I've been running perpetual PS 11.0.2 for years. latest on a Windows 10 computer which doesn't meet requirements for Windows 11. I've bought a new Windows 11 computer and would like to know if  my PS can be reinstalled on the new one? I'd like to keep it because my usage doesn't warrant a subscription.Any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone, a few days ago I bought a one-month activation code for Adobe Creative Cloud. I already filed a report on the website, where support asked me to contact Adobe and request information on when the code was activated so they could help me with that... but I don't know how or where to write to get that information, since I need to send a screenshot of that information and get a solution on the website where I bought the code. thanks.

Hallo, Ich habe seit einiger Zeit ein Problem, das ich nicht in den Griff bekomme.Mein CC Client flickert extrem. (Im Video sieht man es nicht so arg aber es flickert richtig schnell) Und die Menüpunkte aktualisieren sehr langsam, wenn ich dort drauf klicke oder interagiere. Ich habe einige Sachen schon probiert. GPU aktualisiert. Neue Installation von CC Launcher. Einstellungen von meiner GPU im Bezug auf den CC Launcher. Alles hat keinen Unterschied gemacht.Ich bekomme es einfach nicht in den Griff... MFG,Max

El Icloud se queda cargando y me dice que demora mas de lo habitual

I’ve been using my Adobe CC for years on 2 machines. On one machine I do my regular work, and on the other I process a lot of badges and run automation tasks. I use 2 machines because it’s difficult to manage everything on just one. But since this morning, this no longer works here in the Netherlands! I’ve also heard from several other people in the Netherlands that they suddenly reached their Adobe CC device limit, even though some of their machines were actually turned off! “What’s going on with Adobe? It feels like they suddenly enforce a new policy without warning. I’ve been working this way for years without issues, and now overnight I can no longer use my two machines at the same time. Why wasn’t there any communication about this change?” The problem I’m experiencing is that Adobe keeps recognizing the same machine multiple times as activated (see screenshot). When I deactivate all the others and leave only one, I can log in again, but that only works for a short time,

Hi all,I'm trying to upgrade from my Photography plan to Creative Cloud, the monthly plan for £75 (I can not commit to an entire year and am happy to pay the 50% surcharge). When I try to make the purchase, I get an error stating that "This purchase is not supported". My payment details are up to date and I have been subscribing to the photography plan since 2014.Can anyone help me to fix this?

En ce moment, je paye la suite Adobe au complet pour 51,99$ CAD/mois. Je me demandais s’il y avait un escompte sur mon abonnement puisque je suis étudiant. Si oui, comment puis-je l’activer?   S’il n’y a pas d’escompte, quel est le meilleur moyen pour changer et payer l’abonnement annuellement au lieu de mensuellement (car ça revient moins cher je crois). It seems to be that time of year again when opening Adobe software on either my desktop of laptop triggers a warning to appear and tell me my account doesn't support use on more than one machine. It states my password may be compromised and I need to change my password. I click on the button and it takes me to an Adobe web page in Ukranian. This happend last year at the same time for around a month. It really doesn't instill, the greatest sense of trust in the Adobe account system. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Bonjour, J'envoie cette publication en me disant qu'il y'a quand même très peu de chances d'obtenir une solution mais globalement tout est dans le titre. J'utilise un PC sur lequel les logiciels Adobe étaient compatible jusqu'à une certaine version et maintenant ils ne fonctionnent plus et je ne peux pas les mettre à jour car mon CPU n'est pas capable de prendre en charge AVX2. Sachant que c'est principalement du montage vidéo que je fais c'est un peu pénible et je voulais savoir si il y'avait un moyen de trouver un lien pour installer d'anciennes versions qui tournent sur le PC ? D'avance merci si quelqu'un à la solution, Je vous souhaite à tous.tes une bonne journée

Hello,I foolishly deleted my cc instead of uninstalling it and now when I go to install cc I get an error saying that I have to download the app manager first. When downloading the app manager I get an error that links me to "adobe's supervisor program" which then says the app has been disconnected. So I followed the troubleshooting instructions to uninstall cc but when I click on the uninstall I get an error saying that I must download the app manager in order to uninstall but I cannot download the app manager.

Restoring a PC to "'factory settings' then tried installing PSE12 again as the first piece of new software, even before installing antivirus. It worked first time!" is a draconian step, not a solutioin. Upgrading from PSE8 or PSE10 to PSE12 is not worth the pain and agony. Is Adobe working on a fix to PSE12 install problems with Windows 7? Downgrading to an OS (XPSP3) that won't be supported by Microsoft in April 2014 is not an option.

I used to be able to use my purchased lightroom 6.  Havent used it in a while and now after asking to be logged in 20 times it does nothing. Now it locked me out as well.  I have my password, have my previous purchased serial number and entered that. It still wont work.  I dont want to update to the cloud and all of that.  Want to use the old version that I had access to and was fine with.  My mom passed away 2 days, ago. Wanted to update a few pics and add to her photo collage.  Login 20 times, put the serial number, it locks me out.  Try to contact customer support its a stupid AI bot that does nothing.  So much new technology and nothing works, cant even get an email from adobe as it says I dont have an active account, yet I am logged in and it shows my previous purchases.  Such crappy support I cant believe it.

