onjour, J’ai changé d’ordinateur dernièrement. Élément Photoshop 8 etait installé sur l’ancien ordi qui disposait d’un lecteur CD. J’ai l emballage le CD etc.. D origine 2009. Comment puis je l utiliser sur le nouvel ordi qui ne dispose pas de lecteur CD ?' Comment le réinstallateur ou le tranferer ? Merci d’avance pour votre aide.

I need help for adobe photoshop 12. Yesterday it run best, but today I need ID and password to lizense the organizer. I made everything correct, but Ican't register me becaue I allways get the Info:" ID and password do not belong together.Please answer in german, if possible.

I got a new MacBook and transfered everything from my old MacBook to the new one withe the Apple migration assistant. Now I cant install any Adobe programs due to an unknown error in the installer. Could someone pleas help me?

Hello, I have my upgrade Lightroom 5.7 serial, but not my original 5.0 serial.  It doesn't show on my login. My upgrade serial does.  I wiped my hard drive and reinstalled Windows.  I need to reinstall Lightroom ASAP, but it's asking for my original serial. That's on a box that is long gone!!! 10+ years ago!  I can't figure out how to contact Adobe for help since the chat doesn't think I am an adminstrator...this is my personal account and my personal computer. It's not for a business.  I need to get my old serial number somehow!  Please help!!! Hi, recently started working on my website, I took the Ludwig theme. I started doing my thing and on the top of my home page, I wanted my logo on the left, and on the right my other pages and social media link. The problem is that it seems I cant change the order of those 3 tabs (Pages, logo, social media). I would like to know how I can arrange those so that it become Logo, page and then social. In that order. I have just re-downloaded lightroom classic from creative cloud. When I click "continue" on the installer to enter my system/admin password, the dialogue box shakes, rejecting my password. I have double checked my password in the system preferences and I have even reset the password. The same problem continues. I am using a mac os. 

Your trash is too expensive. Why the hell don't you create a price range in between? What individual who is not a freelancer but rather an enthusiast who edits an image occasionally can enjoy the apps? Well... That's our problem. Your loss. The whole hobbyist community downloads your apps via torrents and that's what I'm advocating now. I would like to use the app a few days a month. I need two apps for Photoshop plus After Effects, but do you think I will buy a whole package for +€60/month just so I can use two apps for a few hours possibly a few days? Even this is probably more expensive if you don't buy for the whole year. I'll give you a little tip. You would have possibly tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands more individual customers if your prices were even more humane. In practice, I could pay up to 20€/month to use these two applications for a whole month. However, my usage needs are so small that more than €25 per app or more than €60/month for two app

Hello everybodyI need some help pretty urgently.I uninstalled Illustrator version 25.4.1 (or 25.x.x...) because it gave me errors with the plugin "DxfDwgFileFormat.aip" (Export to DWG option missing).I then wanted to restore and reinstall it, but it is no longer visible among previous available versions and I cannot update my macOS (currently Mojave 10.14.6).Why can't I find it anymore in the previous available versions of the CreativeCloud App? How mine was FIXED:  I bought Dreamweaver CS6 on eBay and had all the problems as above. I talked to an expert in the chat and he verified my serial number and my registration through the seller at eBay, then walked me through installing Creative Cloud, the app. Once you've installed CC the app, you can log in, but DO NOT CLICK on ANYTHING. Quit out of all apps and restart your computer. In my case we are setting up an older iMac with High Sierra for Dreamweaver specifically in order to recover a dreamweaver-built site.  After restarting, I was able to launch my Dreamweaver which was in 'verify later mode'. Dreamweaver asked for my Adobe email and password and the installation was complete.  Now working!  

Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan 20GB: Photoshop + Lightroom bought Nov 2022  (1 Year subscription) from Amazon1 redemption code  managed to download Creative Cloud but NOT Photography plan 20GB: Photoshop + Lightroom.Will not take redemption code again.How do I get Lightroom classic software? Please help.

I tried out InDesign CC and then cancelled the free trial but now my registered copy of InDesign CS6 will not launch - I just keep getting a window referring me to the SUbscription Manager to update my subscription status in order to be able to use the product.  Now I can't open any of my existing CS6 files! Please help...

