Download & Install

I am using Windows 10 21H2. I run Set-up.exe to reinstall Adobe Premiere Elements (APE) 2020. I get this message (no quotation feature available in this posting window):Update requiredYour browser or operating system is no longer supported. I recived an email saying that my plan was changing to Creative Cloud Express. I use Photoshop a lot as I work with a lot of layering and many of the tools in Photoshop CC 2022. It says my plan is moving to Creative Cloud Express. What is that? And can I still create with various layers, masking, and other tools? 

I purchased adobe acrobat but every time I try to open it I get a message saying trial has expired.Acrobate downloaded successfully.  no problem there.  but it won't open.  only gives me the error message that trial has expired and do I want to buy it.  i already bought it so...  i'm stuck.  I have tried shutting everything down and starting again (twice) still the same error.  tried re-downloading. no help.  any ideas?

CC Update App,lists both the old CC and new (2017) versions for many of the apps.  This is annoying because I keep getting notified of updates (to the old apps) that I do not need.  Running the latest version of Windows 10 Creator.  As an example, Photoshop CC and Photoshop CC (2017) are both showing but I only have 2017 installed.

I had a free Creative Cloud from my university and now that I graduated I bought my own access. But now unfortunately i can neither log in nor log out of my cloud to be able to use my InDesign, Photoshop etc. again even though the payment was accepted! When I open my Creative Cloud om my Mac it tells me that I'm not logged in anymore but there is no button or way to put in my password or login feature. Do I have to delete all of my installations and start downloading everything again?Thank you for the help! 

Hello community! I uninstalled my photoshop to clean my mac and now when I try to reinstall it, it shows that the installation failed. What is the solution to the problem?

Saw another post saying they have never been more frustrated as an Adobe customer as they are now.  Same feeling here.Even when I am not actively using an Adobe product, out of the blue I get the Creative Cloud message of death .. ie computer shuts down and all active files (ie excel, word ...) are lost. Finally uninstalled Creative Cloud.  Hope this does the trick as I cannot afford to keep loosing valuable worktime for a product that is not even in use. Come on Adobe.  Be better.

I recently bought a new computer (dell Vostro 7510)   I  installed an old cd version of adobe suite (cs3) with external cd/dvd hardware. the photoshop and other adobe icons show up in my start menu.  When i click on the photoshop icon, the loading window for photoshop cs3 opens up, but photoshop never actually loads.  The loading circle pops up, but the computer doesnt load up the program.  Can anyone help?   thanks

Downloaded the Premier program.I downloaded it in Korean.But... I wanted to download it in English.So I deleted it.The application...By mistake...Help me.   

i redownloaded my cs6 series design and web premium products but cant seem to register it now that my verion has no support is there a way for me to validate my product cause i dont want to pay for the monthly subscriptions for ccs. please i dont want the product i have bought to be useless all because they took away our support. plus my computer is always on wifi and i keep getting and error massage saying im not connected to the internet

The creative Cloud app on my PC tried to do an automatic update and it failed, crashing my computer.  Restarted, and it happened again.  Today I went to open LR Classic CC and it told me that Crative CLoud wasn't installed.  I downloaded a new creative cloud installer and it got stuck at 5%.  After waiting 10 minutes I force quit, used the creative cloud *uninstaller* then tried using the creative cloud installer again.  Same thing.  Sitting at 5%. Any Ideas what to do to get the cloud app reinstalled?TIA

I have Adobe CS 6 on my older Mac. The suite applications are 32-bit with the exception of Photoshop being 64-bit. When I tried to open Photoshop on my 64-bit Mac, I can't because Adobe's Application Manager is 32-bit. In other words Photoshop would work if I could open it but I need to open the 32-bit applications manager first, and that no longer works on my Mac. Is there a work around? Adobe told me no, but I have seen posts about a 64-bit applications manager for download and I haven't been able to find it. I don't use Creative Cloud. I only use the perpetual license version of Adobe software.

I own PS Cs5. I had it on my MacBook Pro and rendered it useless when I updated the OS!! I have an older iMac I would like to install it on so I can use it but can't find a link to download and install it!! I don't want to subscribe to the creative cloud since I am not a big user of the program. Help!

Any chance we can have the option to be in a "slow ring" for Adobe updates? I really don't need to have my applications updated daily - during which time 100% of the network connectivity is hogged by Adobe updater. Once a month would be fine thanks. There hasn't really been an update since CS3 that I really care about anyway - how many ways do you need to make a poor automatic selection? Either that, or make it so that the updater doesn't grind everything else to a stop when it decides it is the single most important thing running. Then I could turn on automatic updates and ignore it altogether.

I recently upgraded my Adobe Account from just having paid for Premire Pro to now paying for all the Creative Cloud-apps. But when I click the "Access your apps and services", it won't let me enter; the same if I go directly to the page for the various programs I want to download; for instance Photoshop it just sends me to a page that won't load. What to do? It's quite frustrating.

My iPad Pro keeps popping up "device has no storage" when I'm trying to use brushes and things like that. I have 100 GB and I have only used 3 GB. I do not understand what is going on. It's fustrating because I'm trying to get designs done for my shirt business but its just refusing to do anything. I can upload a picture to it but that's about it. I even got a flash drive and moved all my current work to it and cleared it all out. So I'm not sure what is going on or how to fix it.

Somewhere on here there was a post about moving the software to an external drive and running it from there to solve the problem but I cannot find it now! I cannot afford a new computer so this was the only other option. The software runs painfully slow, almost unusable, and I have work to get done. Please advise!
