Creative Cloud Services

Adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem error. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'. This is the message I get every day on my computer now. I've tried looking this up. How do I stop this error?Thanks in advance.

I am unable to share cc libraries i create. I am using the exact same proccess as I did a year ago but I do not get the "Invite People" option for new libraries i create. What I have tried:Creating new business library in Illustrator and Adobe CC Desktop App (mac).Creating new personal library in Illustrator and Adobe CC Desktop App (mac).Renaming and sharing old cc library (shared cc library doesnt have its name changed and new contents can only be viewed by me) New file:Old file:   

hello ive been using quite a while of adobe illustrator and im shifting to other app, i want to completely uninstall and already uninstall all of its app including adobe creative cloud however file residue still on my finder which is adobe, adobeGCInfo, and com.adobe.accc.apps is it okay to uninstall all of its file? 

Hello, I need help. When I go into the creative cloud, it says I have no more storage, and whatever it is, is keeping up 500GB. I had the 1 TB plan before. But now I can't see where those files are when I go into the Adobe file manager. They aren't in anything. I don't need the files keeping this space; I just want the storage back.

Good day all! I urgently need your help pls! I deleted some items on my PC that syncs with Creative cloud and it removed it from all my PCs. I went back to the deleted folder and cannot find the items. This was done last week so not older than 30 days. Your help and wisdom will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I have seen so many examples of photo grids that when you select to view images you get a dark background.Mine is white. I have spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to change that. I have tried every theme.Can this no be changed?

I don't know what its called but I can't see the top part of my site (Marta). On the attachment its the part in red with the intro. It shows up when my site is live but in edit mode its not there. Image #1: The area similiar to the red part that Says Hi I'm Marta... is not showing up Image #2: On my live site, I have this large type that fades out when you scroll downImage #3: This is what happens when you scroll. This is all working fine on the live site. I want to change it and can't figure out where it is.Image #4: This is what I see in the edit mode. I don't see the large type and can't seem to find it. Help!  

I have had messages saying my 20gb storage is full. After removing all documents/photographs from the cloud and then going into the deleted folder nd removing them too it still tells me I'm out of storage!! i have tried multiple times to contact support and get this fixed but no help! Can someone please help me?

Hello, up until a week ago, the account I used was the one provided by my school, but connected to my personal e-mail address. This license seems to have expired now, so I bought my own individual plan - with the same e-mail address.Now I realise that all of my cloud documents are gone. It seems by setting up the new account, everything got wiped.Is there any way to get my files back?

Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load every time I open my Mac.I've tried many time to remove and reinstall it (removing OOBS files) or clicking the 'Repair' button but the problem instists! I'm very desperate because I have no idea what to do!Any idea or help? Many thanks,./Fotis

Hello, I was asked by an Adobe Agent to have and Adobe Remote Support Session when an agent takes over my laptop to solve the problem. Could you please verify with me if this is normal for the employees to do that? Hi! Do you sell classroom posters for The Creative Types quiz?

I have shared a library with a colleague as a collaborator and it will only allow her to take out assets as an image not the original file it also wont let her edit and put it back into the library i have shared with her. We have added and deleted her from it a couple times and even logged in and out to see if that makes a difference. does anyone know why the libraries arent allowing her to collaborate?

Hasta aquí, todos estos procesos se han repetido 3 veces y sigo sin poder utilizar ni volver a descargar e instalar Adobe Fresco. No tengo problemas con almacenamiento, Windows Defender no detectó virus, los registros de sistema no están dañados. El PC tiene 3 meses de uso, se adquirió en marzo, 2023.

As the title says, I was resizing an image in my photoshop file, it started loading and ended up crashing.When i opened up creative cloud i could no longer find photoshop, nor any other file installed. I still have the desktop icons available and can still use some software, how weird is this?

Hello community, Is there a way to access the CC files and libraries that have been shared with me? The colleagues always share it with me by my eMail address. But then I can only view - not download or open - these files(libs in my personal profile. But there, I can't open my Adobe Apps. So it's basically useless. in one profile I can see the files, in the other one I could edit/opemn them.Is there a way to merge the profiles or make shared files accessible to both profiles (personal and company)?And why is it that in my company profile, these files never appear?

I have the 20GB storage plan and I've deleted all Files/Libraries and empty the deleted folder but ive still got 10.GB being used, what can I do to get back to having the full 20GB available?