Hi,I have had Adobe Creative Cloud for some time. I am signed up through my business user, and the personal account is just not being used. Yesterday I check my email, and can see that Adobe has signed me up for a Creative Cloud subscription on my personal account. WITHOUT my permission. So now I am forced to pay 2x times the price for something I did not order. Further more, this is binding in 12 months. Yes, I can see that you sent me an email last month about some merger of accounts, but I have not had access to check the email because of travel for more than a month. I can't see what gives you the right to sign people up for a subscription if they are NOT responding. I have never heard of these kind of "Acceptance of terms" that if you do NOT respond, you said yes. Adobe, PLEASE cancel my personal subscription. I don't need it - I only use my business account. /Lars

I have a Capital One card that Adobe keeps charging even though it is not my account. A manager from Capital One called Adobe while I was on the phone and Adobe admitted it was not my account and assures Capital One it had been canceled. In this process,  I found out Adobe had been charging two of my charge cards even though I do not have a subscription with them. Each month Adobe continues to charge my card. Each month I have to call in and dispute it. I found out even if you get a new card they can update your card without your permission. On top of that,  they are a company that cannot be blocked from any charge card. I suspect I'm not the only one they are doing this to everyone check your charge cards. If  this were anyone else they would have already had a criminal case against them.Jane D Myron Indiana

I currently have PhotoShop Elements 2022 and Premiere Elements 2022 in my active account.I tried many, many times to install Premiere Elements in Windows inside Parallels Virtual machine. I had no trouble on the Mac OS side.Every single time installation aborted for Error Code 1; Error Code 16; Other Error Codes; Installation File corrupted, etc. I never got and installation.I was on a long chat with DAHNAJAY, who was very helpful, finally providing me with download links for both products to Mac and Windows platforms.Trying to install from the link for Windows resulted in Sentence #3.I finally gave up and installed both Windows programs from my 2018 disc.Why did I have such a bad time installing from the Adobe system? 

I have my active suscription since last august.Today, when I was working without changing anything related, i was trying to activate fonts of creative cloud subscription and my account is switched itself from "full membership" to a "free user", without letting me keep working on with Typekit as I was doing.I saw this similar case (Re: I have full subscription, yet when I log in shows i'm a "free user" )There is no place in the FAQ for this, so I really don't know what to do.What should be my next step?Thanks!

I changed computer , how to reinstall photoshop ?

Just installed Illustrator for trial use today and not even an hour later I got a pop up message that my trial has expired. What can I do to continue using my Illustrator trial for the full allotted time?

Is there a way to dowanload older versions of 2020 or 2021 of creative cloud apps. In other versions option there is limit and it shows very few older versions.

I cannot download photoshop (or any apps) in the creative cloud, as it says I do not have enough disk space, but I have over 280 gigabytes free and have chosen a folder on that same drive, I hit retry multiple times, but it says the same thing, I have even restarted my pc, someone please help thankyou.

Keeping gettting error 702, installation failed. There are no Adobe or CC files on this hard drive, though I know it used to run CC before I got it. Everything else is working, i.e. Word and Excel. The disk was supposedly wiped of all the previous owner's files. Tried running the uninstaller, also failed. Tried Disk First Aid, which says everything is fine. Thinking maybe they deleted something important when they took their files off? Should I try to reinstall the Mac OS? Are there files in that needed by the Adobe installers? I already put my stuff on here, do I have to wipe the disk and start all over again?

Hello, my adobe is running in 2023, but will the 2021 versions be installed on the computer, I need lower versions, but because it bought new, old versions of adobe do not appear.

I have a Windows 10 machine at home with three user accounts.  Only one of them (mine), is for someone with an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.  The other two users, however, keep getting a Creative Cloud login popup and other messages related to my subscription.  How can I modify (or reinstall) in such a manner that the paid Adobe software (InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Creative Cloud admin app, etc.) is ONLY on my user account?  The other accounts should only have the common, free Acrobat Reader.  I can't leave my account logged in to share with everyone because it would restrict my usage on my laptop.

Ich bin von meinem MacBook auf den MacBookPro M1 Max umgezogen. Die Installation von Photoshop und Lightroom waren problemlos. Jetzt bekomme ich beim Update von CreativeCloud einen Fehler 42. Kann mir jemand helfen? Die Beschreibung vom Fehler 42 für Windows habe ich gesehen, hilft mir aber nicht weiter.Vielen Dank!
