Bonjour, je travaille dans une administration (Education nationale) rectorat d'Aix-Marseille, en 2020 nous avons acheté 5 licences perpétuelles d'Acrobat Pro - Acrobat Professional 2020 20.0 MLP AOOLicense [Personal Identifiable Information removed by moderator] - comme nous sommes passés sur des portables, nous avons commencé à réinstaller ces licences, 3 ont pu être réinstallées mais ensuite ça bloque, j'ai tenté d'enregistrer le numéro de série, cela me dit que ce numéro est déjà utilisé mais je n'ai aucune information dans mon compte à propos des utilisateurs (les 3 postes sont connectés avec mon compte [Personal Identifiable Information removed by moderator]) Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'indiquer une procédure qui pourrait fonctionner - le support Adibe me dit qu'il ne gère pas les licences perpétuelles, ce qui est un peut aberrant puisque c'est tout de même un produit Adobe !!!

Hi - why can't I find Media Encoder 2022? I had to update credits on a film that was edited in PP 2022. I opened the file in PP2022 no problem, but now that I need to export it's saying Media Encoder is no longer installed. When I tried to download it, I can't find it. Is there a way to link PP2022 with the more current versions of Encoder I have on my system? This is a ludicrous problem to have to deal with!

Very frustrated by the lack of support around this issue.I cancelled my subscription in July and received an email confirming the cancellation and advising I could access features until early September (next billing cycle). However, monthly subscription fees were taken from August-November.... When I realised and went back into my account- the subscription was still active- I cancelled again and received a confirmation email stating I would have access until SEPTEMBER... This indicated to me that I had in fact cancelled my account in July and it is an error on Adobe. However I am unable to actually get any human assistance to organise the refund that I should be entitled to.Please help!!!Many thanks. 

I have Adobe CS5 installed on an old Dell with Vista so I can not connect to the internet to deactivate my copy, thus I am unable to reinstall it.  The other installation is on a laptop with XP so same situation.  Basically the program is worthless and Adobe offers no support.  I paid what amounts to a good bit of savings back then to have to shell out more money if I want to use what I paid for??

I downloaded this product with the serial number, which I purchased years ago, on my new computer with Windows 11. I get stuck in a sign-in loop every time I try to launch it. Support says it won't work with Windows 11. Has anyone else been able to use it with Windows 11. If I'm unable to use it, am I wrong in thinking Adobe should give me an upgrade since I already purchased their product and can no longer use it?

Dear support staff, I have tried to reach Adobe via phone but there is no chance to get in contact with a real person. I'm still waiting since 15 minutes of phone call. As mentioned above I can't activate my Acrobat Pro v17 license although there are no activated devices listed in my account. There was an incident that my former Lenovo Notebook completely crashed so that I was not able to deactivate this device the proper way. But after deleting all devices in my account I still can't activate Acrobat Pro v17. Is there a way to release my license on your license servers again? I have bought this license in 2019 and it should still be working, as you still provide the desktop application as a download package. Thank you!

I require illustrator 2024 or potentially 2023 in order to use Cutting Master 4 as 5 doesn't seem to work for my setup. Apparently Ver.4.90 works on 2024 but I am unsure of this. Please can I have access to a stable 2024 and 2023 version of illustrator? I still plan to use the latest version of illustrator for everything else except cutting vinyl so hopefully I can have both on my PC?

In 2011 heb ik de Adobe CS5 web premium gekocht en er jaren goed mee kunnen werken. Nu in 2025 heb ik een andere computer gekocht en mijn oude leeggemaakt en weggedaan. Ik heb mijn legale versie van Photoshop opnieuw geinstalleerd op mijn nieuwe computer maar nu vraagt hij om een proefversie en de meegeleverde codes herkent hij niet meer.  Hoe los ik dit op? Groeten,Arno

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask my question.  Here's my problem: I found my old Photoshop Elements 13 CD and installed it on my PC, but now the program tells me I've activated my license key on too many devices.I no longer have access to my old PC. I've already checked my account under "activated devices," but there are no devices listed.  Despite this, the program still tells me I've activated too many devices.  Unfortunately, I can't speak to any human support staff because I don't have an active subscription. I also haven't found an email address for support.  Can anyone help me?

I have just bought a new iMac 2024 and had adobe elements 13 ( bought as a one off payment) on my previous iMac (2011). Despite a migration across,  the adobe didn't transfer. I don't want to buy a new elements subscription as all I need is the basic 13, I was used to. I now have thousands of photos on my new computer from my EOS camera which cannot be opened in Apple photos, so need either my old application ( which I doubt I can get) or something other than the latest Elements, which isn't cheap. Any advice please? Thankyou

I have the 11.99/month subscription plan which is suppose to include LrC. When I go into Adobe Creative Studio I ccan download LR but not LrC. If I click on the buy option for LrC and pick the 11.99 plan it tells me I'm already on the plan (which is true). I've tried signing out and back in but still do not have the option to download this. How can I get this?
