I am an administrator on my computer (always have been) with no admin p/w required.File sync is turned on in CC. I tried to remove and reinstall, but always same error message. What am I doing wrong?
I have a full CC membership (student-teacher) and want to download assets from the market place. Not possible: I have to upgrade my plan (???). What now?? This is not the first time this question pops up in this forum but I have never seen an answer!!
Hello folks,Since the latest Creative Cloud update (I'm using version 1.9.0.465 as of this writing), I've been unable to successfully sync my Creative Cloud Files folder.First things first, as other forum users have posted elsewhere, when the update installed itself, my Creative Cloud Files folder was moved from my chosen location to its default location (C:\Users\MyUserName) and I've been unable to put it back where I wanted it.However, more pressingly, I noticed that every time I booted my computer, neither my wife nor I were able to access the Internet. After a couple days' trial and error I realized that Creative Cloud was trying (unsuccessfully) to sync about seven files (totaling about 750MB) to the cloud, and anytime the sync was actively working, my network access was completely blocked. Even the Creative Cloud desktop app itself couldn't access the Internet to authenticate my apps or Typekit fonts.I have managed to get much smaller files (1MB, 5MB, up to 15MB) to s
Creative Cloud File synch is too impatient and it constantly gives me an error when I try to save my project file from Articulate Storyline 2 to my folder on Creative Cloud,This is from my log:Copy Over 'C:\Users\sbirch\Creative Cloud Files\eIssuance\03Project\eIssuance.story' -> 'acsl://scss.adobesc.com:80/files/eIssuance/03Project/eIssuance.story'- ERROR: Copying file: Cannot open local file 'C:\Users\sbirch\Creative Cloud Files\eIssuance\03Project\eIssuance.story' for read: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (error 32)Problem is, the save operation is incomplete when CC tries to access the file. And it jsut gives up. It doesn't wait o
I had to reformat my mac and have re-downloaded the creative cloud app - I can see the creative cloud folder in finder. But I can't get files on creative cloud to reappear in my finder - How do I download/sync from the cloud to my computer?
Hi, I recently updated the CC desktop app, it would seem yesterday, according to the desktop app itself. Unbeknownst to me, this update reverted the location of my Creative Cloud Files folder, from where I'd set it on my 6TB RAID5 Data HD array, back to the default of C:\Users\Brian A\ on my 500GB SSD system drive. It perturbs me, both that this would happen at all - an update should not change or clear user preferences - and that there was zero notification that this had occurred. If at some point my system drive approaches full between apps and app data, having something like this occur could cause a very large mess. In fact, less than one month ago, the C: drive on my last computer would not have had enough space. I'd no clue this had even happened until I opened preferences in my CC desktop app and noticed under Files, my location began with C:.Was this a bug? Should I report this somewhere? Is there a way to prevent this from occurring with future updates?Thank you in advance for
Several people in my office can no longer see some of our all files after doing the Creative Cloud update today. They are also not in the archive folder. This is scary.
Would like this question answered.
I recently downloaded CC to my desktop and laptop successfully. In anticipating a business trip, I created a number of files on the desktop and saved them to the cc folder. Now, I'm on my laptop, 3,000 miles away from my desktop and the folders I created are in the CC folder, but not the actual files. I can find them in the online account, but when downloaded, the links are messed up. Is there a way that I can access the files from my laptop?
When ever I pick any desktop fonts from Typekit, I found it's not synced to my computer. I tried restarting the Adobe Creative Cloud. Then it will sync properly. Similar problem is there with Adoble Cloud files getting synced.Later when I check Activity Monitor, when every this problem arises 'Core Sync' app is showing 'not responding'. At times, instead of 'Core Sync' app, 'Creative Cloud' will be showing 'not responding'.Any idea how to fix this? It's being very difficult with work with Cloud files since every time I update a file on cloud need to restart creative cloud to upload the file to my colleagues.
All my cloud files are missing after last update and synchronisation. Suggestions please!
Files saved in Creative Cloud desktop folder aren't synching to other machines. CC incorrectly says 'all files up to date'. How can this be fixed?
Upon the latest update to the Creative Cloud app, all my sync files were moved locally from my secondary (data) hard drive to my primary boot drive, without notification or permission. Now the software won't move them back, even though I reset the default file location back to where I want them. How can I restore my files back to where they where without messing up all the sync data with the cloud?
When I view pdf or InDesign files in the Creative Cloud file list online, I only see the first page. The right and left arrows to scroll through pages are missing. I am using Safari and have tried Firefox, but I can't get anything more than the first page of the document to show up. I am also still unable to upload large files (more than a few GB) to the Cloud using the desktop app. Anyone else having the same problems? Is there a fix?
Every morning when I wake up my machine (Mac Pro late 2013), CC will either have an alert icon or no icon.Usually the alert icon is a notification about apps not able to load, and nothing to do with file syncing. (clicking reload on that screen does seem to work for showing current apps)Files will not resume syncing until I quit any open Adobe apps (usually Illustrator, Photoshop) - and force quit creative cloud app. (Simply quitting CC will only remove icon from status bar, but the app is still there in Activity Monitor, and I can't start CC again until force quitting it). It's a very tedious process and a frustrating way to start every day. I work with a team of 8 other designers who rely on having our latest files in sync. Running: CC Version 1.8.0.447 Machin Specs:Processor 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5Memory 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 ECCGraphics AMD FirePro D500 3072 MBSoftware OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)
I keep getting an error message that says I cant sync

So, two issues. 1: Some collaborators do not get email invite at all. 2: The ones who do get the invite say that the folders are empty. No files there. WTF??? I am on iMac, running latest Yosemite, with current version of Creative Cloud. So, hmmm? What is the problem? I really need to be able to collaborate on this project.
The files are between 1.5 gb and 9 gb. Any suggestions?
Hi All,I have been having difficulties getting one particular 3Gb .MOV file to sync to my Creative Cloud folder. This is an essential file for my Premiere Pro Project. Does CC have an upper limit on file syncing? Please help me.Jeff
