Hi all,The other day I tried to open one of my Photoshop files and it popped up with this:I opened the link and followed the steps to resolve the possible issues. As far as I can tell, both my Windows system and my Internet Explorer (the default browser for Windows) are completely up to date (Windows 10 & Internet Explorer 11, respectively).Bear in mind that:(a) I am a student on a school laptop, and as such, do not have administrative privileges which in turn means that(b) I can't see what version of Internet Explorer I have, only that I have Windows 10.Google informs me that having Windows 10 automatically means I have Internet Explorer 11 so that's what I went with. I have no idea how to fix this problem and I'd really love to have Photoshop up and running sometime soon (my assignments are counting on it!) Thanks 😄-Hannah

Hi, my computer was recently upgraded to Windows 11. The Lightroom 6 that previsouly installed on this computer requires me to activate it, but when I input the same series number, it says it cannot be activated because I have used it on more than two computers. It requires me to deactivate the other device(s) in order to activate in this computer. However, I could not find any way to deactivate the old device (the same computer that was previously running Windows 10 before the upgrade to Windows 11). Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I have both CS 5.5 and CS 6 installed on a new Windows 10 20H2. CS 5.5 was installed first followed by CS6. Version CS6 opens by default I have several CS5.5 files, both InDesign and Illustrator that I like to edit and save as v5.5 since the mac the files are sometimes shared with has only v5.5. The problem is the when you right click and 'Open with' and choose more apps, find CS5.5 and select that, it still opens CS6. When I was on my Windows 7 PC, I had to set this in the registry but when I double clicked, CS5.5 opened and I could also right click and chose 'open with' both CS5.5 and CS6 would be listed and I could open in CS6 when needed. This does not work in Windows 10. Changing the registry key from HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InDesign.Document\Shell\Open\Command\"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS6\InDesign.exe" "%1" toHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InDesign.Document\Shell\Open\Command\"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS5.5\InDesign.exe" "%1" opens CS5.5 now but right clicking

Having trouble installing Elemente 15 on my Mac.  I have the latest operating system. I was given the link from Adobe Chat Support.  I downloaded if to my Mac.  I click on the DMG file and I get the following.  Note that the Install icon has a circle with a line through it.  

I have to repair Creative Cloud daily (well, it works on the days when I don't have a project due or a serious need for any of its programs). Sometimes it appears completely blank (as in the attachment); sometimes the notice about needing repair appears. Sometimes it takes as many as twenty tries to get Indesign to load (Photoshop is slightly better). I have deleted the preferences, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the program. As with all of Creative Cloud, it seems to "know" when I don't have serious need for it and then will start up beautifully. But if there's a deadline, forget it. I repair Creative Cloud when Indesign isn't starting, but that doesn't always help either.  I am now using a MAC with the Monterey system, but this problem has been occurring since I installed Creative Cloud some time ago. I don't know what "improvements" to the program have caused these repeating and maddening problems.

I have product key for CS 5.5 but it was bought for polish version. Downloads available from Adobe pages does not contain polish language pack and with any other version I see invalid serial key error message.Please help!Hanna

HI! I'm unable to upgrade to the newest versions of lightroom classic. I'm stuck with the 8.4. Is my mac too old? Mac oS Big Sur 11.6.2MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)2.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i716 GB 1600 MHz DDR3Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB I was able to ugrade Photoshop, Premiere pro and media encode easily... Thanks in advance!

creative cloud will not load, support has tried six times to fix it and failed six times. they have ignored me twice. now i want to complain but i cannot find anyway to do this and support will not help. so how can i make a complaint to adobe bypassing support. this has been ongoing since november.

I get this error  when trying to install. It's not on the error code list. Please help. I need these programs working today.

Please refer to the screenshot below.I have CS6 Mastercollection. When I open Photoshop or illustrator (I didn't try other applications but probably will also result the same) it gives me pop up menu that I have to deactivate previous devices because I reached my limit.The problem is I can't deactivate my previous devices because adobe website doesn't list any.I can't access the "previous devices" because it's the same computer just did clean install.

Hello, I try o update XD (45.1.62), it requires Windows 10, 1903 or higher editions. I have Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC edition which is higher than 1903 but I still can not update.  Can anyone tell me what the problem is? 

I purchased Elements 2022  in November just passed for our new iMac M1 running Monterey. It is to replace my Elements 18. My Monterey was running the 12.0.1 version of Monterey and I had a problem with one of the apps that I had migrated across to my new iMac from an old model I have and was was convinced that one of the apps was causing a problem, so I did a clean install from the Monterey 12.0.1 to Momterey 12.1 and now an trying to reinstall the Elements 2022. I can't find out how to do it and it took me an age to find what I believe is the redeem code for it. When I try to go through the 'Redeem your purchase' proceedure it tells me "The code you entered is invalid. Please try again."    I then found another screen that asked for the serial number' and when I tried to enter what was called the serial number on this screen and was told that that serial number is already in use. Not the OP, and this is an old post but here goes:I for one own early versions of CS, which still work on modern computers. To remove the ability to use said programs because adobe cannot manage to keep a registration/activation server active is ludicrous. I paid for perpetual programs, and can no longer use them on my computer of choice because of this. That on top of Acrobat DS literally force deleting full versions of Acrobat Pro that were bought and paid for.If a person owns a copy of CS4, Adobe should not be cutting off the use of those programs. Full Stop.

I reset my computer and my Adobe products have disappeared. I have had this computer and CS4 intalled on it since 2017. I still have the original disks with the activation key. I have read that Adobe no longer wishes to support this program and have retired the servers. Does this mean that I won't be able to get the programs up and running again? I am currently getting an error message that setup can't complete but I think this is because I downloaded the creative cloud app and the free adobe bridge. Is it worthwhile trying to reinstall these disks - a very time consuming process. If not, what are my options? I only use Photoshop.   Sheriden

Hello, I have a problem with Adobe creative cloud which suddenly loads without stopping at startup. It was still working very well yesterday and since today it does not start anymore because it gets stuck when loading. At some point, it tells me that I am not connected to another one that is clean for me to connect but remains stuck in loading.I've tried every possible solution all day but nothing makes it work.Can you help me please, I have a huge project going on after effect and I can't continue it because of this 😞thanks in advance

Hi,after fresh installation of Lightroom 6, I get the message that the my serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. The computers where the application was installed before are not available any more.There are no activated devices in the account management in my account settings on adobe.com.How can I deactivate the old devices?Thanks for your help!

Hi there,  I have a disc combo version of Photoshop and Premiere Elements 12 which I have been attempting to install on a new computer (Dell inspiron 16+ 7610 running Windows 11). While photoshop appears to be functioning correctly on a quick assessment, Premiere will not load up the editor despite claiming a successful install. I did notice that it has decided to install as 32 bit for some reason despite the software claiming it is native 64 bit on Windows 7 and newer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,Joe

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, have managed to install a few of the apps like Ps, Ai, Dw, Id - but have not found access to the slightly older CC versions of apps such as Pr, Dn, Ae ect that are compatible. Where are these links? (And yes I know Win7 is old/outdated/MS non-supported - but I'm not in a position to upgrade hardware along with OS.)
