Hello,I own a valid perpetual license for Adobe CS5 Production Premium. It was purchased legally years ago and has been used on my previous hardware without any issues. Recently, due to a hardware failure (SSD crash), I cannot activate the software on my current machine. I also noticed I am not allowed to assign the serial number to my Adobe account — the system rejects it. This was never required in the past, but now Adobe uses this as justification to claim I do not own any license, which is false. I have a valid serial number and proof of ownership. I contacted Adobe Customer Care multiple times and received only template replies stating CS5 is discontinued and no longer supported. However, the core issue remains unanswered: why is a legally purchased perpetual license completely blocked from activation, especially when hardware failure is out of the user’s control? This situation has dragged on for over two weeks, with repeated ping-pong between different support age

Does anyone have any solutions to install a legacy product on a new computer.  Specifically this is Adobe Crewative Suite 5.5 which i purchased in 2013.  I have the product key for it.  My old computer died, and I cannot install on my new one.  It tells me it is installed on 2 computers, and i must deactivate from the old ones, which i did, but still doesnt work.  I called support and was told there is no support for a legacy product and to post here.  TIA

I have a license to Adobe Photoshop CS5 that I use occassionally.  Years ago when I first purchased it, I used an e-mail address as my Adobe account login that worked fine.  Unfortunately, my computer died and couldn't be repaired and I couldn't boot it up to deactivate Photoshop before installing it on my new computer and apparently I've reached the limit on activations.  When I looked up the problem, I was told I should login to my account and deactivate it manually.  Unfortunately, when I try to login to my account, it immediately tells me it wants me to change my password and sends a code to the e-mail address associated with my account, which would be great if I could log into that account but I can't.  The e-mail address is from an old ISP I was with in 2014 and since then, I've moved cities and ISPs.  So Adobe is sending 6 digit codes to a mail address that doesn't exist and can't be logged into.  So how am I supposed to reset my activations? I

i have license for acrobat 11.o for WIN ESD, i need to install it on my new computer, i'm doing all the steps correctly but the download doesn't start, with noerror message, please advise

Hello community,I uninstalled Creative Cloud and all installed applications using the Cleaner Tool with the "1 - Clear all" setting.However, there are still 11 GB (!!!) of Adobe data in various folders, i.e. AppData, ApplicationData, Programs etc. The taskmanager shows 2 services (UpdateService and AcrobatUpdateService) and there are several registry entries. My created files are secured and I need no longer the settings. Is there anything wrong with deleting all this data manually? Thanks in advanceUte

Hello,I am experiencing serious issues with my Adobe Creative Cloud account. I began having problems with Acrobat and then it wouldn't let me update any of the apps. The only error code I got was 303, that basically was "retry".So, I searched for solutions and it seemed the only solution would be uninstall and reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud. I did it, and I can't install any of the apps right now. Creative Cloud opens, but does not allow installing any applications.All installer “stubs” I have tried (3 MB and 350 MB) run, but do not install the Adobe Desktop Service, which is necessary for downloads to work.I have completely uninstalled Creative Cloud, cleaned folders in Program Files, AppData, and the registry, and reinstalled, but the main service still does not appear.I have followed all the official steps suggested in Adobe documentation and forums, including using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and restarting my computer, but the problem persists.I am looking for guidance on how to:P

I have owned ADOBY Acrobat software for some 20 + years. Now out of nowhere Adobe does not let me use my own software until I reactivate a licence.  They do not ask for payment, just provide a form with 2 choces. 1, ..reactivate by internet, 2. reactivate by phone. If I try by  Internet it says that they do not recognise my server. If I try by phone, none of the phone numbers are in service.   Any other attempt to resolve this issue results in an attempt to sell me something ! I do not want to purchase anythin, just want to use my software I paid for in full many years ago.  How did Adobe get in to my computer to shut down my software is nothing but a PIRACY !

I have a old (legacy) version of Adobe Acrobat XI Standard which was loaded originally via a CD.  Apparently I have more than two (2) installs on my different devices.  I keep getting an error notification stating I need to deactivate at least one device the software is installed on.  However, when I log into the two (2) only possible emails I have with Adobe to deactivate the hardware, both log ins show ZERO activations on anything and I can't re-register the original key or find where they have this Adobe key attached to what email.  And totally no support whatsoever from Adobe when I try their chat or contact.  

