Download & Install

Can anyone help me please  i made an account and I payed for my plan but every time i try to open the creative cloud app it's take too long downloading and eventually dosent work!what should i do?  

I don't want any other programs from adobe, and I was required by school to purchase adobe illustrator. I just needed it for a couple months only. I can't cancel manually, and I feel very frustrated at my many attempts to cancel. I am a poor college student and don't appreciate how unclear it was that there was a cancellation fee. Can someone help me cancel my purchase please?

I just purchased Premiere Pro for my Mac Pro but it will not download. I have made sure all apps are updated, which they are, and have even tried to download older versions of Premiere Pro and those will not work either. 

Upgraded to Windows 11 but installing Elements 10 get error message cannt find  aif_ogl.dllIs Elements 10 compatible with Windws 11

This has been an ongoing problem for months and I just put up with it out of laziness to write here but this is just becoming irritating. I'm only ever using two devices with Adobe and often presented with being asked to sign out of the same device - see screenshot. I even signed out of all devices yesterday and today when I try to use Premiere on my laptop it's asking me to sign out from my PC.  Any fixes for this other than signing out of all devices and waiting for this issue to come up again within days? 

Bonjour,Depuis plusieurs jours Creative Cloud m'affiche un message d'erreur au démarrage de mon ordi, je ne sais plus exactement ce que le message dit mais il me propose soit de "quitter" soit de "réparer". Au début je n'y prêtais pas attention car cela ne perturbait pas mon utilisation mais depuis hier je ne peux plus importer d'objets entre Illustrator et Photoshop par exemple car les bibliothèques ne se chargent pas. Je me rends compte que c'est à cause du Creative Cloud qui ne fonctionne plus correctement. Comme je n'arrivais plus à l'ouvrir j'ai essayé de le désinstaller mais je ne crois pas que cela ait fonctionné car ils m'ont affiché plusieurs messages d'erreurs, pourtant je ne retrouve plus l'application Creative Cloud Desktop dans mes programmes.J'ai donc essayé de réinstaller Creative Cloud mais là non plus ça ne marche pas, le chargement s'arrête au bout de 43 % pour m'afficher le code erreur 50. For some reason, this will not install on my new Laptop running Windows 11.  Any clues?

I have a limited budget so I am using Adobe CS5, which is fine for my needs. I want to purchase a second laptop to use for traveling - an old, small one circa 2015 so no one will want to steal it. Can I install CS5 from the original installation disks on the 2nd laptop? Will I have a problem activating the license? Will it cause a problem with the license on my primary machine?

Hi! I fine it difficult to install premier pro cos it consume to much  Data of about 8GB  and always stop around 60 to 65 % of the installation process. I don't if any one can be of help thanks 

I'm considering to give my daughter an installation of Photoshop Elements as a birthday present.Since it is a one-time-installation, what will happen the day she needs a new computer??Will she have to buy a new installation?JesperHFL

Hey everyone, I'm having this issue lately, I tried uninstalling an app from the Creative Cloud launcher and now I'm stuck in a loop.It asks me if I want to keep the preferencies of the app, if I click to remove them it then asks me again few moments later. Did someone else found this issue? If so, how did you manage to solve it?

I own CS5.5 and installed it in 2015 on my Windows 7 PC and registered it and in my Aodbe account there's a "download" option to install it on a second PC.I called Adobe today and they said it can no longer be download/intalled on Windows 7 but that I can install the download in my account onto Window 10.Is this true that it won't install on Windows 7 any longer and just on Windows 10? Has anyone successfully download it to Windows 7?Thank you in advance!   

As of today, Photoshop v 24.1 no longer works. It starts, but then turns itself off again. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, same problem. does anyone know a solution?Thanks

I recently downloaded AdobeCC to view the free applications they offer. A couple days later I purchased a Business account with AdobeCC. The purchase is acknowledged on my account but the Apps are "7 Day Trial". Is this normal? Is the trial status a default setting? Will my purchase apear once the trial is over? I dont want to be charged twice for a single months purchase after the trial is over. I need help understanding. Thank you!

All my creative cloud apps attempt to install to my main drive which is my boot drive, my SSD. this drive is full. i wish to get all the apps installed on my hard drive. How do I do this? Windows 10

Howdy, I own a copy of CS5.5, and once Adobe shut down online activation for it, I contacted them, and they sent me files and new license key that I could use to install the software. It has previously been successul. I am moving to a new computer, and I successfully went through the installation process, it accepted the license key, but now when I open the programs, it says the software is already installed on other computers, and the software will stop working in 30 days. But when I tell the dialog that I have deactivated it on other computers, and that activation should continue, it tries accessing the internet to reactivate, but can't. Because Adobe shut this activation down. I would contact Adobe directly again, but I apparently don't have access to Adobe Admin Console. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi! I am attempting to download my adobe creative cloud apps but the installer icons wont open.If I double click on the installer icons nothing happens. I had a missed payment on the subscription which I have just updated and paid this morning (now shows as paid), and says "you'll be able to resume using your apps shortly" but I'm still getting a billing issue alert. Has adobe blocked me? I'm trying to figure out if theres a delay in their ststem so it still thinks I owe this months subscription?I have just had the hard drive replaced on my mac and desperately need to activate my adobe account and doewnload the cc apps so I can get back to work. (Running Mac OS MONTEREY.) Any help or advice greatly appreciated, thank you.
