Download & Install

Hi all, I have have 2 PC`s with one for general use and the other for just photo work and I have just upsized my operating hard drive and got all the contents swapped to the larger drive in my photo PC, then I confirmed everything worked and then uninstalled photoshop on the old hard drive as you can only run 2 photoshops, my issue is that photoshop on the new drive keeps saying i am over my subscription limit even though I only have the two installed. Any sugestions on how to resolve this issue please. I run winows 10.

I have Windows 10 and I'm trying to update to the newest version of photoshop. Everytime I try to update it it says update failure, but without an error code. I'll hit retry or restart my computer and nothing fixes it. I've never had an issue with my past updates. Also all of my other apps in my Adobe Suite let me update recently. Someone please help.

My computer recently had a hard-drive failure, requiring me to re-install Adobe Lightroom 6 after replacing the hard drive.  After I launch the software, it says that I have reached the maximum activation count for my serial number and to deactivate the software on the other device first.  This is not possible, since the old computer no longer exists due to the hard drive failure.  In my Adobe account, it does not show any activated devices, so I don't see any way to resolve the issue.  I cannot find a way to contact Adobe support to get someone to help me fix the issue.

J'ai voulu télécharger les logiciels (lightroom et photoshop), or mon mac est bien trop vieux, et ne peut installer les dernières mises à jour nécessaires pour supporter ces logiciels. Je souhaite donc résilier mon abonnement. Malheureusement, il est indiqué sur mon compte "vous pourrez bientôt gérer votre formule". Autrement dit, pour l'instant tu ne peux rien faire.Je n'ai pas envie de devoir attendre la fin de la période d'essai gratuite, puis d'être débité pour des logiciels dont je n'ai même pas pu me servir...Pourriez-vous m'aider ?Merci.Charlotte.

Bonjour,J'ai cherché à résilier mon abonnement (formule Creative Cloud abonnement mono-applicatif pour Adobe Audition mensuel) plusieurs fois, en suivant les instructions forunies, mais sans succès.Sur mon compte, il n'y a pas de lien permettant d'annuler la formule. J'ai essayé de nombreuses fois, depuis plusieurs navigateurs, et jamais l'option n'est proposée. Il est également impossible de contacter le service technique ou le service clients par un formulaire e-mail depuis le site ; ni par téléphone ; et le chat n'est ouvert que lorsque je travaille...Merci donc de résilier ma formule au plus vite, et de ne pas me facturer de frais de résiliation : vous ne respectez pas votre part du contrat, qui indique que l'on peut arrêter son abonnement depuis son compte ou vous contacter.

I have a perpetual licence version of Photoshop. All has been fine on my current PC for the last 5 years - no issues at all. Yesterday I completed the update from Windows 10 to 11. Everything (all other software, apps etc) on my PC works as before - except Photoshop. It now says I have exceeded my licence limit, and to continue I need to deactivate on another computer. I only have it on one other computer - so obviously still within the 2 allowed usage. I spoke with Adobe support who told me to deactivate it on the other (still working fine) computer....and then try my now Windows 11 PC. Still no good, and now it will not reactivate on other computer either. So I have gone from 2 working versions to none. Support told me they had to 'go away and consult on this'. They emailed me back several hours later and aksed me to call them. Long story short, they now say it's not their problem and all support for my licence was ended a couple of years ago. I don't know whether it was a windows 11 update or last adobe update but both my photoshop and lightroom no longer open, Error 101 mostly or Could not complete your request because file is locked. Clicking on Lightroom does nothing, Photoshop gets stuck initializing. Have tried deleting all Adobe, using Creative Cloud uninstaller, Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and cleaning out registry. Then re-installing Creative cloud and then the apps ad-infinitum but still a no go trying to get them to open. Have tried "every" solution on the internet, multiple times. After 10 hours I gave up. I have a 64GB workstation with all SSD's. Never had an issue before.

I bought a new laptop and updated the activated devices in my Adobe account to facilitate installing Photoshop on my new computer. Photoshop installation was successful.   The problem I encountered is installing Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 on the new laptop.  I get the message that my seral number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers.   Apparently, the updated activated devices in my account is not seen by Acrobat Pro 2015.  Could my old laptop still be referenced in error?     I deactivated my new laptop, then tried to install Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 to the same, but to no avail, same error message. I have problem to open Photoshop today. It says Photoshop is locked in Windows. But there is no such thing. I uninstalled Photoshop, but can not install again. I have issues with Adobe InDesign all the time, but this is new to me. Adobe is going fast bye-bye! It is getting useless, it is buggy and not reliable at all.

Hello I have a problem with a serial number product. I activated it on a computer I don´t have access to at this moment and I need to cancel it on that computer. So I can install it and use it on a different computer.

Failing to install Phiotoshop Elements(After downloading MSVCP120.dll and MSVCR120.dll to c:Windows/System32 and C:Windows/SystemWOW64))I get this in the logWARN: Program "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2022 Organizer\CustomHook\CustomHook_HD_EO.exe" failed with exit code: -1073741701

This is the one of the worst apps ever. It won't recognize or restore my subscription and won't let me share or save a video. Total waste of time. 

I realize this has been discussed ad infinitum, but I'm trying to get a clear picture of what I'm going to need to do.I have a Win7 desktop that I've never upgraded due to the myriad warnings about Audition CS6's alleged incompatability with Win10 and Win11 - but with support for more and more software being discontinued, I am finding myself in a jam without being able to upgrade my virus protection, browser, and other key programs. So my question is, if I install Win 11, will Audition CS6 work (I purchased in 2012 outright and do not pay a subscription)? And if it doesn't work, does that mean I'm relegated to subscribing for brand-new software in which I need to create all-new presets?

I bought an InDesign subscription yesterday, but I'm unable to use it. The Creative Cloud Desktop shows InDesign as not owned, but when I click buy, I get an error message telling me that I already own InDesign. The plan shows up in my account (account.adobe.com), but not in Creative Cloud.   

My computer crashed and hard drive is shot. I need to download my old Acrobat Pro, but I'm uncertain about the version. I found the 2017 download and it's not that one, but cannot find a link for the 2015 or 2012 versions (suspecting it is one of these). Where can I find links to these? THANKS

Each time I try to install from Creative Cloud it gets to the 88% downloaded point, hangs, and then returns "Installation failed". Internet connection is normal. Also repeated tries always fail at the exact same percentage/Apple M1 MaxSequoia 15.5   [Topic edited by moderator for clarity.]

I subscribed for the monthly plan but it still pops up the "plan & pricing window" whenever i try to open up after effects and when i close down the pop up the app shuts downI reallyyy need to get access ASAP

I have purchased the free trial multiple times but can still not use after effects choose that one specifically why is that? It just tells me to purchase it again and dosent work after that this app is alredy getting on my nerves pls help a girl out i only have 6 days left to try it before paying for it 😞

Bom, comprei o pacote adobe para estudantes. Fiz 2 tentativas de compra e as duas deram errado. Porém quando olhei no extrato do banco as duas foram debitadas, fui verificar o emal educacional que usei e não recebi nada referente a compra, ou seja, paguei duas assinaturas e nçao estou usando.

Creative Cloud has gotten the idea that I am logged into too many devices, and it only ever shows me the two devices I am logged into (my MacBook Pro and my iMac even when I'm not using my Macbook, sometimes evne when it is just down entirely). This has gotten to the point where I have to reset my password every couple of months because CC is insisting my account is being shared and this is very annoying to have to go through when I have deadlines.
