The CC app has disappeared from the header bar at the top of my screen.I can still open and use the individual apps (InDesign, Photoshop, etc) but can't access the CC app.Does this mean I need to completely re-install Creative Cloud to my machine?

Hi, I'm hoping to get a solution for this. Please read fully..Laptop Specs:Intel i5-6200 @ 2.30 GHz500 GB HDD8 GB RAMWindows 7 ProSo my client has Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and Adobe Premiere Elements 14. Both are working fine. Until yesterday, she calls me and says her Photoshop isn't working. Adobe Premiere still opens just fine. But Adobe Photoshop won't launch or even create a background process ( looked into ending the process, but it's not even running as a background). I tried opening the shortcut and the actual exe file from the installation folder, still no avail. We tried rebooting countless times. I also tried logging in as admin. Is there anything that she did that caused it not to open? I tried searching all over but could not find a similar issue to this.Thanks in advance!

I don't (unfortunately) use Creative Suite products very much at the moment, but I do want to occasionally and get quite high value from them when I do. I would probably like to take out a single month's subscription (and then cancel) to Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign 2-4 times a year in total. It looks as though I can do this through the month-to-month membership, but I'd be grateful if someone could confirm this is an "approved" (if slightly odd) way of having a Creative Cloud subscription.

I did all the troubleshooting guides and nothing, it always showed error 206 or error 207, I installed new Windows and then when I enter my account id and password to continue installing it either loops to where I need to enter my credentials again or error 206

So... I can't believe I'm the only person with this issue: Since the April Win 10 update, I've been having extreme problems with Creative Cloud app on Windows 10. I went so far as to do a "Fresh Start" install on my system. What I've discovered is that the Win 10 Creative Cloud app causes the Windows 10 File Explorer to display the "green bar of doom" whenever you try to do a file system operation.  What's the solution to this?  (At present, it looks to me like Adobe needs to update Creative Cloud app. But I "could" be wrong...)In case this doesn't make sense:1. Starting with an entirely fresh install of the latest Windows 10 (with MAY update)...2. Things work fine...3. Until... One installs Adobe Creative Cloud...4. And then, when one opens the File Explorer, everything is more or less broken...5. One gets the "green bar of doom" forever and one can never see/interact with ones files.It's been this way for me since April Win 10 update.And, as I explained above, this is clear

Why am I always loading? I've tried everything and nothing helps.

I have tried every solution online. It gets to about 2% in download then rushes to 100% before displaying the error message. I have had creative cloud on my computer in the past. hi.when i try to update cc or install adobe apps or reach storage it show up this error code 119 : ther was problem . Server not responding check your internet and firewall setting and press retry .i tried all internet solutions :1- i disabeled firewall 2- tried cmd order3- reinstalled windowsand my net is good and still have the same problem . please i need help

Hi I purchased Creative Cloud yesterday and ever since have been trying to download Photoshop CS but keeping getting an error. It downloads each time to a mx of 8% and then gets error sometimes it only makes it to 1%. I contacted support through chat and they said to uninstall and reinstall creative cloud and that would work it did not. Today when I launch an application I've a window that opens and gets stuck like this.Yes I did a reboot.Yes Creative Cloud and Applications are updated.Yes I signed out of Creative Cloud, quit Creative Cloud app, relaunched it and signed again. It changes nothing... Any idea how to fix that situation? 

Not sure if this is an installation issue or not, couldn't find anything that was related to my issue, and can't seem to contact Adobe.This certificate has been popping up, but it isn't always for Adobe Content, it has listed something about Skype.The thing is I don't know what it is for or why. I never needed this before for any products, and I am getting a security warning, and properties don't seem to tell me anything. I have avoided clicking OK simply because I want to make sure everything is legit before doing that.Also, it keeps popping up related to me opening the FireFox Browser, opening up pages I have opened multiple times before.And crap while writing this down I accidentally clicked OK. (It would not go away until I closed out of Firefox, but I could never tell what page seemed to cause it.)So did I just screw up?

I have only just signed up for new. it instals and opens but then a white box opens with blue circle spinning, as if it is updating. This happens forever. I have uninstalled and re-installed but got the same thing.
