Creative Cloud Services

CC2015 has added "Creative Cloud Files" to the Finder Sidebar in OS X as the last item in the Sidebar.This is not a bad thing once. But if it is moved to a different place in the list (such as where we used to have it with our other cloud services) or if it is removed from the sidebar, the CC agent will replace it into the last position.This does not meet with our software deployment strategy guidelines.How may we disable this?Thank you very much,Ross

Hello community or admin! As someone who you could say have OCD. I have been bothered by the fact I cannot delete the Creative Cloud Folder. There are two instances of them. If I delete the one below, the folder above becomes not accessible/editable/deletetable. Perhaps it might sound trivial but for me it is quite exhausting to see.Please kindly assist.Best regards,Loyal Adobe User

I received an Adobe Digital Card Cloud Document via email from a friend. i can't open the document. I'm prompted for an email address and password, but i get "invalid credentials" error messages no matter which email address and password i use. What needs to be done to open this document?  

I am really stuck, since upgrading to 2022 versions (not sure if this is the reason) my adobe libraries will not let me add anything, I am logged in and have reset preferences, reset adobe cloud etc. I can add new libraries and groups etc and add new colour swatches from online (however when I do this it shows up in the libraries but won't let me add the colours) Likewise on a colour swatch clicking the tickbox add to a specific library nothing gets added. It's almost like the whole of the libraries part is in read only or has some sort of block on it. Can anyone help me please? It's driving me mad (it's also not jusat this account as it doesn't work on my personal one either) I'm using a Mac Mini M1 if that's any help. It was working just fine last week Rich

hello After downloading and install adobe creative cloud. whan lunching it gets endless loop on initializing.tried to repair the app through the adoba installer and it stuck on 2% (trying to connect to the server).uninstall opt not work as well : "couldn't uninstall CC for desktop. you still have CC applications installed on your computer that require it" :(( I'm on a team plan for creative cloud and am using pc.  

How do I stop creative cloud files from syncing on my local drive? It's eaten up all the memory on my laptop and I'm unable to open up Photoshop/ Illustrator. I get a scratch disk full error. Is there any way that I can access the shared files on CC strictly on the web and not have them auto sync on my local drive? I'm on a team plan for creative cloud and am using a macbook pro.

Hello, I added new assets to my library this morning, and 1h later I came back to start working and all of my old assets are gone. Tried to check on the Creative Cloud app to see if they were there, but seems they have all vanished. How can I get it back? All my work team relies on this library. Thanks!

Hi, recently i tried to install adobe creative cloud, but every time i try to install i get this error. I looked on the internet and i tried everything (closing conflicting programs, creative cloud cleaner,...) and still i cant install it. Can someone help me with this please.

I'm running Creative Cloud version 6.1.0.587, Windows 10 version 22H2. Every time I boot my PC I get a red triangle with an exclamation point on taskbar icon and in the app the cloud icon has a red circle with an exclamation point. I get no other error messages of any kind. When I log into my account, my plan details are no able to be loaded, and I get a 'Error 401: Unauthorized' message and can't access my cloud account. Mind you, everything else works fine, as I can download and open apps, and access my account and view everything other than my plan details. I'm not sure why this is happening and it recently started a few week ago. I've included screen shots to to demoenstrate when I'm talking about.

Hallo zusammen, der Horror aller Fotografen: fast alle Alben sind plötzlich überall gelöscht.Ursprünglich hatte ich mal wieder Synchronisationsprobleme.Ich habe bis vor Kurzem nur Lightroom in der Cloud benutzt und beschäftige mich nach und nach erst mit LR Classic. Ich wollte nun 2 Alben von LR zu LR Classic synchronisieren und obwohl ich schon einmal alles synchronisiert hatte, find Classic an 12.000 Fotos zu laden (alle Fotos die ich anscheinend auf allen Geräten habe). Selbst als ich die Synchro-Pfeile bei allen Alben abgewählt habe die ich gerade nicht brauche, hat es Stunden Nerven gekostet und bei ca 1000 Fotos ist er Stundenlang hängen geblieben.Plötzlich, alle Alben weg!!! Auf jedem Gerät in der Cloud.Alle bis auf die beiden die ich brauchte.In Classic sind alle Sammlungen (teilweise gefüllt, teilweise leer) noch da. Ich drehe durch. War bei den Problemen mit der Synchronisation ja noch überaus geduldig, aber jetzt bin ich panisch. 😕😕Bitte kann mir je

Hello, I'm Newbie, and I'm new to Adobe living in South Korea.I need your help.The site login is good.However, I have a problem when I log in from Adobe Creative Cloud Program.An error appears about the firewall and about time.I also turned off the firewall and tried synchronizing the time as a solution on the Adobe site.However, the same error keeps popping up and it keeps coming back to the login screen.I paid for the original product, and I want to resolve it quickly.Have a nice day, everyone 🙂 

I graduated college in April of 2023. I had access to Adobe through my school.  Once I graduated, I lost all access to my former accounts.  I created a new personal account and I cant login but the profile is still there .  How do I get access?  My old username is Nataliesherlock.

