Creative Cloud Services

In my creative cloud, it shows the creative cloud files syncing is up to date and I even get the green tick beside the files I dropped through my Macbook. However, my new files never show up and only those old deleted files showing in my creative cloud. 

Hello I mostly use Creative Cloud for Lightroom, with my photography. My cloud storage of 20GB in Creative Cloud is full, but I do not wish to upgrade for now.How can I remove data in order to freshen up the GB?And also, where exactly can I find the Lightroom library, in order to remove a selection of RAW files? Thanks so much in advance!

Maintenant, que j'ai changé d'établissement, on vient de me donner accès à une licence adobe (avec l'adresse mail de ma nouvelle école, etc...). Je me suis donc connecté à ce nouveau compte Créative Cloud afin d'avoir accès à InDesign. Je me rends alors compte que je n'ai plus accès à aucun logiciel de la suite, de plus l'interface en arrière-plan m'affiche des travaux réalisés avec le compte de mon ancienne école (celui où je n'ai plus de licence)Lorsque je clique sur "se connecter avec un autre compte", le logiciel s'éteint ne me laissant pas me connecter avec le compte de ma nouvelle école.  J'ai essayé plusieurs techniques mais en vain comme :- redémarrer mon PC-mon PC est bien connecté à internet-nettoyer mon ordinateur-désinstaller tous mes logiciels (y compris le creative cloud)-essayer de supprimer mon anc

Despite signing up for several Adobe MAX sessions, I cannot find how to access any of them.I know they will be available after the event as most of them UK time, were too late at night for me.Try as I might, I could not see any links to the sessions. I'm sure this is obvious, but not to me.Heeeeeelp.

I freak out on adobe fonts not loading and I can not work in many hours because Creative cloud sucks. Every day the same problems. You never fix it and I will not go thru your stupid workarounds that take hours and dont really work. I pay alot every month to have these services and you ignore fixing it! Very fed up

I have subscribe for creative cloud since last month and everytime i open my creative cloud app it shows a notification that I may have a limited access only and it directed me to download access repair tool but everytime i do that it find 0 host but then after restarting the notification is still there and the repair tool won't just fix the problem

Hello,Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this. I have been tryting to open Adobe Portfolio in browser and the page stays blank using Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Then with Chrome I get this messages.Any suggestions will be appreciated.

A cabo de instalar Adobe Creative Cloud en mi computadora y por alguna razon me sale el error Error de acceso limitado en la aplicación de escritorio de Creative Cloud...  Ya intenté borrar todo e instalarlo de nuevo pensando que era un problema de una mala instalación. Pero por más que borre todo o instale todo, reinicié mi ordenador, etc. Me sigue saliendo este mensaje.  ¿Alguién sabe cómo solucionarlo?  Pd: No sé si tenga algo que ver que mi Licencia es de 3 meses de prueba gratis ya que compré un Monitor que venía con esta promoción.  

I am also having frustrations editing my portfolio site.  Hopefully this thread is still active for some... I would like to have a collections page as the home, with 4 categories and no menu. Then each collection would then have another level of thumbnails for each project, clicking through to level 3 being project detail.  Already created collection pages, and partitioned out the pages per collection. but now my site looks like this:dyer.design Is what I want possible using Adobe portfolio?  Thanks for any advice,-David

I want to save all my photos to my creative cloud storage. How do I do this? At the moment when I try to upload a JPEG file to my creative cloud storage it says "some filetype not supported". Am i missing something. Can I not use this as general cloud storage?

I want to quickly build a website for my portfolio, so I thought to use Adobe Portfolio as I already have the subscription. One thing while I'm editing the website is that the text that I enter often disappears. I have entered several lines in one text box, and while I'm editing the other pages and coming back to this one, some lines in the text box have gone missing. It is very frustrating that I have to retype whenever it's gone and I won't know if it's gone if I don't revisit the page. And every time the text that missing is very random. There is no clue why it has gone missing. Another issue I keep having is the alignment of the text box. I already made the alignment on the bottom of the text box 0%, but the text box still leaves a HUGE blank space beneath my text box between the next module. I've checked the global setup The text box alignment at the bottom is 0% and there is no enter space inside the text, so logically there shouldn't be any space in between. Also, the

Hi, I have purchased a creative cloud redemption code ( 1 year subscription) but haven't activated it yet. In the meantime I have got an acces to adobe cloud via separate student account. Can I keep my redemption code without activating till another year, once I finish with my student account access? Is there an expiration time limit to activate the license?