I'm trying to get a hold of an older Adobe Illustrator CS6 version. I found people on ebay selling, what they claim is a "legit" copy, but claim that the product doesn't ship with any cdkey and that it "auto" works. This seems fishy to me, because of how much I know Adobe loves their cdkeys on pre-cloud products. Can anybody confirm if Adobe ever created Adobe Illustrator install discs that never included cdkeys and that performed the licensing or owner verification using some other method? (I had a previous key from years ago, so I thought I was covered having a CS6 version and could still install Illustrator CS6, but when I recently went to reinstall, it said my current key had been revoked, even though at the time it was purchased, it worked fine.) I'm looking for options to still use a CS6 version. This somewhat "fishy" seller was the most legit looking seller I could find. Any help on this matter, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have a serial number and used it on my curent laptop to activate adobe pro. It downloaded but did not complete or activate because my laptop has issues - it doesn't have the capacity. So i want to stop using my old laptop and erase the serial number there, I have a new laptop and want to transder the adobe but  it say "already activated". Please help me register my product on my new laptop

Bonjour.Pour gagner de la place sur mon C, j'ai désinstallé lightroom, dans l'espoir de pouvoir le réinstaller sur un autre disque. Problème, la version que j'avais installé sur mon poste de travail n'est plus disponible, celle qui est disponible est incompatible avec mon système (qui ne peut passer vers W11 en raison d'un pas de bol matériel au niveau du processeur).Comment puis-je trouver une version précédente compatible?Belle journée à vous.

Hi guys. I am upgrading my PC and have an error I cannot seem to get around. I get the message activation limit reached. So I went ahead and deactivated CS5 Production Premium on the old PC. However, it still works and I'm still getting the limit message on the new PC install. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the old machine, but I get a runtime error, so I can do neither of those things. I'm quite frustrated, as I have done what I was told to do, I have deactivated the production suite but it still will not allow me to use it on the new PC. Looking for answers. I have zero interest in renting Photoshop. i want to own it and I"m quite happy with my CS5. Photoshop is really the only thing in that suite that I use

I recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro (Intel Core i7-9750H processor, 64GB AMD Radeon RX 5500 graphics card).   However, I can't install Lightroom and Photoshop. Is this because I have an old Mac, or is there another problem? Can anyone help? Best, Emile

What is Adobe Cleaner tool and where can I get it?

In 2012 I one-time purchased the Creative Suite 6 discs from UCLA Los Angeles CA & downloaded them to my Mac. Some years ago Adobe began charging monthly subscribing for new Creative Suite users, but I was still able to open & use my already paid for & owned apps. However, Adobe has now managed to manipulate my laptop and blocks my ability to open any of them via a window offering a 30 day free trial to try the new Design & Web Premium and states that use to it can continue only with a monthly subscription. I now simply cannot open any of my own one-time purchased CS6 apps, such as In-Design and Photoshop. I have no clue whether I could return to my own apps should I accept the offer and cancel before the 30 day limit; I also don't trust Adobe at all that they would not do anything further to prevent that. I don't understand their right to do what they've done. I therefore want to disable the wall they have imposed and once again be able to access my own already pu

Why do I need to deactivate 'both' old activations, when I only want to activate one new computer? What if I'm not able to re-activate on any computer afterwards? Right now I'm not able to activate the new computer, nor re-activate the old one, which confirmed successful deactivation yesterday. Now I'm worried to deactivate the last working activation on my other old computer ...

Hallo - ich habe meinen PC mit einem neuen Motherboard aufgemotzt. Nun behauptet Adobe ich hätte eine 3. Installation der beiden Programme gemacht und hat beide Programme gesperrt und behauptet nun, dass sie diese nicht meht freigeben können, da es für alte Programme keine neuen Schlüssel mehr gibt. Ich  habe auch nicht die Möglichkeit einen neuen Schlüssel einzugeben. Weiss jemand, wie ich wieder zu meinen Programmen komme. Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe.    PICTURE REMOVED...
