks.

We are planning to migrate from AMS to AEM Cloud, and our project currently uses inRiver. We've heard that the inRiver connector is not available for AEM Cloud. Could you please let me know if anyone is using inRiver with AEM Cloud?Thanks

Hello, I am trying to share my project to my Digital Design Professor. When I go to share it, there is not option to share with everyone with link. It only says only people invited can acsess. I tried invitng my professor but it still didn't work. Please help me share my project with anyone with the link.

I've been trying to add photos to my portfolio site for a week and they upload fine but when I try to update my site it just says it's updating indefinately. I've never had any issues updating my site or adding large qunatities of images before; it shows any new pages that I add, it just won't update with the content I want on those pages. 

Hello, I created a Portfolio from a number of different PDF files. I'm not in the portfolio file and in the navigation pane, all of the individual files are holding on to the name of the original PDF file that I used to add to the Portfolio. Is there a way to rename those files that make up the portfolio? Thank you, Jen

The Adobe Portfolio site is scaling my logo down to a tiny size. I looked through all the settings and can't find a way to make it bigger and legible. My logo is 1700px wide so, I can't imagine my file is the issue.How can I make the logo bigger? 

In Adobe Portfolio, is it possible to have three images in a row, each as a different clickable link?I can't seem to add a third image to a row nor can I make the images in a photo grid a clickable link.

I copied the photo files from my photographer's SD card but had to stop copying in the middle. Therefore, I tried to upload them to the Creative Crowd so that my photographer could add all the files from the SD card again. I supposed it automatically skipped the same files, which created copies and cluttered my folder instead. How can I set creative crowd so that it skips the same files?

Pague adobe, me aparece que no tengo conexion y se me cierra sesion a cada rato.intente cambiando el correo, contraseña, desactivar firewall, desinstalando y volviendo a instalar todo lo de adobe, reiniciar mi pc y no pude solucionar este problema, aparte de que no puedo usar creative cloud porque ni bien termino de iniciar sesion se vuelve a cerrar. 

This is same as other posts but no solution was found in the 3 posts I already checked.I want to fix to English but it keeps going to Japanese (I live in Japan, but don't speak Japanese). I can't find any setting in the account. 

Hi, a friend of mine (that isn't very tech-inclined) has an anti-virus software that flagged the hash value of Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe as malware, and as someone with an IT background they asked me to help figure it out. I took the hash from their file and checked it on VirusTotal but there was no information at all on it which was suspicious. I wasn't sure if they had a legitimate version of the setup file straight from Adobe so I figured I'd try installing it myself to see if the hashes line up. I downloaded Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe straight from Adobe (at this link: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html) and I used CertUtil -hashfile <filepath of the file> MD5 to generate an MD5 hash to compare and my hash was different from theirs. However, my hash also wasn't in VirusTotal either, which I found very odd since my file came straight from the trusted source. The title says it all: i can upload and see a video on the creatieve cloud desktop app. But i can not see it on the android app. I can see photos tho. Isn't it possible on Android?

Hi everyone,I've been using the Creative Cloud and Adobe software for quite some years now and never ran into this issue. Here's my situation:I had to change my subscription and therefore just created a new account, with which I have now subscribed all softwares again. My other account is still subscribed for 2 more days. On my original account, I uploaded a lot of files on the Creative Cloud to work on them with my colleague. Of course wanting to use my files on the new account as well, I just shared the documents with the e-mail of my new account.But here's the issue: Not a single file shows up on my new account in the "Shared with you" folder. I even copied the link and can open the document in my browser, but cannot edit the file but only "Copy to files". On a side note, I double checked that I gave permission to edit and even tried it with multiple files. I cannot edit a single one nor see them in the shared folder. What could I try or do to fix this? I already restarted CC,

First of all, I'm on macOS public beta, no issues with the way Adobe apps are running thus far. However, everytime I restart my Mac I get the follow error: "CCLibrary" would like to access data from other apps.Keeping app data separate makes it easier to manage your privacy and security. Even though I hit Don't Allow, the box pops up each time. Also, I do not sync any files to Adobe Library so certainly not seeing a reason to hit Allow.

Bonjour je viens d'installer creative cloud mais je n'arrive pas à me connecter. Lorsque je rentre mon adresse mail (adobe ID) ainsi que mon mot de passe cela ne fonctionne pas. (Je suis sur Mac)

Hi, When I launch the creative cloud app, it is not filling the window properly and the click points for the mouse do not line up with the icon buttons. Also, I cannot see the right side and bottom of the app. It is like the app is open in a window inside the app window.  I have tried changing the resolution and scale factors to see it that helps but nothing seems to affect it.  This was not a problem yesterday and nothing new has been changed to my knowledge. I attached a screenshot of what it looks like. Has anyone else seen this before? Thanks in advance. Win 11