I have an older Macbook Pro, circa 2009 and a newer 2016 that's in for repair with an SSD issue. I use both in my day to day. I got a new phone and couldn't recall my Adobe password for Lightroom mobile and changed the password. No biggie. I open up DinoMac to update the password in creative cloud and it accepts it, only to open Photoshop and Lightroom to the application manager telling me I can sign up for a trial and that my account isn't associated. Logging out and logging in and wiping keychain didn't help as creative cloud doensn't seem to have the issue itself. Adobe chat can't help and sent me here. DinoMac uses El Capitan version 10.11.6 (highest it can go)Brave browser version 1.40.107 (highest it can go)Google Chrome version Version 103.0.5060.134 (highest it can go)Adobe Photoshop CC.2015.5 Lightroom Classic CCAnyone have any ideas to get the applicatio manager to stop blocking my legit subsription since my password change? Moin zusammen,der Telefonsupport hat mich an die Community verwiesen. Das Ganze in der gebotenen Kürze: Ich habe mir vor längerer Zeit die Creative Suite 6 als Vollversion, über Amazon, gekauft. Ich nutze die Programme eher im Hobbyrahmen und neuere Versionen benötige ich nicht.Vor knapp einem Monat ist mein alter PC kaputt gegangen, eine Datensicherung war nicht möglich. Ein neuer PC wurde gekauft und die Creative Suite erneut drauf gespielt. Nun wird bei jedem Start der Programme angemerkt, das die maximale Anzahl der Versionen - 2 - bereits installiert ist und erst die alten deinstalliert werden müssten. Aus genannten Gründen ist dies nicht möglich.Welchen Weg gibt es, das Problem zu lösen? Der "bemühte" Service-Mitarbeiter meinte Adobe gibt zu dem Programm keinen "offiziellen" Support mehr. Die Installationen zurückzusetzen scheint offensichtlich auch nicht zu funktionen.Grüße

I tried to install Premiere that comes with my Student 1 Month Trial, but it appeared that I can't install on my windows since the newer versions of adobe's apps uses AVX2, which my PC doesn't have a CPU with support for that yet. Everything OK, I searched how to install older versions, but I couldn't find any version at all listed on the versions. Is there any way I can install older versions? Even Audition couldn't be installed because of this, which it kinda sucks. 

Hello,I am an Adobe customer who legally purchased a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (MLP AOO License TR, SKU 65195563).I still have all the original details (Serial Number, Order Number, Certificate Number, End User ID).However, when I try to activate the product on my new computer, I receive this error:"The serial number you entered has been revoked. This product cannot be licensed."Adobe Support confirmed that my serial number is valid, but since Acrobat XI is an end-of-life product, the activation servers were shut down.This means that my perpetual license has effectively been made useless by Adobe’s decision, not by me.I am your customer, and you have left me alone.I only want to use the product I paid for.I kindly ask Adobe and the community:- Is there an official offline activation method still available?- Or is there any alternative solution Adobe provides for customers with valid perpetual licenses?Thank you for your attention.

I wish to move my CS5 apps to a new laptop but the old CS5 will not deactivate because CS5 cannot connect to the internet. I cannot log in to my AdobeID from CS5 for the same reason.  The message I see is "Please connect to the internet, then press continue" See screen shot.Other apps see the internet connection fine. I have tried several internet connections, home broadband as well as phone hotspot. I am not using a VPN or internet proxy.There's nothing in the hosts file mentioning adobe.The new installation works with my perpetual serial number but cannot activate because the old installation requires deactivation.There is no apparently option to reset the activations counter on the Adobe side as support for CS5 has ceased.Adobe support have no further suggestions and have closed my case on this.Further suggestions welcome - thanks in advance.

I have Adobe XI Pro.  The crazy high price has kept me from upgrading to the subscription (2.5 times higher than the full Microsoft Office Suite).  I purchased a perpetual license.  My home flooded and my desktop computer was destroyed.  I have replaced it, but when I try to install Acrobat XI Pro on the new computer, Adobe blocks it, indicating that I have reached my maximum number of activations, and I need to deactivate one before I can activate this one.  However, I cannot deactivate it on the other computer because the other computer is destroyed.  I connected to the help chat, but the third level technician there (yes, I was transferred three times to get to this guy, with one email exchange in the middle ) said he is only allowed to support software that is less than 5 years old.  He gave me a link to post the problem here, indicating that some of you might be able to help me to reset my activation count, as it is not something that Adobe tech

Hello everyone, in this days I want to delete CC (Creative Cloud) with the official uninstaller, but, when I execute it, the program, says: "Are you sure you want to delete Creative Cloud?" and when I click on "Yes" the program says, "Cannot delete Creative Cloud with the Adobe apps in your device" (Similar words, but not exactly) And I have an infinite apps from Adobe, PDF, Premiere, Flash CS6, Illustrator, After effects, among others, I have search and I founs the official app from Adobe "CreativeCloudCleanerlTool" but it doesn't work, What can I do without removing the Adobe apps?            Thanks in advance 😉

I am reaching out regarding an issue with reinstalling Adobe Creative Suite 5. Previously, I had installed CS5 on my Windows 10 computer. However, due to system issues, I had to reinstall Windows without uninstalling CS5 beforehand. When I attempted to reinstall CS5 afterward, the installation failed and displayed an “Invalid Serial Number” error message. I would like to ask if the license I purchased can still be used, even though CS5 is no longer supported. If so, could you please advise me on how to resolve this problem so that I can activate the software again? Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your guidance.

this morning, I had InDesign open, and this window was open: "You’ve reached your device activation limit." It states that Adobe apps can only be signed in and activated on two devices. To sign in on this device, you need to sign out of another device first. All apps, local files and Creative Cloud assets on those devices will remain intact. Learn more about device activation limits. Then, It shows MULTIPLEs of the SAME workstation. Clearly, there is an Adobe Creative Cloud Issue.  How do I resolve and why can I not report this to Adobe.

7 years later, I have the exact same issue but with 8 copies of the same device. The solution to this problem, signing out to all devices doesn't clear up the issue that I should be able to sign in up to two devices while working on one at a time. It will continue forcing me to sign out of one of them when i turn on the other, because it acts like that one device is more than one.
