Bonjour. J'ai une version CS5 que j'adore utiliser car elle est parfaite pour ce que je fais. Je n'aime pas les versions récentes. Cependant, j'ai windows 11 et ADOBE m'indique que je ne peux plus utiliser ce logiciel faute de numéro de série valide. Je ne peux pas désactiver la licence depuis mon ancien PC et donc je ne peux plus utiliser mon bon CS5. Quelqu'un a t'il une solution ou est il confronté au problème qu'il est parvenu à résoudre ? Same here, did not show the Ae 25.2.2Then I found out to change the standard installation language from german to english, so it showed the Ae update. this was 2 weeks ago. Now there's Ae 25.3 and it's not showing again 😞

Hello, I am using a windows 7 computer with photoshop/illustrator. it was that my illustrator serial number is not vaild. I try to use the offline validation. after i type in the request code and enter the serial number (directly from my adobe account) it says the request code is invaild and the serial number is invalid. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

Hallo zusammen, ich hätte eine Frage zum Abo der CC. Reicht ein einzelnes Abo wenn man mehrere Geräte hat (die alle nur von mir genutzt werden + definitiv nicht gleichzeitig bei CC Produkten) oder braucht man dort bereits mehrere Abos für? Ich würde gerne Photoshop, Premiere und After Effects für meine Selbstständigkeit nutzen wofür ich ein Windows und ein macOS System habe. Ich bin zwar kein professional mit den Adobe Produkten, würde diese aber gerne nutzen um Bilder für meine Apps erstellen zu können bzw. um Werbevideos für diese erstellen zu können. Und wie ist das bei der CC eigtl. mit Upgrades? Ich hatte damals zuletzt CS4 und dort musste jedes Upgrade ja erworben werden, aber nun ist das ganze ja ein Abo-Service?

Hello... I have my CS2 that I purchased from Adobe that was a download upgrade many years ago.. I have a new laptop computer now but I'm unable to complete the download from the disc that I used to download the CS2 program from the Adobe website many years ago...  I would like to use my CS2 on my new laptop but do not have the serial number,  I was told by Adobe help to place the message here in the forums and somebody would help me retrieve my serial number to the CS2 download I purchased.. Thank you

I often have the current AND previous version of an Adobe app installed at the same time (IE Illustrator 2025 for my daily driver, but Illustrator 2023 for a plugin I sometimes need to use). But in the Update tab of Creative Cloud Desktop I can't always tell which version is receiving the update if only one of them is listed (If both are listed I can see which version # is larger obviously) but if it is only one listed I have to look up if Illustrator which version number corresponds to the 2025 or 2023 release.  Additionally there is a quick summary and a "View More" popup, but it would be really nice to have a link straight to the change log so I can see bug fixes, etc for the smaller updates.  Thirdly, the whole apps/updates tabs/windows are cluttered and redundant. All we need is ONE list with for each app and nice columns for the little bits of info - instead all the info is in dumb boxes that are hard to parse and spread across 3 screens.

I would like to deactivate my Premium Production suite CS 6 on my old computer so that I don't have any problems when I reinstall it on a new computer.For example, when I go to “Help” in After Effects and click on “Deactivate”, I always get the message that no connection to the server is possible. However, the computer has access to the Internet.What can I do to deactivate this old license?

My previous laptop died and when I restored from backup, photoshop 6.2 runs but won't let me register the license number.  The license number still shows as valid on Adobe Account.  When I start Photoshop, it says I'm in demo mode and only have 18 days left.  It did let me previously enter the license number but if I try to complete my profile, I get caught in a login loop.  It shows a QR code, I use my mobile device to successfully login (for example I can see my license in Adobe Account page), but back in photoshop it's asking me to login again.

You know, I miss when Adobe did the permanent licensing for their products, especially for the Creative Suite Master Collection, I think  it was about 1300$ USD, but was a one-time price. I honestly don't really fancy the whole cloud saving that Creative Cloud provides. I would be perfectly fine with having a version of Creative Cloud that was local save only, but still had all the software that Creative Cloud provided. Granted, it would be nice if there were more package options for like for instance, an "Artists, Animator, and Video Production" option (that only came with Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Animate). But the all or one approach is okay as long as when installing, one is allowed to install only the software they need, not the full package, like what CS6 Master Collection did. I honestly really don't mind paying the bigger price tag providing it's a one-time price, not a subscription. I personally just don't see the use for paying a subsc

I'm going to be traveling in a month or so, and I had to buy a new desktop computer that was more portable than my iMac 27". I would like to test out the various CC apps I use on the new machine before I leave the country—but I still need to use my old iMac until I leave (I need the extra monitor area). I'm super-wary about anything that would make it impossible for me to work on my current setup until then. So I just want to double-check, is it possible to: - Deactivate the CC apps on my old iMac- Activate them on the new machine and test them out- Deactivate them on the new machine- Reactivate them on my old iMac and get back to work Just want to make sure Adobe is going to be cool with me flip-flopping back and forth between these two devices. (And yes, I know we get 2 devices already, but I have some of the apps installed on my laptop as well, so that 2nd device is already taken.)  