My team and I have two folders in the "Creative Cloud Files" folder called "Design Share" and "RLI Templates". Both of these are open for everyone to edit, it's how we share files. The issue is we keep getting a conflicted folder copy of "RLI templates" in a random folder in the "Design Share" folder. It's called "RLI Templates (Conflicted copy from GPPDESM229 on 2023-09-28)".  If the folder is deleted, it just reappears. I understand conflicted copies can happen when multiple people are editing one folder/file, but I don't understand why the conflicted copy would be located where it is. No one on the team can see an original "RLI Templates" folder in the "Design Share" folder, so no idea why it's creating a conflicted copy there. 

Bonjour, Depuis quelques jours Creative Cloud me considère hors ligne et je n'ai plus accès au téléchargement de plug-ins, au IA dans photoshop, plus généralement à tout ce qui nécessite une connexion internet... J'ai essayé en filaire avec deux RJ45 différent, en wifi, en partage de connexion avec mon téléphone (en filaire et en wifi) et rien n'y fait. Mon PC est pourtant bien connecté à internet ! Merci et bonne journée

I do not have a delete option for files or folders in Adobe Creative Cloudim looking and looking....im stumped.....4 weeks now....kai

Just migrated from a personal account to a business account and lost all my libraries, settings and everything else I stored in the cloud. Is there a way to relink or recover these from my previous account type? Login details didn't change, just everything was lost during migration. Thanks, F

Does anyone have any experience with storing these weird creative cloud system library storage folders (macbook) NOT on their hard drive? Could it be in Dropbox for example? Or, will I completely mess up my macbook if I attempt to do this?! Asking because these folders quickly become huge!

Hello all , and thank you in advance for whatever help you can provide. I use Mac, primarily, but recently have had the need for new software that runs only on windows.  I have used a virtual machine before, but really didnt like it.  So, I pulled out a windwos machine that i bought last year and have fired it up.  It is never been used.  My first order of business was to install Creative cloud.  In doing so, after logging in, the files synced to the machine and have now filled up the memory.  This wouldnt be a problem as i typically would be able to move the sync location to an external, but, CC is telling me that it needs to update.  When it attempts to update, it says that it cant because there isnt enough hard drive space.  I would now like to remove everything from the PC, and attempt to re install CC and change the sync locaiton at that time, but i am terrified that i am going to delete my files locally, and also off CC.  I h

Good morning, I've been browsing through the adobe stock library for a while now and after clicking the heart icon, to save to library, it always has the following messages on my screen.  However, when I go to access my libraries, there is no default "my library"? What's going on? Please help me.

Version: 23.10.02-google-dynamicPlatform and OS: mobile; An Today, while I was searching through my scanned documents and after an hour I again accessed the app for the documents, and to my shock my all files have been deleted, and when I tried to log out and log in, including switching to mobile usage all I was able to access was one file only rest were lost.So how to recover them, and what exactly is happening with adobe services?

Hi Guys,I am after a solution or recommended workflow to share fonts between two PC computers.  Both computers are hooked up to a network which all master files are saved to.  What I would like is for either computer to be able to open a file at any time provided it is not the same one, create/edit and save.  What I would like is to know how to sync fonts so that it wont have to constantly package up artwork and install fonts between computers.  I have run into some issues with this when opening back and forth.  I also know that the CC allows you to use fonts on the cloud, but I find this a little limiting.  Can you add fonts to the CC so that they can sync between two computers?  I can't imagine graphic design agencies not being able to sync within thier own company.Your insight is greatly appreciated and look forward to your responses.Bobby
