Creative Cloud Services

I'm trying to understand if collection syncing is totally going away between LR Classic and Lightroom...I often create collections and send a link for others to view.  Is this going away after Feb 1st? I have no interest in leaving LR classic but it feels like Adobe is trying to push us away from it.  I hope I'm misunderstanding....just can't find an explicit answer on this from Adobe.  TIA for your wisdom, dear Adobe community!

I just read the email stating that Adobe will stop synchronizing Creative Cloud files. I work primarily with Adobe Animate and have found it useful to synchronize my files and get a recovery file in case of data loss. This feature has saved my project and my time several times. But now I have some doubts about it. If Adobe discontinues the service, will it still be possible to recover one or more recovery files? If so, from where?

Hey community,  I have a very upsetting problem. I recently created a portfolio and made some tries with different png logos I designed in photoshop. I also had a gif variation for when the mouse goes over it and it worked out very smoothly. Nevertheless, for the past 2 days when I tried to change the logo it won't show on top of my page. I can see in the image case that it's loaded and I can resize/crop it, but it just doesn't appear on my portfolio. I tried many different sizes and formats but it's just invisible. I circled the place where it's supposed to appear. Text logos are working fine tho...Has anyone ever had this issue ? Tell me if more infos are needed, but I hope there is a solution to my problem...  Kisses from france !

I've been using adobe tools for the past 2 years - all the while using the creative cloud sync system and thinking "Neat, this is pretty handy". Now that it is being discontinued, I'm interested in moving my files into a different sotrage system. Here is what I'm looking for and some details of my workflow: 1. Easy to share with others - my company uses Google Drive as their main hub. (I'm the only one who accesses these files internally however, so I'm interested in finding a system that works well for me but is also easy to share files externally).  2. Automatic updating - not even sure if this is possible. I'm a Mac user and was thinking about iCloud. Each time I save, would it be automatically updated on all my devices? This is my planned work around so far. 3. Storage mindful - I don't want to clog up all the storage on my actual computer. I've heard people say dropbox is a good option, but I don't have a subscription. Any recommendations on each and how h

Hello- I would like to turn off sync to CC prior to the 2/1 cutoff while I am transferring over/backing up files. How do I do this on all devices? I would like to delete the local copy WITHOUT having any updates mirror on CC (so that I keep all the files during backup.) Here are the issues: -I can't seem to turn off the sync on my phone. Do I need to delete the app? - I have turned off sync on my desktop (so that's fine)-I am not able to access CC app on my MS Surface due to memory issue because CC saved a local copy of my files (just found out about this a few months ago- good times).-I have tried to uninstall the main app and other apps (INDD, AI, PSD etc) but it won't let me because I need to update CC first, but I don't have sufficient memory. -What I would like to do is delete the local CC directory on my surface, have it NOT sync to the web -connected folder OR my phone app. Then I will have enough memory to do the updates. I am trying to keep the files on the CC -

When I go to open creative cloud today it spins and waits then poof it is gone. I restarted my iPhone. I had the latest update installed from Apple last night. Please advise I can't work right.

How to change my old name Ker Tamm. I already change it in cloud manage account, but still when I share my portfolio it show the old one? 

Please help, somehow I've managed to de-link some of my cloud files from my desktop sync folder. I actually thought I'd deleted the folder like an idiot, but I can find them under under the 'Cloud document' folder (obviously not the web synced folders) I want to move them back into synced folder and sync to my desktop so I can bulk move them into another storage space before syncing disappears.Downloading one file at a time from the web view is not viable. My syncing is up to date.  

My creative cloud wont load, i tried uninstalling it, i uninstalled all the adobe apps, i made sure my pc has the right time, that its updated, etc, but still creative cloud wont load, and it keeps telling me its something with the firewall or the pc time, but i already checked and it seems fine, please help i use adobe for work i dont know what to do. 

My Creative Cloud storage is somehow full, I have searched all possible locations for any files and there seems to be nothing uploaded on my account.Could someone please help me find these hidden files and delete them?Thanks,Cooliew

Everytime I open Illustrator/Photoshop/Premiere/etc... the Creative Cloud Desktop opens. How do I stop this? I just want to work on the product I selected and it's annoying to close Creative Cloud Desktop everytime. I went to the Creative Cloud Desktop > Preferences > Notifications and I have EVERYTHING disabled.

