Download & Install

Hi - I use a properly registered version of Lightroom 6.14 on my desktop Mac, running Mojave. I am about to buy a Mac laptop and wonder whether it is still possible to download a second copy of Lightroom 6 under my original licence from Adobe to use on the laptop (which likewise would be running Mojave). Thanks,Alex

Is there possibly ANY way I can install Illustrator on my Galaxy Book S which runs on an ARM based processor? I know I should have checked system requirements, compatibility, etc but I didn't know I'd end up returning to uni to study design and this laptop is more than a year old so there is no way I can return it.. any help is much appreciated!! I know Adobe has already made Photoshop and Lightroom compatible with ARM processors, please make Illustrator next, please please!!!!!! Thankyou 🙂

Hello, in Dec 21 I stupidly upgraded to Win 11 and now I was finally able to downgrade back to Win 10 but stupidly as well, I forgot to de-activate CS4 before switching back to Win 10. Also (stupidly) I didn't register it on adobe.com. I have the serial number but of course it won't accept it. Is there any way in the world that I can get this serial number re-activated and re-install CS4?Thanks, Mike

So, I only needed Creative Cloud for one semester. My professor said it would be very affordable, but it's really not. I don't need Adobe anymore for school, so I tried to cancel it. Why are they making me pay $75 to cancel my monthly subscription? And why doesn't Adobe provide more informations and updates about their contracts? I feel like Adobe is taking advantage of students who need the software. Can someone please explain why this is okay?

I get Code 205 on premiere latest version on windows 10,Yesterday it was still working perfect.My laptop doesn't have this problem.How to solve this problem. 

First, yes, I've already read every single topic in these forums about the U43M1D207 error code, and trying to update the CS6 apps in general. So there's no point supplying links to them. And this is going to be a bit long so folks don't suggest other things I've already tried. I do have the CS6 apps all installed and updated (mostly) on a Mojave partition for my 2018 Mac mini, and it works fine. So what's the complaint? Except for Photoshop CC, which I continue use under the $10 per month Photography plan, I wanted to eliminate all other subscription apps as we approach retirement. The other reason is I wanted access to Illustrator CS6 without having to boot back and forth between Mojave and Monterey. So I installed High Sierra in VMware and CS6 within that from my Master Collection .dmg image. I only use InDesign and Illustrator very occasionally. Like, two or three times a year, tops. The monthly cost for the full CC suite just isn't worth the money to use practically

After updating Creative Cloud on Windows 11, launching any app gives error 205 and app has to close. 

Hi,i have Lightroom 4 and want to use it on my Mac.When i install Lightroom, i don't have the actual version on my Mac, so Lightroom tells me, that i should download the current version, which would be 4.4Problem with the version is, that sometimes Lightroom crashes and so i want to fix this...So I asked Lightroom to search for updates and the result is: there is a newer version, which is 4.4When i clicked it, i got on the adobe homepage. There should be the option, to download the install (i m not sure if you should be abled to download the update or the install for the current version).Now there is the real problem.For Lightroom 4  is a download for windows possible, but under the option Mac OS X, is just the possibility "contact support", and while follow all the instructions i landed here.So I ask here kindly for help, where i could get those file or if there is another option to solve the problem.Thank you!

When I am trying to login to adobe acrobat, the below error occurs:   Error There was an error with this action. Try again later. 5e1a8f92-2fc6-4307-894d-7dd95cc983ec   And also when I sign in to adobe creative, its said "We did not maange to sign you in"

PLEASE!!!I have a receipt along with a registration number for the LR6 upvgrade. It cost me $85.00 and, when I go to my product page on account.adobe.com/products I see it. The problem is that there is no download facility available.Did I really pay $85.00 and now no longer have access to the product? 

Hola. Mi computadora tiene sistema High Sierra y ya no puedo actualizarlo más. Creative Cloud me dice que las versiones de los programas que quiero instalar son incompatibles, ¿cómo hago para disponer de versiones anteriores que si sean compatibles?

Hallo. Versuche das Adobe Design CS6 auf meinem macbook zu aktivieren. Installation erfolgreich, doch die aktivierung über internet geht nicht, da das programm keine verbindung zum internet, bzw. zur nötigen seite aufbauen kann. Internetverbindung ist jedoch da.Ich habe schon alle alternativen tipps von adobe mitarbeiter durch. Kein erfolg. Eine deaktivierung vom alten rechner erzeugt die selbe fehlermeldung. Gibt es eine lösung?  Grüße K. 

How can I download InDesign 2019? In Creative Cloud only 2021 version is availabe.

When I try accessing Creative Cloud just get the spinning circle and eventually slow to load restart computer/relaunch app and after that goes to check internet and firewall status.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud and all the Photography plan apps and still have same problem - can access account from a windows laptop. All of the apps now try to connect to the internet on loading and none seem to be able to connect so the whole suit is unusable at present. Spent a total of 3 hours on phone to adobe support - problem not fixed they suggest upgrade MAC OS from Catalina 10.15.7 to new OS which is not an option. Can anybody offer any suggestions/fixes

I'm unable to reinstall my Photoshop Elements 13, I get a message saying that the installer failed.  So I tried to download the Photoshop Elements 15 trial and the same things happened.  Any help please?  I tried contacting Adobe, but that's no good.

Hello, I had a crash and reinstalled my CS6. All the software works, but After Effects won’t launch and the update system doesn’t work anymore. I need the AE 11.0.4 update which, up until last year, was still available on my account.I have had exchanges with your support staff for over 1 month, where they pass the case to the next tech., asking the exact same questions and running around in circles.The links your last support tech. sent me are all dead. Bonjour, mon ordinateur a été installé en anglais , J'ai voulu installer la version d'essai d'une semaine d'illustrator (j'ai un abonnement photoshop annuel) , j'ai fait l'erreur de refuser l'acces à mes documents lors de l'installation , un message d'erreur est apparu : localised resources files could note be loaded please reinstall this application to solve the problemlorsque je clique sur "ok" tout se fige.J'ai désintallé puis réinstallé l'application plusieur fois mais le problème persiste ... y a t il une autre manip à faire? I bought photoshop. Multiple times. I did not register it when I bought. I do not have serial keys still. I do not have order numbers still. It was a long time ago that I made my purchases. I regularly used photoshop cs5. My product worked fine until adobe creative cloud broke my product. Now I'm being forced to buy a new product if I want something that will still do what I was using photoshop for. After speaking to several people and MANY hours on call, I was hung up on, after even having apologized to the operator I spoke with for if I had seemed upset. Something I bought, from them, has been broken, and I'm expected to buy another? I would like reimbursement for what I had that was broken, or just a new copy of photoshop. That's all.
