I have been using Photoshop Elements 2018 since 2017 with no issues.  I have a Windows 10 HP laptop.  Today when I tried to open PSE2018, it would not open.  I uninstalled it, restarted it, and reinstalled.  However, I tried three times, but it would not install because of error codes.  I saved the logs in a Creative Cloud log, but have no idea what to do now.  The error codes are DW003 and DW071.I looked up the error code, but all it said was that user canceled the install, which I did not do.  How do I resolve this? 

Hello,I've got a problem. I was an adobe user who decided to finish my subscription. Now I want to log in to another subscription, which my company paid for.Unfortunately, I can't log in to the new account; a log-out option is deactivated.How can I login to the new account?

Tout se passe bien sauf avec Photoshop : le téléchargement de l'application échoue à 89%.  Je clique sur le bouton réessayer mais le même scénario se reproduit. J'ai essayé de déinstaller l'appli sur le disque dur mais rien de marche.   Configuration :  MacBook Pro Apple M1 Pro 13.2.1   Help please

I just had to move my windows from my harddrive to my SSD which means that most of my applications dont work anymore despite the files not changing at all. I have all the files for photoshop 2015 yet i cant get creative cloud to recognise them and if i try loading it via the application launcher it tells me the adobe application manager is broken and to go to a site via a dead linkhttp://adobe.com/go/applicationmanager is there a way to get creative cloud to recognise the files? thankyou

Your updates always violate current users hotkey habit / practise, change the default setting to an non-user friendly setting; and even worst, it keep slowing down the performance of the applications.My photoshop were working well last year, but recently, it crashes whenever I resize a photo. Even a 4 Mb photo resizing to 120 x 120 pixels, it crashes. And the loading speed a perfermance where obviously slower compare to last year.You just try to make money through subscriptions and keep on providing useless updates to provide your value. I just  need a stable platform and I can pay one off but there is no such an option anymore. I don't need those useless auto selection function or 3 D function. I just need basic photoshop functions.

Hallo Zusammen,ich habe eine alte CS3 Installation, welche auch bei Adobe rmit der Seriennummer registriert ist. Ich habe den Win7 Rechner in Ehren gehalten, aber nun ist der Rechner zu langsam und alt für aktuelle Projekte.Daher wollte ich das Paket erneut auf einem neueren Rechner installieren, weil es noch eine Kauf- und keine Mietlizenz ist.Bei der Installation zeigt er noch, dass es eine gültige Seriennummer ist, aber das Produkt nicht mehr aktiviert werden kann (Stellen Sie sicher, das JAVA aktiv ist). Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Aktivierung in der Registry des alten Rechners zu finden und zu übertragen, oder kann man das Produkt noch anders aktivieren? Ich fände es schade, wenn eine Kauflizenz aufgrund seines Alters nicht mehr benutzt werden kann, obwohl der Funktionsumfang für die Tätigkeit ausreichend ist.Ich bin für jede Hilfestellung dankbar.VGHans Keller

I have reinstalled Photoshop Elements 14 following computer repair. Reinstall went alright but after the sign-in and the two-factor authent and the acceptance of the software license agreement, the serial number validation stops the process. I select validate and nothing happens.

When I try to deactivate the error Code 191 appeears.  I test my internet connection is it is active.  Yet everytime I try to deactivate I getthe same code.  Is there a way to past this issue?

Hello, i've been searching how to counter this error but impossible to fix following the intructions i've seen.I just uninstalled all my Adobe Softwares, and i'm trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud but error 202 keeps comming back.I have space on my drive and my internet is working fine.I downloaded the creative cloud setup from this link: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud Please help 😛

ok, i am having same issue with programs i downloaded that are .rar files for Photoshop CC. whoever made them saved them as that. but not compatible with anything i have. how were you able to extract them?

Hello im having trouble installing Adobe Photoshop to my MacBook Air. Adobe Illustrator and Adbode InDesign installs fine. Once I try to install it just pops up with Error Code 183. Hello there,     The title says it all. I haven't the ability to sign out and get out of the application. The email I've used is a school one with no access to the verification email. I've reinstalled the ACC Application from my File Explorer and through the Adobe website with and without an account signed in. Any assistance pertaining to command keys I can use to sign out would be greatly appreciated!

I purchased a plan with PayPal. The transaction is completed and payment is made. When I log into my adobe account, it has not registered the change. I can not download apps, only the trial version. I also did not receive an e-mail verification from adobe. Help would be appreciated.  

I was recently billed several hundred dollars for the auto renewal of my CC membership. This was done without my consent when I had no intention of renewing the membership. I canceled my subscription right away and tried talking to a support member about receiving a refund.They are refusing to give a refund. They are claiming it is because I've cancelled my subscription. It has been roughly over a month into the renewed year, and I have been charged for the entire year and no one from customer service is able to help unless I repurchase a new membership, which I now do not trust Adobe enough to ever want to do again.For such a large company one would assume customer service would be a top priority, but it seems that isn't the case. How do think they not giving a refund for a subscription that was cancelled after will make me want to purchase the Creative Cloud when I may need it in the future? Not happening. Extremely upset.

I have just transferred to a new computer system for the first time in 14 years and have not been able to install my Master Suite CS3. The primary issue here, I no longer have my Serial Number. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Christopher J. Neill

I buy an adobe plan for student and even after that while the apps are included on my plan, I have been asked to buy for every new app like premerie pro, after effects, and photoshop Can I know where is the problem ?

Things were working just fine until I decided to update Indesign. Now I get to at most 30% before the program stops and shows me this:I cannot do anything else with my creative suite, it just brings me back to this every time.My computer uses Windows 11 btw, I've tried looking for help on this and everything I see uses MacOs so I have no idea what to do for my computer. Thank you for you time,Jonah

this is absolutely the worst software to install. it took me over an hour and now it's updating again and says it will take at least another half hour. what the fat is up with all those sign-ins and security codes???? I'm really sorry that I decided to upgrade from version 2013 because this is stupid. you can install the entire Microsoft office in less than 10 minutes.  I'd give anything to just have my money back

Mein Rechner musste nach einem Absturz neu Intstalliert werden. Jetzt erkennt Photoshop Elements 15 weder das Kennwort noch die Serial Number, noch die per email zugesandte Erkennungsnummer und gibt die bezahlte Kaufsoftware nicht zum arbeiten frei! Was kann ich tun?