Hey there. I am looking to buy the Creative Cloud All Apps Student Subscription, however, I wanted to ensure I understood it correctly. If I purchase it once, can I only download it on one device or can I use the same subscription on two devices? Along with this, how much space would it take haha. Thanks.

Hi! I've been struggling to uninstall CC for a while now (for reference, I'm on Mac and it's an older laptop!) and am quite frankly going insane trying to figure out why it won't uninstall (Adobe are you installing malware on my computer what in the world)I keep getting this error:That says CC is required for some apps installed, hence why it can't uninstall. But here's what I'm confused about....I CAN'T EVEN INSTALL APPS BC THEY'RE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY COMPUTER??? 💀💀💀 Can someone please help let me know what CC is connecting to that's preventing me from uninstalling? Is there some hidden app it downloads users can't see that it's connecting to (and if so, can I delete that or am I stuck with "your disk is almost full" errors for the rest of my life 😢) im going insane, thanks!!

So a while ago Pantone were removed from Illustrator colour books. We have to pay more to be able to keep using them. Now the Cloud files sync will be removed AND CC subscription fee went up this year. Many of the usual Adobe programs I use keep having bugs that haven't been solved for years, yet they're braging about their new technologies that can change the design on your dress??? I mean what is this, where are you going Adobe? You keep charging more while progressivily giving less to your customers? Where is this going? This is a total disrespect for your clients. Following the general trend of major companies nowadays. Giving less and less while charging more. This opposed to all the independant artists using your products everyday, giving the best of themselves to deliver the highest quality possible, fighting to get paid what they're owed. All of this to afford paying their CC subscription which is given them less tools while charging them more and more.... &

I've just gotten a 6-month Adobe Creative Cloud for a class at university, and have downloaded the main Creative Cloud app on my Macbook. However, when I go to 'All Apps', it does not show any of the programs I need (photoshop, premier, etc). I went to the 'Photo' tab under 'Categories' and clicked 'Launch' on the Photoshop icon, it took me to Photoshop in my Chrome browser, which I do have access to. When I click the button that says "Get desktop app" at the top, it shows a browser page that says "Photoshop is now installing", but nothing happens. It just opens up creative cloud to the apps page, and we're back at square one. Any help would be appreciated. 

Hope this finds the right category. I'm building my own websit via portfolio using the theme 'Andreas', I want to create more than one gallery to show images, when I click on collections to add a photo gallery (photo grid) using collections it shows a large image with a box either on left or right side with text (container)?. Clicking on that opens a gallery. However, I just want small thumbnails to open to a gallery, can anyone advise please how this can be done. Many thanks

I created my own website on a student account which is edu. I graduated one month ago and I just found out my portfolio website is shut down I can't access the portfolio manage website since my edu account has disabled my access to all the adobe services. I'm pretty nervous now because I'm not sure if they will delete my website. I've already contacted my school's IT administrator and they will contact me on Monday. I'm pretty anxiety if my website is still there!! I want to know right now!

Llevo todo el día intenado pagar la cuota de adobe creative cloud y no puedo, me pide actualizar los datos de pago, lo hago y no llegan a cambiarse a pesar de que me sale el mensaje de que se ha actualizado con exito. ¿alguna solucion?

Everyone who is having this issue with the current update of CC.I spoke at length with Adobe Customer Service and they are stating the MUSE end of life and they won't support Muse. The fact that it is a big in CC that renders Muse useless is not their problem. EVERYONE please email to Adobe and let them know ther promised to keep MUSE runing even without their support. for the past few days everytime i try to download creative cloud it says error 500. the clock is correct time.vpn turned off/firewall turned off.Check the GlobalSign Root CA certificate.Resetting the hosts file

I have a set of photos and graphics I'd like to upload in bulk to my CC libraries but Adobe seems to only let you do one file at a time.I know throught the CC Files you can upload multiple, but can you do it with Libraries?
