I recently downloaded CC to my desktop and laptop successfully. In anticipating a business trip, I created a number of files on the desktop and saved them to the cc folder. Now, I'm on my laptop, 3,000 miles away from my desktop and the folders I created are in the CC folder, but not the actual files. I can find them in the online account, but when downloaded, the links are messed up. Is there a way that I can access the files from my laptop?
When ever I pick any desktop fonts from Typekit, I found it's not synced to my computer. I tried restarting the Adobe Creative Cloud. Then it will sync properly. Similar problem is there with Adoble Cloud files getting synced.Later when I check Activity Monitor, when every this problem arises 'Core Sync' app is showing 'not responding'. At times, instead of 'Core Sync' app, 'Creative Cloud' will be showing 'not responding'.Any idea how to fix this? It's being very difficult with work with Cloud files since every time I update a file on cloud need to restart creative cloud to upload the file to my colleagues.
All my cloud files are missing after last update and synchronisation. Suggestions please!
Files saved in Creative Cloud desktop folder aren't synching to other machines. CC incorrectly says 'all files up to date'. How can this be fixed?
Upon the latest update to the Creative Cloud app, all my sync files were moved locally from my secondary (data) hard drive to my primary boot drive, without notification or permission. Now the software won't move them back, even though I reset the default file location back to where I want them. How can I restore my files back to where they where without messing up all the sync data with the cloud?
When I view pdf or InDesign files in the Creative Cloud file list online, I only see the first page. The right and left arrows to scroll through pages are missing. I am using Safari and have tried Firefox, but I can't get anything more than the first page of the document to show up. I am also still unable to upload large files (more than a few GB) to the Cloud using the desktop app. Anyone else having the same problems? Is there a fix?
Every morning when I wake up my machine (Mac Pro late 2013), CC will either have an alert icon or no icon.Usually the alert icon is a notification about apps not able to load, and nothing to do with file syncing. (clicking reload on that screen does seem to work for showing current apps)Files will not resume syncing until I quit any open Adobe apps (usually Illustrator, Photoshop) - and force quit creative cloud app. (Simply quitting CC will only remove icon from status bar, but the app is still there in Activity Monitor, and I can't start CC again until force quitting it). It's a very tedious process and a frustrating way to start every day. I work with a team of 8 other designers who rely on having our latest files in sync. Running: CC Version 1.8.0.447 Machin Specs:Processor 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5Memory 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 ECCGraphics AMD FirePro D500 3072 MBSoftware OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)
I keep getting an error message that says I cant sync
HELP! I can't open any of my files since I canceled my membership! What happens to my files if I cancel my membership?
So, two issues. 1: Some collaborators do not get email invite at all. 2: The ones who do get the invite say that the folders are empty. No files there. WTF??? I am on iMac, running latest Yosemite, with current version of Creative Cloud. So, hmmm? What is the problem? I really need to be able to collaborate on this project.
The files are between 1.5 gb and 9 gb. Any suggestions?

Settings from Illustrator and Indesign doesn't sync from mine old mac (10.9) to mine new mac(10.10).
My CC syncing hasn't ever really been working that great, and now it's doing nothing. I'm really frustrated that this doesn't work for myself or my team. In comparison with doing the same task with either Dropbox of Google Drive the CC service falls behind in delivering or even fails completely. I've attached a screenshotI have my log files zipped and ready to send to someone from Mac: /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CloudSyncI have tried signing out of the Creative Cloud app and back in again, from the preferences using the Sign out buttonI have tried turning File syncing on/off in preferencesI have tried restartingI have tried different networksI am running 1.8.0.447I can sync fonts, marketplace files, and update apps I have run "rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync/options.tix"And sometimes it shows that it's doing something but stays stuck on processing what it's syncing. For example something like, 32 of 4011 files, 345 days leftOn a slow inte

Hi,I'm on a Mac (OS X 10.10.1) and recently changed my system's "user" folder name to something else. I believe I followed all of Apple's steps correctly to make sure my user account name and user directory are in alignment after the change. However, the Creative Cloud did not update the extension / file location address for syncing. I went into Creative Cloud's preferences and saw the "File Location" was still listing the old name for my Mac's user folder. I used the drop-down menu to select "Other" and then selected the newly-named user folder. The Creative Cloud app then started loading (presumably, to re-establish sync connection), but then gave me the same error message again. When I go back into Creative Cloud's preferences, the "File Location" now shows the correct, newly-named user folder, but I still get the same error message whenever I try to turn sync back on. Even with the correct file shown as the "File Location", the error message still makes reference to the old extensi
