ADOBE PORTFOLIO. Trying to upload vertical images along with horizontal images to a photo grid for my portfolio. For some reason, the vertical images only appear either sideways or stretched wide to fit in with horizontal photos. Is there a way to fix this so that my vertical images appear as they are?

Yesterday morning, I suddenly received a 403 error, access denied to my Portfolio pages. It continues today. I have logged out of Adobe account, and back in. Tried different browser. Can't find any information that explains why the sudden denial. Any direction would be appreciated. Hope this is posted in the right bucket. I didn't note anything else on the list that seemed better.  

Hi, In my new computer the UXP direct install (double clicking) never installed and I tried a few different things including the CC Cleaner, Reinstallation etc. Someone told me there are a lot of reported cases for this and no solution for it. So I resorted on the command line installation - which has been working up until now. But today I tried doing an install the update for an existing UXP and it started giving me error in the command line "Failed to install, status = -198!". I can't find anything for this error, on the web. Any idea what could be the issue? Also if someone can guide me further with the standard double click installation issue, that would be great too. Kind Regards,Bikram

Liebe Community, mein Cloudspeicher ist fast voll und wie ich nun rausgefunden habe, liegt das an meinem Papierkorb. Was mich allerdings wundert ist, das ich die Datein nur auf der Website https://assets.adobe.com/deleted sehen kann und nicht in den Webbasiertern Versionen von Lightroom.Nagut, jetzt verusche ich den Papierkorb zu leeren, nur finde ich keine Funktion auf oben genannter Seite es mit einem Schlag zu löschen. Ich muss diese rund 20 GB an Datein in kleinen Etappen auswählen und löschen?!?! My subscription ended today without an offer to renew it which would have been nice instead I've been signed out of my account and NOT ONE file I've edited over the past year is available on my adobe cloud or laptop, I WANT MY FILES BACK!!

I think my friend my have accidentally deleted my website, they have access to my Adobe account, and now I do not see my site when I access Portfolio. This is extreme;y frustrating becuase there is no support team for Adobe Portfolio, when you call the Adobe number they do not have a team that supports troubleshooting for Portfolio. Does anyone know if there is there a way to recover this website if it was deleted? I sent them a an email, that's the best I can do for now, but I need a quicker solution to this.

Hi, So our developer was using a Personal Account of Creative Cloud that was connected to his work email address.  We bought him a corporate subscription of Creative Cloud using the same work email address.  We cancelled the payment for the personal account.  However, now he cannot download his files from Adobe Cloud to local storage.  He will get one of 2 different errors, both attached. I thought I read somewhere that you get 30 days of access to your files once you canacel a subscription.  Is this not the case?  Or do we need to pay for another month of the Personal account to get our files? Please advise. Cheers  

This is probably a really common question, and trust me I've tried so many solutions. Nothing worked. I'm trying to download the RTFX plugin while using the ZXP Installer. I was using the grey one, I think the one that's not updated and when I open it, it just stays on the grey screen, it never lets me in. So, I decided to get the most recent one, the one with the icon has the red box (ZXPInstaller), and that didn't work either because when I put in the zxp file, it just said that it wasn't compatible. I saw a solution for this on youtube, did not work for me and I saw the same problem on this website but it just led me back to the original one I used 😐. Is there any other solutions or another way I can download RTFX?

I haven't used any Adobe apps for a few years. I unintalled the apps I had - PS and IA using their uninstallers. I have no other Adobe apps installed except for Creative Cloud. When I try to uninstall it I get this message: "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for Desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it." The reason I want to uninstall it is because it keeps spinning up the Adobe Content Synchronizer Helper - sometimes hundreds are running at the same time.  

Hi, I've been using my collage enterprise cloud account and its suddenly ended - It has been a couple months since I've finished and left the school. I have most files backed up but not my most recent ones. How can I recover them? I try opening a file in illustator and photoshop but it says I've no permission, and no cloud documents. The account gave me no warning, and then removed all my files. I've tried the free trial to see if I can access the files but nothings showing up. Can anyone help? I don't think it'll be worth calling the school since I doubt they will know what to do.

