Download & Install

My Creative Cloud app says that Illustrator is not available for my device. When I go through the website download link, it redirects to the Creative Cloud app. I have successfully downloaded Photoshop, Premiere, and After Affects without a problem, so there is no reason I shouldn't be able to access it. I received a device activation limit warming but I only have 2 devices active. For some reason it shows the same device as 9 separate devices. Has anybody experienced this? Whats is the solution? 

Ich habe LightroomClassic gerade deinstalliert und die neueste Version installiert, weil mit beim Update über das Hilfemenü immer der folgende Fehler gemeldet wurde: Updates wurden für diesen Computer deaktiviert. Wenden Sie sich an den Administrator. Aber auch mit der neu installierten LightroomClassic Version und dem aktuellem CreativeCloud gekomme ich auf meinem Mac mit OS 15.5 (24F74) immer noch die gleiche Fehlermeldung. Wie kann ich das beheben? Hat jemand bitte eine Lösung?

I'm trying to uninstall Acrobat from a new Mac Mini M4 so I can install the updated version, and I'm having no success:All files, including Creative Cloud, were uploaded from a Time Machine backup when I first opened this new Mac.The app Acrobat Unistaller failed, giving me a message "user cancelled authorization dialog."Unistallation failed when tryin it through the Creative Cloud app after just 1% was done.AcroCleaner took a half-hour, during which Activity Monitor said the app was not responding; finally, with a message of Done! in the main window, a pop-up says "An error occured in the uninstall process." (I've attached a screenshot of the full log for reference.) I restarted my Mac and tried to unistall again through Creative Cloud with the same results as above. I still can't uninstall it. BTW when I try to open the older Acrobat on this Mac, the message reads "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application," which I can't do. So how

Recently, any updates to applications in Creative Cloud run very slowly. They rapidly advance to 45% and then take days at best to complete. I have tried reinstalling creative cloud and the problem persists. It isn't clear if this is a CC or Macos problem but no other application have this issue and I can download/install and edit files in other applications without issue. Hello everyone, I have an Adobe Acrobat installation with a valid serial number, but I’m not sure what type of license it corresponds to (perpetual, subscription, retail, volume, etc.). Could someone please let me know how I can verify the license type using the serial number, or what procedure Adobe recommends to confirm this information?Thanks in advance for your help!

We've been redeeming each Adobe Classic license PIN using a separate account, since Adobe doesn't permit multiple Classic licenses under a single account. Now that we need to deploy 90 licenses, creating 90 individual accounts isn't practical. Is there a more efficient method to redeem and activate these licenses?

I've designed websites for small businesses for the past 15 years and have used Photoshop to support this work. I originally purchased a Photoshop CS4 Extended license then upgraded to CS5 Photoshop a few years later. I have been using the single Photoshop CS5 license for over 10 years and have installed it on many different PC's and on as many as 3 different PC's at any given time, with never any issues. Up until a month ago, all my PC's have been running Windows 10. So because support for Windows 10 is stopping in a few months I thought it would be best to upgrade to Windows 11, at least on my main business computer that supports my website business. Unfortunately, it turned out that this hardware was incompatible with a Windows 11 upgrade so I decided to purchase a new Windows 11 PC from Dell instead. Hallo leibe Community, ich besitze die Master Collection CS6. In der Zeit habe ich meinen PC mehrfach neu aufgerüstet und neu installiert. Nach der letzten Neuinstallation kann ich das Programm allerdings nicht mehr nutzen. Mir wird angezeigt, dass ich die maximale Anzahl von 2 Computern verwende und ich die anderen Computer deaktivieren muss. Ich habe allerdings keine Möglichkeit die Computer zu deaktivieren. Die "alten PCs" sind ja überschrieben, da ich sie neu aufgesetzt habe und bei meinen Produkten auf der Website wird die Master Collection zwar als PRodukt angezeigt, bei aktivierten Geräten steht aber nichts. Vermutlich weil es eine recht alte Version ist und nicht über App/Abo läuft.Der Chatbot hilft mir leider nicht weiter und einen menschlichen Mitarbeiter will er mir nicht zuordnen.Ich hoffe, dass mir hier geholfen werden kann. Liebe GrüßeFüchsin

Hallo zusammen,ich habe ein Problem bei der Neuinstallation von Photoshop Elements 10 auf meinem Rechner.Meine Festplatte ist kaputtgegangen und ich musste Windows 11 (Version 24H2) komplett neu installieren.Dabei sind mehrere Probleme aufgetreten:Bei der Installation versucht Windows zwei Gerätetreiber zu installieren. Dabei wird wohl etwas in der Registry verändert  der Rechner landet im Reparaturmodus und kommt nicht mehr heraus.Falls man das System doch wieder repariert bekommt, fehlen anschließend alle DVD/CD-Laufwerke im Explorer. Diese müssen manuell nachinstalliert/freigeschaltet werden.Nach erfolgreicher Installation von PSE 10 kommt dann die Aktivierungsabfrage.Die Seriennummer ist vorhanden und gültig.Allerdings wird gemeldet, dass die Aktivierung bereits auf zwei Computern erfolgt ist.Eine Deaktivierung ist nicht mehr möglich, da die alten Installationen nicht mehr starten (Platte defekt).Außerdem scheint es keine funktionierende Verbindung mehr zu den Adobe-Aktivierun

I just recently bought Lightroom and as I'm trying to download it from my Adobde Creative Cloud, all it's doing is going to 1% then saying "installation failed". I haven't seen this issue online with anyone else so it might be a me issue on my end but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.

How do I switch my activation to a new PC?

I currently have the Legacy LR6 on my desktop. I am considering subscribing to Lightroom to take advantage of the advanced creative features. Can I have both programs on the same desktop? I apologize if it seems like a dumb question....lol

J'ai un problème avec Lightroom CC que je ne parviens pas à télécharger. A chaque fois le téléchargement stoppe à 88 % et j'ai un message qui me demande de réessayer… J'ai pourtant un. Mac Studio récent à jour qui tourne sur Sequoia 15.5. Comment faire ? Merci de vos conseils !

Both computers where I had Adobe Acrobat X installed are dead.  One due to a failed hard drive, the other due to a failed graphics card.  I am unable to deactivate the original installs and I get the error message, you have already reached your activation limit.Help,  please.

Hello, I have a licensed Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro product. I possess the license key and all related information. After making a hardware change on my computer, the product asked me to re-enter the license key. I entered my valid and documented license key, but I received an error message stating: This serial number has been revoked. Please contact customer support.I do not understand why my license was revoked, especially since I have a legitimate and documented key. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Hi Community I write you because Adobe expects that the community needs to solve Adobe problems they produce out of thin air. I just bought a Mac Pro 2013 to run my old software/projects and check all the forum entrys to find updates for CS 6 because there are no downloadables on adobe.com. The installers i can download from my adobe account have no updates included. I have already a lot of updaters/patchers, but a lot of them say they dont work with my version. I cant understand why. Where can I find all updates of the Products for the German Creative Suite 6 Master Collection Mac OS version? Adobe, I will never find trust in you anymore.  Maxon removed also the old content and legacy Cinema 4D Versions. What i still think is stupid. But  I got all Installers, Updates, Content just by asking them if I can have it. Adobe should really do the same. Thanks in advance. Would be nice to read from you some positiv lines.