I have published my first portfolio but it is using the first part of my email address whereas I want it to use my name so it looks like myname@myportfolio.com Is it possible to do this and if so how? Thanks.

Hi there,  I was curious if Adobe Portfolio has expanded to allow users to set videos as a lightbox on a landing page, or do you need to still click on an icon to go into another page to play a video that's embeded then back into the first page to see more videos? Also, can users change the thumbnails on videos they upload via Adobe yet?  I've been hoping/waiting for years for it to allow these pretty simple but very useful features that would make it more professional for video portfolio users. 

How to remove Creative Cloud Files Personal from my favourites sidebar on my iMac???Any help would be much appreciated.I do not want this, and it keeps re-appearing after every time I remove it. It's intrusive, and why does it keep coming back? Not good...

Imagine working day and night hard, throughout the whole competition window only to realise that a day before, a miscommunication happened. We were initially given the deadline to submit on Wednesday, 28 February 2024 at 22:59 Pacific Standard Time.Yesterday, A new message comes up which says: "Hi students, This is a reminder that presentations are due tonight by 11:59pm PT. We are seeing successful uploads of presentations without any issues. If you come across a repeated error while uploading, try another browser. Thanks," Can someone say what 11:59 means? It obviously means  23:59 PT, 1 HOUR EXTRA FROM THE PREVIOUS MENTIONED.Since this was the latest message, we thought to trust it. But to our surprise, the submissions closed at 22:59 and all are hard and honest work, swept away with time. Whom to seek? Perhaps, left alone, with no support. Extremely disappointed from my heart.I have attached an image as well. 

Hi,  Has anyone ever had an issue where the content of their library has disappeared? right now I'm just looking at a complete blank for the library tab. All my library-saved images and everything else have disappeared. does anyone know how this can be resolved? Right now I'm using version Photoshop 21.  

Hey, I don't pretend to renovate my subscription and I want to uninstall the apps, but when I try on creative cloud it shows it uninstalling, but don't uninstall, same thing by other ways.If I want to try uninstall the creative cloud, it says it is needed for other apps.I'm not sure If that's because of an bug but, I every time I try uninstalling the apps, it shows uninstalling, but didn't actually uninstall.What to do?

Hi, after Adobe stopped its Cloud Synced Files, my CC still counts these files into my capacity. And I can not erase them from the deleted folder - they are just not there. My Cloud storage used to be 1100 GB as it was used for file synchronisation.Adobe has discontinued file synchronisation.So I cancelled my subscription for the additional storage (1000 GB).My files (300 GB) should be deleted from the storage. But they still take up the space. I can not delete them forever on the web because I do not see these files on the web. As a result I now can not use my 100 GB storage that I still do have, and that I would love to use with Adobe XD (My files should be now max. around 50 GB). Is there any way to fix it without paying for additional storage? Because I do not want to pay for something I do not need (and I have already paid for 1 more month than was necessary).

I received an email with a link to a shared file on Adobe Creative Cloud. When I try to open the file, it asks me to select my email service provider to log in. When I select my provider (Yahoo) and try to log in, it says InValid Credentials. I've tried in both Chrome and FireFox.  How do I get access to the shared file?

Since Adobe dropped storage functionality (the only one I decided to pay for my work on Adobe Rush BTW) I am stuck in an error space-time where the Cloud icon still shows me that I occupy over 28GB of data but still I am unable to download/sync any of my projects previously saved in that storage on any of my devices (macOS, iOS, Windows).On iPhone, I have a warning icon saying that (according to Rush) I don't have an Internet connection, and selecting Delete everywhere on a cloud-synced project results in the "Unable to delete project. There may be a problem with your connection or the server may be undergoing maintenance" error.On macOS, I am able to select Delete everywhere but then a project icon is only greyed out and nothing happens.I tried to get some help how to fix this in the Creative Cloud chat but of course I ended up spinning in circles with their (not-very-)brilliant chat bot...

I am trying to download my synced files before the March 2nd deadline. However, I cannot see the zipped folders from 0-35. I can see the zipped file folders from 36-100. How can I access the earlier zipped files so I can download them before the March 2nd deadline? I have a way to download all of the folders, but I cannot delete folders I have already downloaded.
