Download & Install

How do I contact support? My creative cloud is saying I cant download Lightroom because it is not compatible. The requirements it says I need to have - I have. I have verified this and yet it won't let me download it. I am paying for the software and would like to use it.

Just check My credit card balance and I have been paying for creative cloud for two months, which I have no idea how it happend, I go into my account and it tells me that I have the free membership so I can't find the payment to cancel my subscription. I really can't find a way to cancel this service that I don't even have. How do I solve this!!!??

I need Adobe Creative Cloud off of my computer!  I had bought Adobe Illustrator CS6 and it was working fine.  I like, was on the creative cloud checking it out and, I guess, connected Illustrator with the creative cloud.  And now it won't even run, work or nothing.  I want to take Creative Cloud off my computer.  Maybe I'll be able to get my Illustrator back so I can use it.  Can anyone help?[Moved out of the Forum comments forum (which is for issues with these forums themselves) and into a product support forum - moderator]

I have canceled this membership 3 months in a row and it still takes the money.. .and now that the money isn't there to take theres no cancel button available for me to cancel it a 4th time ...there is no live support anywhere ...Can someone please help me !!!.

For some reason Adobe decided to charge double the price wich was in our original agreement for 1-year subscription with monthly payment of Adobe Creative cloud. Current subscription will expire next month, on october 21. I have been trying to reach customer service for a few days and it appears there are some webpages with instructions and nothing else, no real human being is there to help. Since it's near impossible to reach Afobe customer support would you get a lawyer and report such case? 

I try to install the adobe creative cloud desktop software and photoshop and all simialar software and it says I am missing the CRClient.dll file and I have no idea what the even is or how to fix it

I have an issue where my laptop can't download the current version of my adobe creative cloud apps. I tried downloading the 2018 version of them but it's saying I don't have them purchased even though it is. Is it saying that because I don't have the 2018 versions purchased? 

I found this[link removed]is this a legal alternative (OEM?) or should adobe come down on these people like a ton of bricks?

In this exampel my colleage has version 28.9.12 and I cannot cooperate anymore because I'm working with 28.7.12.4. I have this lot's of times and sometimes I have to delete XD and install it again for 3 times before it updates. I thought I was the only one, but now my students have the same problem. Deleting and reinstalling, -> still not the latest version.It is really frustrating when you are trying to get your student's inspered/motivated into UI/UX Design..

J'ai payé un abonnement étudiant le 20/09, j'ai installé, ouvert et utilisé indesign, et tout aller bien.Mais le lendemain soir cela me met "démarrer l'évaluation" au lieu de "ouvrir", je clique et je vois "7 jours restant" (aujourd'hui 6). Cela semble être comme si j'avais la version d'essai de 7 jours alors que j'ai payer un abonnement (j'ai d'ailleurs bien les sous en moins sur mon compte). J'ai bien vérifier, mon adresse mail (ID) est le même avec lequel j'ai payer l'abonnement et lequel je me sers donc je ne comprend pas pourquoi j'ai une version d'essai tout a coup alors que le matin même tout fonctionner. Est-ce à cause du faite qu'avant mon compte était payer par mon lycée et que maintenant la session à expirer ? C'est la seule chose que je vois sur mon compte qui est étrange, mais même si cela à expirer j'ai acheté un abonnement donc je ne comprends pas le problème.

I downloaded Adobe cc and a few other apps the other week onto my computer and had accidentally used an account with an old email address that I can no longer access or get into. I created a new account with my current email address and went to download Acrobat DC. EVERY time I go to try and access any of the installed apps or download new ones to the computer, the CC pops up and says that the email address for the old account has to be verified. There is no option to logout of that one and login to a new one, and I can not delete/uninstall the program because it's logged in and I can't give the permission through the account that I am locked out of to delete it. I NEED to access the apps I already paid for and get some work done and I have no way to do so, any ideas or suggestions on fixing this?? If Adobe has wanted to build and retain a solid customer base for their new software developments, it has done everything wrong. Exorbitant prices, incessant pressure to use subscription-based software. And now, I find that Adobe has failed to provide a functional way for users of older versions of, say, Photoshop (CS2, CS3 era) to activate their legitimate, bought-and-paid-for software. Adobe has repeatedly thumbed its corporate nose at millions of once-loyal Adobe fans.   I just purchased a legitimate copy of Photoshop CS3, which turned out to be an upgrade version. So I purchased a full version of Adobe Creative Suite 2 to provide the necessary serial number. After trying to activate this version, I learn that Adobe has decommissioned their "aging activation servers" for CS2 and CS3. Hey Adobe, that's terrible loyalty to your customer base! I am having trouble understanding how I paid for the student plan and I am not getting all the programs I thought I paid for. I bought this plan twice and it's saying I don't have illustrator, photoshop, inshoot, etc. If anyone could help me figure out what I should do please let me know!
