Hi! I have a problem with Adobe Creative Cloud, for more than a week I can't work normally. I can't browse the contents of the CC Folder when its processes are running (File explorer doesn't respond to double click). The arrows next to the desktop shortcuts change on their own, and the system itself is unresponsive. When I kill the processes everything starts working normally.What I tried:- reinstalling CC (Creative Cloud uninstaller with repair option and manually),- cleaning temporary files on the system and in the CC folder, I searched and deleted all 0-byte files, *.tmp, *.dtmp and other suspicious files,- I checked the drives with antivirus,- I ran sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth- all drivers and system are up to date- I reinstalled Windows (the problem is the same as before).I actually turned the system upside down, reinstalled it and turned it upside down a second time.I need Creative Cloud sync for work, so please don't write me to disable it.Specs: Lat

Is there any option to save custom metadata templates to creative cloud? Saving them to the Adobe creative cloud, along with Ps files etc. would be a very useful way to update and sync across various devices. ( Especially if you alter the template often. ) I am suprised Adobe don't offer this. Am I missing a trick? What do other people do - save templates to Dropbox?

I'm having the same issue, except it mainly occurs for me in Illustrator. Usually, I can resolve it by closing the program and re-opening it, but the libraries have been extremely buggy for a couple of weeks or so for me. One of the libraries in question only has color swatches in it, so I find it particularly strange for that one to have such loading issues. I also noticed today that libraries weren't even loading very well on the Creative Cloud site.

I have been using Creative Cloud and using the sync option. So no matter my device, I can open up and work on my stuff and then sync it.  But I am looking for some files today on work I need to get shipped out to a client today, and I can't find it on my PC or on my CC account.  Where did my stuff go? I need it ASAP. It just says the location is unavailable when I use my pinned folder link.

Like the title says, for about a year or so, Creative Cloud hasn't let me download ANY apps, and continously boots into compatibility mode whenever I download it. My problem is that my computer is completely up to date. I tried everything, cleaning the apps, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud, etc. I'm at a stand still. Anybody know a solution?

Adobe Creative Cloud fails to install correctly on Windows 11 on Arm version 22H2. Multiple CRLogTransport errors occur during and after installation, and the CC desktop app fails to update itself, giving error 191. The remedies previously posted on this thread (when followed precisely) fail to help:Solved: CRLogTransport.exe Error on Surface Pro X - Adobe Support Community - 13310268 I have tested this multiple times, including following a clean installation of Windows 11 from a Surface Pro X factory recovery image. I suspect this is an incompatibility from a recent change in Windows 11. Please advise. Currently I cannot use my CC products due to this error.  

I'm experiencing an odd issue, where I'm missing over half of my assets shown in my Photoshop CC library.  The assets are visible when logged into the web portal of my CC library, also available when viewed in AI or INDD The screenshot shows (left to right) Illustrator CC Library, InDesign CC Library and my Photoshop window showing its Library panel open also. There you can see how many of my assets are missing all my apps are up to date,checked and cleaned my hosts filereinstalled CC LibrariesCC desktop app, shows all elements (see screenshot) Stuck for any other ideas on what to do Cheers Chris

After a random update (don't remember when) the Creative Cloud app window is displayed with cropped edges. The upper menu button are half visible as the screenshot attached. Full size or smaller size window, same problem. Someone can help? Thanks in advance.

I've been trying to access https://portfolio.adobe.com/ all morning and it's just giving me a blank screen. No VPN, cleared cahce, disabled ad blocker, tried Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

Entretanto, o Creative Cloud segue dizendo que os aplicativos são incompatíveis e que preciso atualizar meu sistema operacional para instalá-los. Como prosseguir?

ive had this problum for days and all of these folders i pulled out of my fnder in my mac are un removible saying The operation can’t be completed because “Adobe this Adobe that needs to be downloaded. i try to download it and it says The operation couldn’t be completed. Permission denied

Hi I have kind of a weird problem. My name is Frank Miller. I am a freelance photographer in Salem, Oregon. There is an ENORMOUSLY famous comic book artist named Frank Miller and his work is all over Behance. So if I do a search for my name I get many pages of his work. I'm brand new here, I don't mind changing my user name (can I do that? will my adobe ID be affected?)... But, I'd like some way to distinguish myself from the OTHER Frank Miller. I have occasionally faced this issue where I cannot add any assets to my CC libraries panel in either Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign. I can't find any forums that point to this exactly and have tried varies things like closing all Adobe programs, signing in and out of Creative Cloud, refreshing all CC process and such to no avail.  As you can see, the plus 'Add Content' button is greyed out regardless of any artwork being selected. Even when a shape is selected and I click any of these colours in my library, nothing happens.

This is not just about premiere, but also after effects, photoshop, etc, the whole adobe ecosystem.. i was doing a live event, and needed to send out an image which i did through premiere in this case, with a blackmagic output. The software constantly quitted on me, and gave the prompt "do you want to save before quitting?" or something like that, and i didn't have any options to stay in the software. After quitting, i needed to login again, fill in a varification code which is sent to my email, and after starting the project again, after a couple of minutes, it happens again, and again.  what the heck is going on? Nobody else was signing in, which was confirmed everytime i needed to login again. I didn't see any other account being logged in.  Back at the office, my other account (we have 2 at our company), does not seem to have these issues, so okay, could be bad luck, there must be something going on with my account. But it was a live event. T

If I cancel my subscription to the Photography plan, will my Adobe Portfolio Projects get deleted or only disabled? I heard it gets disabled, but I wanna make sure I won't lose my projects.

Bis gerade eben wurde noch alles richtig angezeigt, aber nachdem ich für eine Seite einen anderen Seitenhintergrund hochgeladen habe wird plötzlich der Seitenhintergrund nicht mehr füllend oben platziert sondern mit einem weißen leeren Balken an der linken Seite über dem Hintergrund. Er wird quasi seitlich abgeschnitten. Neu hochladen und löschen hat nicht geholfen.

Hello, some files from the cc library do not appear in the programs (I use it most often PS, ILL, ID).  They are all visible in the library on the CC desktop or on the web assets.adobe.com/libraries  but things are different in the programs. Sometimes some elements do not appear in photoshop and sometimes in Illustrator. The strangest thing is that usually only 4 elements from the library appear, and those are those that are visible in the desktop cc thumbnail or Adobe Express Library thumbnail or web librarry assets thumnail . I am attaching screenshots of what it looks like. In this case, no files appeared in the photoshop folder, as you can see, only those 4 files that are visible on CC Desktop thumbnails or web libraries appearedI tried clearing the cache of the libraries folder but it didn't help. Has anyone had similar problems?

I'm having issues with the creative cloud sync. My boss recently moved over all our files from Dropbox over to Creative cloud. Before I had no issues. Now I am being given 3 hour or more syncs just for simple files. Please can some one help!
