Hi, I am currently using CC drive on an external drive to share project files with another co-worker on the cloud. I wanted to know if there's a way that I keep the synch path from my PC to my laptop if I want to bring my external drive home and work remotely and have the same access. I tried recreating the synch path to the same place that I have on my PC at work, but it created a new folder and archived the first one. Thank you!
Recently I was looking to optimise the performance of my computer and came across a frustrating glitch that I wanted to bring to people's attention. In Windows 11, if you open up "System Properties" > "Advanced" > "Performance" > "Settings", and under the "Visual Effects" tab there is a setting that locks Adobe program windows to their position on the screen in error. If you have the setting "Show window contents while dragging" unchecked, it will lock the windows to whatever positions they are currently opened in or whatever position they start up in. You are able to resize, full screen, minimize, or "dock" if you have that setting enable on Windows 11, but you cannot drag the window around from where it's unexpectedly pinned. Hope this helps a few people.
Hello, I find it sad that Adobe would create a site for portfolio, but will not include a blog. Many Employers today are asking for proof that we can write a blog. So it is crucial to have those in a portfolio as well (Or at least have a way to have a link to wherever our blogs are. I have a WordPress site, but since I do a podcast, the blog for that is on Wix.com. So for those of us without a WordPress, it is best to incorporate that, or as I mentioned a link to the blog. Mind you, my portfolio also includes audio, video, and social media posts too (I guess that will be text based).
Creative Cloud shows an error on the "Synch" menu (Cloud Activity) that states "Error in Library synching. Cannot connect to the server". All other function work well, and connectivity is fine. Any ideas what´s going wrong?
The CreativeCloud on my iphone and Ipad has problems to sync my photos.There areonly grey symbols with the names. The web view is ok, but in the creative cloud app i cant see the previews and download is also not possible.
My copy of Creative Cloud Desktop has just updated to version 6.0.0.571.I've now found that my Muse website files are no longer being uploaded when I save them. Library sync seems to be working OK, but if I look at my 'files' I now just get a progress animation permanently. Also it permanently shows 'getting storage information' but never goes any further. 'Open sync folder' does nothing, and if I try to change the location of the sync folder, that either throws an error message saying it can't do it, or just never completes. In short, a total mess, and I assume going back to the previous version of Creative Cloud Desktop is not an option!Looking at the website the files are still there (as Syncd Files, not Cloud Documents) but they are not syncing! Anyone any idea what's gone wrong here?I should say that I am well aware that the automatic syncing of non-Cloud documents is due to end, but I thought that was due to be happening in February next year, not now!Surely i

We're coming up on a year since Creative Cloud Spaces was announced and so far you can only opt for the beta which you need approval for but also there has not been any updates since on when this is expected to release. The team file management in CC has always been cumbersome and we're really holding out for this launch but it's disheartening there has been complete radio silence on it.
Please help me.Several folders and files have been deleted from my creative cloud.

I have a website created on Adobe Portfolio. The subscription plan on one of my accounts is ending and I have purchased a different, larger plan on a new account. Is it possible to copy a page from an old account to a new one?
Hello,I have embedded some Vimeo videos on my Portfolio site, but I cannot find a way to make the videos fit to the page height. The embed code from Vimeo is: <iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/........" width="640" height="1138" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe> I've tried changing the width and height to 100%: <iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/....." width="100%" height="100%" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe> ...but this just makes the whole frame in Portfolio really tiny, and not responsive at all.I'm guessing that the issue is within Portfolio, not Vimoe (and its embed code). I assuem the embed code just tells Portfolio to fill the iframe with the video, but I need to tell Portfolio to size the iframe to the height of the screen. I haven't changed absolutely anything on my firewall or antivirus settings, but I've been receiving this message since the beginning of the day.“Libraries sync error - Creative Cloud services are blocked. Please check your Firewall settings.”I assume this is an issue on Adobe's side because the message and alert are intermittent.
I use Adobe CC in two computers: my home desktop and worl laptop. Since I spent most of my days working from home, I rarely use my laptop. But occasionally I do. Today when I logged Adobe decided to sync all the files, that's fine. Them problem is that it does it incorrectly. The new files that I have in my Cloud simply don't show up. In my prin you can see the files on the Windows explorer and the CC app showing that's synced. But on the app an web library they simply don't show up! I need to create links to share the files. And now I'm scared to log back at my home computer and discover that all the files were deleted (wich already happened to me two times) Why is Adobe so bad at this? What Google and Microsoft with Drive and OneDrive that Adobe can't leard how to do it? And yes: my CC app is updated. I always wait for the files to sync before starting to work. Hi,I recently bought the Creative Cloud 100GB (all applications) package with the student discount. Just now I thought my subscription had cancelled itself, until I notice that I was using a wrong account (with the same e-mail and password). Then I discovered that I had even a third one, also with the same e-mail account and password. Out of two accounts that don't have the correct subscription one tied to my university, the other to a completely wrong school. The Creative Cloud 100GB package is on a "personal account" but I've still verified myself as a student. Will I be charged three times because of the accounts? Will it be a problem that the subcription is on a personal account even though it's a student subscription? Thank you in advance.

I just got everything set up after a disastrous several hours on the phone over an account permissions snafu, and now I can't get CC to work at all when VPN is active. I had the issue with installation, too. I frequently need to use VPN and so this is not gonna work if this software is incompatible with VPN. I found a few threads referring to this, but I don't seem to be able to resolve it with anything I've found. I'm using NordVPN on an iMac with OS whatever the latest is.
Hello! I downloaded some Cyrillic fonts to my Creative Cloud apps and they work on every app except Adobe Portfolio. I tried writing with a Bulgarian and a Russian keyboard but they never seem to work... even the Standard fonts! I read that Adobe Portfolio now supports Russian but I guess it doesn't apply to the fonts... Can someone please help me with fixing this or maybe help me find some Sans serif fonts with rounded edges for Bulgarian and Russian?

Help! Last year, someone created a Creative Cloud library and made me an owner. That person is no longer with our organization, and the library is not showing up for me in InDesign, the Creative Cloud app or the Creative Cloud website. (I can still access all the libraries I created on my own.) However, one of the people who only has read access can still see the library no problem. How do I get my access back? I'm not sure what happened. I've tried signing out and signing back in; that didn't make a difference.
