Hi I have a serial number for an unactivated version of photoshop CS5 and I want to activate it / download it onto my windows 10 pc. I have tried to activate it at https://account.adobe.com/products but that did not work as it replied with the prompt "serial number invalid" I have also tried to just download it and activate it later but I have not been able to find an offical download. Please reply with any suggestions, thank you.

Moin auch,der Download bleibt bei 1,5% hängen!  Ich habe schon X mal das selbe (gleiche) erlebt. Immer wieder bleibt der Download bleibt bei 1,5% hängen! Das geht schon wochenlang so ! ! ! Aufgrund eines Problems mit Creative Cloud kann derzeit nicht alles in Ihrer Sprache angezeigt werden.Versuchen Sie es später erneut. Dieses Problem ( mit der Sprache) dauert jetzt schon das  G  A N Z E  J A H R  2 0 2 3 ! ! !   Genau solange ,(nämlich das GANZE JAHR 2023)  habe ich das Problem, daß der Download immer wieder bei 1,5% hängen bleibt ! ! !   Ein freundliches Moin

Getting the dreaded error for CC and it won't fix itself. Reading all the rest of the items it say to uninstall and reinstall from a new download.Tried doing that and it says I have items installed that require CC and have to uninstall them first. Tried that an guess what? It tries to open CC to unistall the programs. It does open and can't uninstall the programs. WTF Adobe. I am paying heaps for this suite of programs and it isn't working and can't even uninstall them.

Is anyone having trouble with Adobe charging a credit card and then saying they didn't? I get a yearly deal through an employee. I was charged for the year. It shows on my credit card. But the customer service people said It didn't go through. But it did. It's on my bank statement. But my subscription was suspendedI just updated my credit card info in my account, and it charged me again. So at least I have access now I guess, but I am going to get charged extra. I have been trying to get a call back from customer service for a week and a half, and no one has contacted me. Does anyone have any ideas?

I use Adobe products maybe once a month. However there are always Adobe processes runing in the background costing me CPU processing power, even though I have set Adobe to not update or run when the computer starts.  For example, I cannot get IPC broker to stop restarting after I have closed it and every other adobe product and process.  Since there is absolutly no nned for any Adobe process to  ever run in the bacground when I am not using Adobe products ( i can update manually) , how do I prevent background process from running and stealing my processing power. Hi, i renewed the sub. for the illustrator annual plan 24 hrs. ago, and yet the app. wont start, i received an order confirmation as well.and the support time has no clue.

Whenever i try and download photoshop it just gives me an error code. I have the latest model Macbook with 32 GB RAM so i genuienly dont understand why it wont let me download photoshop. 

My Imac 10.14.6 Mojave is not compatible with the creative cloud which I bought. Could I download another version earlier version of Adobe Premier Pro (CS6 or CC?) Any ideas?Thank youYury

OK - so as a User of several Adobe Apps (and using the latest Creative Cloud Desktop App) I am only able to load the latest and one previous version of Apps on my new PC Hardware Platform that I am building.From time to time it is necessary to completely renew a Hardware Platform for faster processor, hard drive etc. This means it creates a big headache for uers as it is necessary to download all 'old versions' manually (via Support Links) even though I have them today on my current machine.The only links I could get from support were the 2021 versions. They did not have 2020 versions or older.Some 2018 and 2019 versions are available via ProDesign Tools. Hi all.I keep getting the error for LRC and LR mf140.dll not found.I have unistalled  reinstalled as someone suggested also followed the steps for the reinstalling the CC++ prgrams, and reinstalled.help please?I can't get any work done and everything was working fine 2 days ago. 

I just got a new hard drive in my MacBook Pro and it says I need to reinstall my Photoshop and InDesign CS5, but I no longer have the CD.  If I have my serial number, is there another way I can reinstall it?

Hallo zusammen,die Creative Cloud App ist auf meinem PC mit meinem privaten Konto verknüpft. Jetzt möchte ich allerdings die App aus dem zweiten Konto herunterladen und nutzen. Beim Download öffnet sich aber immer die App mit dem privaten Konto. Wie kann ich auf dem PC zwei Konten nutzen? Ein "Wechsel" zum anderen Konto kann ich in der App nicht finden.

I am trying to install lightroom on my macbook pro. I bought a card with a serial number on it, and downloaded it from the website.  When I try and install the software it says there is a problem and I should download the support app, but I can't find anything.  Any advice would help.

I'll say again "ALL APPS" paying almost 70€ every month for everything and now you say that all the Substance 3D is paid even more than the monthly payment Im doing?  

I'm changing from windows to mac studio M1 Ultra.  I have been reading a lot about adobe apps that don't yet work well with M1 Ultra, and would like to know wich of them are on beta version. I know that if you go to the creative cloud app you can see for yourself, but since I'm still in windows I can't. If anybody knows about this or could do me the favor of looking into it if you have a mac studio M1 Ultra I would really appreciate it. thanks!

They need to fix this issue and make it compatible with Windows 10 21H2 immediatly

Hello, I'm hoping one  you nice folk can help a newie out. My friend recommended Fresco and downloaded it onto my computer for me. I realised it was a pirate copy when I tried to download brushes and it would not connect so I immediately removed it from my computer and signed up for the paid plan. When downloaded it appears to install and then tries to launch the Creative Cloud app, but I just get a spinning cirle, I did not a bit of investigation myself and was advised to delete a hosts file and run an app call Adobe Cleaner. I have done this, but I'm still getting the spinning circle. The app installs fine on another laptop I have, but it's useless to me on there as it is not a touchscreen like my surface. I've tried for an hour to find a way to speak to someone at Adobe, but cannot find a way.
