i cannot download photoshop and i purchase it

I am done with adobe products. I specifically told it not to install creative cloud when it installed, yet adobe did it anyways. Disabled it at boot and run illustrator once and Adobe resets those settings to make it boot everytime. It then runs 5-7 other applications eating up 18GB of my 64GB of memory. I am writing this post to say I am done with adobe products and their BS around how they install stuff you don't agree too, then reset your settings on the OS level to make thier stupid apps boot up after you have explicitly disabled them. Its my computer, if I don't want your extra software then I don't want it, if I don't want adobe crap to boot up when my machine boots up THEN I WANT IT THAT WAY! I will no longer use adobe products because of this. It is just as bad as Piracy! Hallo, Ich möchte eine externe Festplatze als Speicher für die Adobe Programme/Applikationen aus der CC verwenden, da sie auf meinem MacBook zu viel Speicher verbrauchen. Wenn ich jedoch im CC Menü den Installationspfad auf einen angelegten Ordner meiner externen Festplatte ändere, kommt die Meldung das sei nicht möglich . Woran kann es liegen und was wären mögliche Lösungsschritte oder Alternativen? Ich nutze ein MacBook Air 2020 und habe mir eine externe ssd Festplatte von LaCie zugelegt.vielen Dank! 

According to this page on Adobe's website, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html, I can download the update for Creative Master Suite CS5 to 5.5. However, that is not true. There is no way to do it. All it shows is your PRODUCTS, not UPDATE files. The version on that products page is 5.0 when I download it. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to upgrade CS5.0 to CS5.5? The update files have to be somewhere.Thank you.

Hi!, i just reinstalled OS X High Sierra on an old workstation and then i installed my CS6 web design suite. When i try to sctivate the product i get an error mesage and adobe page tell me: expired or illegal serial number. Can you please help me? Everytime I try to install Photoshop on my Apple Air laptop, it says installation failed - or not compatible. It worked on this laptop a few months ago - Not sure what to do... Please help. Thanks Ben

Adobe customer service said that they did not know the specific reason and could not support refund. This plan was cancelled by their Adobe legitimate team.They can only tell me that this is "Fraudulent Account", and they don't know the specific reason, and refuse to answer me! And no refund（I was sad and left tears） "Fraudulent Account" What do you mean?How to avoid it? hi guys, I am working on my social media project called [ Link removed by Moderator ] I am facing an issue with the installation of adobe photoshop, showing the error "MS Setup Toolkit API Error, Bad Arg 3:AddSectionFiles to CopyList."  

I cant seem to update my Adobe Cloud. It keeps sayings error 505. I did everything I could that was suggested on the error 505 page. (when I post the link Adobe forums says its invalid HTML)I dont have Beyondtrust Powerbroker, I updated windows and restarted my computer and I am not trying to log in remotely. I dont have any fancy anti virus on my system just Windows Defender. I even went into Windows Defender allow  Creative Cloud App in Public and Private networks. I dont know what else to do. Im using a PC Desktop with:Windows 10 Pro (64-bit032.0 GB of RAMIntel i7-4770K CPU (3.50GHz)nVidia GeForce GTX 78- GPU

I de-activated Photoshop on my old computer, but can't find a link to download it to my new computer. I signed in to CC, but have only been able to find links to trial versions.

Hi,I would like to install the 7-day trial version of Adobe InDesign using the Creative Cloud app. I am signed in to the app with my personal adobe account NOT a business or enterprise account, yet I have been unable to access the Manage Apps tab; I am only getting a message along the lines of 'You don't have permission. Contact your IT administrator.' - I don't HAVE an IT admin. Just me.Any idea how I can rectify this?

Recently downloaded and installed PSE 9 on my new computer.   Installed fine but when I tried to restart my computer it wouldn't go past the LENOVO boot screen.   Is there a known issue with PSE 9 and Windows 10 or the Lenovo Yoga PC's?

Hi. I searched for a solution, but found none. I have the Adobe plan for all apps, installed the Creative Cloud and some apps + activated them on my laptop at home (really only on this single machine).Now I wanted to do the same for my computer in my studio, but in the Creative Cloud no paid apps appear (only the free apps). I really tried everything, re-installing the cloud app, looking for if more than one machine is activated (really no)... I can't find a solution. What can I do?Thanks a lot! Kind regards, Fabian.

I have Adobe Creative Suite Premium 1.1.  It installed perfect but it won't allow me to activate it.  I saw a link where you have to uninstall then download from adobe but it was for CS2.  I saw nothing for CS Premium 1.1.  Can anyone help me with this?

I had adobe cc and related apps installed on my home computer using a license from a previous employer because the license allowed for extra devices. I no longer work for this employer and have lost access to the associated email account. When I go to uninstall apps, Adobe CC launches, and then CC gets stuck in a loading loop. No inputs register in the dropdown menus except for quitting the app. When I try to log out through Premiere for instance, I am met with "Sorry, something went wrong" and "Are you connected to the internet?" I have a new adobe account through my institution of higher learning and I would like to switch. How do I resolve this issue. I have used the AdobeCC Uninstaller and that did not work. Once reinstalled, and launched, I am met with the same loop. All other apps can only be uninstalled through Adobe CC.

When I get the numbers of Adobe I put them in it tells me that they are the wrong numbers 

Trying to reload Lightroom 6 on Win 10 box as crash. I have valid license (purchsed from Adobe), shows in my account. After install I get message it is invalid or expired. Chat with agent varified my serial number but he said too old, no support, can't help, contact the support community. Ideas on how I can get LR 6 up and running?

My licensed Adobe Creative Suite 6 (teacher edition software) will not install! After giving my production code a new pop up  window keeps asking me to get connected with internet, but the connection with the world wide web is already there. Renewing the try has no effect and try to make a connection on a later date (within 7 days validating the software) get me nowhere.Validating within seven days is essential for not validating will make the software unusable.So...WHAT TO DO?