When I start the program first there is a window where I shall login, than there is a second window overlaying it"There is an update" with a button "Install now". I am not able to click the button and I have to kill the program. I neither can update the program nor start it.

Hello. I am hoping to get help simply installing Photoshop. I have a Dell Latitude 5591 PC. Granted, it is an older laptop, but I did have Photoshop installed on it three years ago. I use Photoshop mostly for small edits: resizing, adjusting levels, cropping, etc. I have tried to install Photoshop recently, but get a message saying my PC doesn't meet the system requirements. Here's what I have: OS: Windows 11 Pro; Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz; 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable); Over 600 GB of storage available on hard drive. Any Advice? Thanks!

I have adobe elements 10. My computer crashed and I can't start it. I can't deactivate elements 10 from that computer to install on new computer. Help, please.

Hi, Each time CC Desktop is updated on my main system, the following occurs : - The package is downloaded and the instalation starts.- I get a message saying the the program will restart after installation.- The installer terminates, its window closes and nothing more ever happens. No restart. No error message.- When I look at the Program Files\Adobe folder, I can see that a new folder has ben created, containing the new version. It is named Adobe Creative Cloud + version number. - The folder of the previous version (Program Files\Adobe Creative Cloud) still exists. It is never deletd and the folder for the new version is never renamed. End of game.  I have to delete the old folder myself (after terminating all Adobe processes) and rename the new folder correctly. No such problem on my laptop. CC Desktop restarts as expecetd after the installation and the old folder is automatically deleted. This laptop is connected to the same network and runs Adobe

Lets say one person puts out a tampered version of after effects in which thousands of people use, some being unaware/young at the time. If reported, does the original person who tampered get in trouble (fine) or does everyone?I always thought about it since everything gets messed with now a days and was just curious. Ich habe heute meinen neuen iMac eingerichtet. Leider verlangt Acrobat 2020 bei jedem Öffnen von mir, eine Acrobat Licensing Application. Durch Beiträge hier im Forum, konnte ich das Problem des leeren Dokument mit dem "Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool" beseitigen. Leider wenn ich mich anmelde, bringt das nichts. Unter meiner einzigen Adobe-Emailadresse, ist mein Produkt, gekauft in 2022 nicht registriert. Will ich es registrieren sagt es mir, dass es schon registriert ist. Was kann ich tun? Das Acrobat Licensing Application akzeptiert meine Emailadresse, doch unter ihr ist das Produkt nicht registriert.  Bis vorgestern habe ich es noch auf meinem alten iMac benutzt und dort alle Daten gelöscht. Schließlich ließ sich die Software ja nach Eingabe meines Produktschlüssels installieren, doch nachdem ich meine Emailadresse und Passwoert eingebe, passiert nichts mit Acrobat auf meinem neuen iMac.

I'm totally confused and frustrated.I've been using Acrobat Pro 2020 for a number of years.However with my new travel Mac, Adobe said I couldn't use that application.So I just purchased the version Adobe recommended for $19.99 per month.But now when I go on my main Mac where I've been using Acrobat Pro 2020, I do not see any new application. So don't understand.I'll try to attach a screenshot of what is now in my Applications folder in terms of Adobe. The Acrobat ones there remain unchanged since before I purchased.Any experts with this, I could use your help. Thanks.

Hi, I just stumbled upon files on Archive.org where you can download CS6 and CS5.5 for free. I'm very suspicious, because if something is too good to be true, it usually is. Are these legit files provided by Adobe, or are these pirated and they could have viruses and such?   [suspicious link removed by moderator] [suspicious link removed by moderator]   The comments on the CS5.5 collection had some serial numbers for activation, and I was also able to find some CS6 serial numbers online (attached in a .txt file).   This all seems way too easy, and I don't want to get into anything weird or illegal. Is this actually being provided by Adobe? Is it safe for my computer? Will it even work?   Thanks!  

I have reached the maximum amount of uses on a serial key and need to deactivate it. I do not know where this key was used, and I am hoping Adobe can assist.

so basically years ago, I uninstalled adobe, but I did it the wrong way and I get this when I try to get rid of it... any way on saving this? is there a tool I can use?

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is well. I am Semih. Acrobat Professional 12.0 Licence holder I installed my licence on a new computer. I get a licence verification error. The reason: because I did not remove my licence from my old computer, but my computer was destroyed. The other computers are broken and destroyed, so the licences remain installed. Now when I want to install it on the new computer it says to remove the other licences first, but that's the biggest problem: there are no other computers!!!Adobe can't help me with this because the support for this licence has expired and they referred me to this community. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you, everyone.