How can I access the files hosted on my adobe portfolio site? To download uploaded videos for example. 

I created a library and I am trying to share it with my team. When I click on "Collaborate" it leads me to a page that says "Error 404: Asset not found." When I access my libraries on the web, that particular library doesn't show up. How do I get this library to show up and be sharable?

i saved an Illustrator file in the cloud on my laptop but it doesnt appear on my pc at work. how do i access the file? Unfortunately my laptop is at home, and i don't have access to it.This isn't the first time it's happened - last time i managed to find the file in my account online. But this time the file isn't there. TIA

Adobe Comp discontinued, however on Adobe website is statet that existing users can still use it. I used it till last weekend, so 2 years after it was duscontinued, re-installed it several times because it had a bug due to a Font. Re- installing always worked,until now, I cannot get in anymore. When I tried I got the message that my account has no permission to acces and  sync files and store on a location. Please help,!Now I lost all my files including a book of w50 pages ready for printing.I have the newest Ipad M4,allupdates, files are not in Creative Cloud, re-installed several times, even re-installed Ipad,nothing works.Olease help!

Hello community,I would like to get visibility on the number of AEM Standard and Light users that are currently using AEM in the admin Console. Where would be the correct place to check this and how can I know which users need to be considered in the count?Namely, should I count users in user groups or product profiles? Dear Community,As I tried to upload a file to my Creative Cloud via a Desktopn app, I got an error that I'm not allowed to uplaod anythign bigger than 1 Gb.As far as I could google, i should be able to uplaod files up to 5 Gb on the Desktop app, but seems, that might not be case anymore. Or am I doing smth else wrong?The file is 1.9 Gb big and in .tif format.Thanks and regards!

I have been getting a notice that my cloud storage is full . When I try to delete thereis nothing to delete . I also looked on my computer for  adobe creative cloud and ther eare no files to delete? I tried using adobe Chat  with a specialist and got cut off . Any help would be appreciated

I am using a runtime action to do some post processing and integrations with other systems after an Asset in AEM is published. I need to be able to do a get request based on the path from the parameters passed into the Runtime action. When using a local JWT token (or setting up JWT) I can pull down the data on the assets.  The issue I run into is that when using OAuth, I can get a Bearer Token but using that Bearer Token results in a 401 unauthorized error when getting the asset. I have tried reading through a lot of the docs for the various APIs I can configure from the project to add to the OAuth Scope but keep running into the same unauthorized error. I have looked through the docs on https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/assets/extending/mac-api-assets on CRUD API  calls for assets but OAuth scope is never mentioned for being able to access these endpoints. What am I missing in being able to access the assets from wit

Ive just decided to create a portfolio and i am unable to add any pages to my portfolio. I'm am clicking on the "+" icon and multiple page options show up however when i click on one nothing happens, is this is glitch/bug?

I have a personal Adobe account which is recently added to Adobe for Teams account for work. When I checked my libraries, the assets/projects are gone. I thought this could be because I was signed in to the wrong profile, but I was NOT THE CASE because two public libraries I saved on my personal profile are still there, as well as my old personal cloud documents, but not my library files. They're just gone, not even on deleted files etc. I need a way to recover them.

The cloud bin is empty but 95B is used, what files are taking up the cloud if the bin is empty? Thanks

Ola, sei que nao eh o lugar certo mas nao achei onde postar.Estou tendo problemas com minhas fotos publicadas no BEHANCE.  Recebi um aviso de "violacao das regras por n u d e z e conteudo s e x u a l" ... mas nao tem NADA disso nas fotos. Eh um projeto de fotos de halloween.  Fiz o apelo atraves do proprio email mas nao foi aceito pelo mesmo motivo.EXISTE um erro muito grande nesse julgamento e gostaria de saber o q esta acontecendo.  Se for algo automatico, existe um problema MUITO grave com os filtros da ADOBE.AIIIII EH PRA MATAR HEIN ADOBE!?
