Hello,I just purchased a MacBook Air with 8GB of RAM. I was trying to access my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. I have the latest version of Google Chrome, but when I try to launch Creative Cloud, the system keeps saying I need to install the latest version of Chrome. Any idea as to what is causing the compatibility problem?

Why won't Adobe sell it's products any longer? If I pay Adobe the monthly subscription for 12 months and then have a poor couple of months financially and need to cut costs, then I loose all rights to use Adobe products installed. Or if I pay you this monthly fee, and Adobe has financial issues, ie the GFC, and it goes bankrupt and closes down, then bad luck all the thousands of Adobe subscribes, you no longer have a product to use. This makes about as much sense as a kick in the head. What happened to looking after your valued customers that have purchased your products from the early days when Adobe actually valued it's clients? Sure give us the option of a monthly subscription, but some don't want to rent your product. We would actually prefer to buy them and own it. I'm working in Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere Pro) and wanted to use the font ITC Weidemann Medium, which I've installed on my computer. All non-Adobe apps can access that font, no problem. But even after restarting Premiere, I couldn't find it in the font menu -- I could find Weidemann, but only the regular version, not Medium. So I went into Creative Cloud and headed to the "Fonts" tab. But not only is ITC Weidemann Medium not appearing anywhere, NO fonts are appearing at all. Under "Added fonts" -- nothing.  Under "Installed fonts" -- nothing.  They're both acting like there are no fonts on my computer. And clicking the buttons that say things like "Browse fonts" and "Let's go" accomplish nothing other than leading me around in circles. I even tried uploading ITC Weidemann Medium in the "Uploaded fonts" tab, at which point Adobe oh-so-helpfully informed me that that font is already installed. I've scoured Google for a solution to this, and w

I have a Creative Cloud subscription but when trying to open an image or clipart, they are all watermarked. It was my understanding I have a license to use Stock images. Any enlightment?

I have a Team plan. Is there a way to share an entire Cloud folder on the web (assets.adobe.com), instead of sharing individual Cloud files each time? (not synced files)Or better still, is there a way to make all Cloud files visible to everyone in the Team plan (instead of sharing files/ folders each time)?

I'm having issues embedding my Adobe Portfolio on Wordpress which they suggest may be an issue on Adobe's end. When full screen, the portfolio is aligned to the top left rather than the centre

How do I completely disable (NOT PAUSE) Creative Cloud File Sync?I already have it PAUSED and have NOTIFICATIONS TURNED OFF.This does not prevent getting the red triangle with exclaimation point error.I never want to sync my files with Adobe and do not want this feature.

Adobe's Creative Cloud, is the most annoying cancerous app I've seen in my 25 years using computers (including the good old trojans) I've succeeded in putting it on leash by disabling it from the startup, but once I need to update an Adobe program, that's it: It keeps popping up every few minutes and there's nothing I can do about it but to restart the computer (Which I don't wanna do THIS frequently as I am working on so many things).Tried to update it.Tried to close it from the process in Task Manager.Tried to Quit it from the programTried to minimize it.I even tried to uninstall it and it won't let me "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop, you still have creative cloud applications installed on your computer that require it"   Obviously I use all those apps and can't uninstall them. How to stop this tumor from infecting my workload?I am using the latest version of Windows 10, but it has been this way since 1 years at least anyway.

Hi, I am having consistent and seemingly impossible to fix file sync and ownership issues with my files. I have spent hours of work and personal time trying to no avail different methods for solving it, including repair, reinstall, restart, logout end processes etc. I have read all the articles I could find so far, nothing helped. The file syncing is a thorn in my foot but since I know they're removing that service for everyone soon I have already adjusted to paying for another file management service anyway. This was my favourite solution, anything to separate myself further I'll pay it. The main issue which I need resolved is not having access to any cloud document beyond a month ago. Apparently my account doesn't have access to the files it created and I contacted the owner (me) and they didn't know either. I have paid $5000+ to Adobe in my very short career and can'taccess the things I've done. If there's additional fees for accessing my work that i'm missing let me know

I have some footage in a Creative Cloud Folder and when I try to share it (within the enterprise) invitees accept but nothing happens. It's like they never click accept. Same thing with a Premiere Pro's Team Project. The Team Project srtays in the Invites tab.I tried on my end and on invitees end sign-out/restart/sign-in, tried to cancel the invite and resend it.Nothing happens.Are we alone with this bug?JP

Website: rameshiyer.comTemplate: MarinaI've read the tutorial information.  So my question may be template-dependent.  I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  I am trying to do the following (I have figured out 2 of the 3):1.)  Navigation/Social Icons/Logo - Appear White on the Main Page2).  Navigation/Social Icons/Logo - Appear Black on Scroll (ACCOMPLISHED)3.)  Navigation/Social Icons/Logo - Appear Black on Subpage (ACCOMPLISHED) For the Main Page:a) I know I need to create a new white logo.b) Navigation/Social Icons can appear white on the main page if desired but it results in the SUBPAGE also being white and disaapearing on the white background.  Like a Rubik's Cube, I may have to go back and undo some settings and/or start over with a different Template. Thanks in advance for any guidance.!

I can't seem to find a way to add the TITLE or CAPTION fields to uploaded images. It looks like I have to re-key the information for each photo. Is there someway to automate this? 

I've had problems over the last month with Acrobat Pro crashing to desktop almost immediately upon startup.  I've tried everything I could find in online help without success,  So, this morning I uninstalled Acrobat Pro with the intention of immediately reinstalling.  For the past 2 hours, I've been getting this...  What's up

Do I automaticcaly lose all my data if a delete lightroom app, this is what happen to me.  Any advise as for next step?

My site looks fine when previewing in the builder but the stylesheets don't load on the live site. Styles are served by a CDN at cdn.myportfolio.com which throws an error message when checking the link. Problem appears with Chrome/Edge/Firefox, cleared cache, with and without a VPN. Another user has reported same problem on different forum so it appears to be a general failure of the Adobe CDN serving CSS to Portfolio sites.

Any insight onto what's going on with adobe.portfolio.com? None of my websites are displayed correctly. It looks like the entire platform has crashed.
