Download & Install

Several users have posted similarly, but none with the specific concerns I have. This is a real issue for me, and it needs to be fixed on some level.  The problem:Adobe Creative Cloud has completely filled my Credential Manager on Windows 10 Pro with "App Info" credential stores to the point where my SSH and VS Code (etc) credentials throw errors that there is no more room. Every time I have to delete several of the oldest "Adobe App Info" entries and then I'm able to register my other credentials. This is a misuse of the Credential Manager to store "App Info" and abuses the system to the point where it's problematic for other applications. Please revise how the Credential Manager is leveraged in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.   

My Adobe Acct. shows the registered Photoshop CS6 Ext SN that I purchased from them as a student, (which I believe only entitled me to installed one copy).  I believe I originally installed it from the disk.  My computer failed so I can't deactivate it, and I want to install it on my new one.  I read how I could go into account management to deactivate it that way, but when I go there, it says I have no activated devices and in products, under my CS6 SN there is a download button.  Does that mean I'm good to go??? I would be downloading it to Windows 10. 

Hi,I have not used my laptop in a while but tried recently and Creative Cloud won't work. It gives an error which is shown in the included photo. It requests you try installing the program again but if I do that it tells me Ceative Cloud already exsists nad to uninstsll this first. Other advice has been that I need to uninstall all the programs like Photoshop etc one by one and start again but doing this you are told you need to use Creative Cloud to uninstall them, obviously I can't do this because it wont load. This means I am stuck, Creative Cloud won't uninstall, it won't repair when prompted because this does nothing to change the problem. I would be grateful for any info on how to tackle this because all ways to uninstall and reinstall are impossible. Thank you.Les.

I am attempting to uninstall Premiere Elements 10 on my Windows 10 system. I receive an error message exactly as described on this Adobe page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/error-uninstall-premiere-elements-10.html. The page includes instructions for a fix that includes a link to download a file named PEPE10uninstallFix.exe; however, clicking that link leads to a "404 Page not found" error. I'd like to locate that file or find an alternative solution, as I need the disk space. I'm currently using Premiere Elements 15.

Hello.I used to be an ardent user of Adobe programs, but I stopped using them back in 2018. Today I have tried to return to Adobe Programs, only to discover that Creative Cloud now blocks me from installing the old Photoshop versions I used to own becuase I am on Windows 7.Currently, it appears that you have to own Windows 10 just for the option to download a previous version. This is awful! Is there any other way of downloading the versions I used to use on my PC?

HiRecently, on my Creative Cloud Desktop account, within the "Available in your plan"section, Adobe Muse CC appeared with a single button to "Install".It is NOT listed in the section "Apps to try" that each have a button option to "Try" or "Buy".Why therefore after opting to install it, am I presented with a dialog to sign in with my Adobe Id and then opt to either "Trial" or "Purchase" the software?Why is it listed as available in my plan for it then to request a purchase to be made?

hi, my organisation realised we'd been paying for Adobe for Teams - set up by a previous colleague - and the reneweal reminder was sent to her email. Although the system would have received a 'there is no email' bounce back - Adobe continued to charge for the licence. When we realised we wanted to cancel immediately, but had to pay for another six months, as the contract date was until then. We would like a refund for the past 24 months as it's been charged and linked to a dead email address.CRM:00989000015154

costumer support told me to post my problem here...... "nice" support.....  i need a little function on the computer that i had, i bought the master collection in 2014, it worked good. now i have a new computer and im installing adobe again, it says the serialnumber is not valid... but support says it is... now im stuck here... what to do??  

Esto no va para la comunidad, que poco puede hacer, sino para Adobe. Llevo varios días intentando instalar la última actualización de PS y de Lr Classic y al llegar al 11 o 12% de la descarga en Creative Cloud, dice que se ha producido un error, que no es posible acceder a los servidores de Adobe. Me extraña que una compañía seria tenga los servidores inaccesibles tantos días, así que debe de ser otra cosa. Me gustaría saber cómo solucionarla. Gracias

The three apps have disappeared from my desktop menu and when I try to start them via the windows menu the attached error message pops up, or they just won´t start. What has happened and what can I do about it? Have tried uninstalling and re-installing a number of times.

Our asset management system is quite old, so we've had to keep our OS and Adobe versions held back.  Unfortunately one of the machines died and we've had to build it from scratch.  However we've been unable to obtain the adobe software running on it.  We've tried imaging another machine or dragging the applications over but have not been succesful getting the machine to work.I tried building a package from the admin console but the versions don't go back far enough to find one compatible.How do we obtain older versions? Thanks

Hallo, mein Lightroom 6 lässt sich nicht auf meinem neuen Computer aktivieren - Meldung maximale Computer Anzahle verwendet. Auf meinem Alten Computer habe ich allerdings Lightroom deaktiviert und komplett deinstalliert. Jetzt kommt dies Meldung. Habe danach versucht Lightroom auf meinem alten PC wieder zum laufen zu bekommen und bekomme dort nun die gleiche Meldung, wer weiß Rat?

I had PhotoshopCC installed on 2 machines and bought a new computer. I have downloaded and installed CC onto my new computer. I then uninstalled PhotoshopCC from my old machine and attempted to open PhotoshopCC on the new computer. But the activation failed because it said I was already activated on two computers. I clicked the radio button that said I'd already signed out of one of them, but it still won't let me activate PS on the new computer. How do I deactivate PSCC from one of my old machines now that I've already uninstalled it from that machine? Other threads have suggested I "sign out" and sign back in to Adobe. I've done that from my old machine. I can't find anything in my Adobe account that allows me to deactivate anything. Please help!

For the past couple hours I've been attempting to install Photoshop, but it keeps giving bluescreening with multiple different stop codes between 30% and 65%. I've tried updating Windows to the latest version, updating the drivers of my GPU, my SSDs, ran System File Checker, but it keeps crashing my computer. This was old the FIRST time I waited 25 minutes while Photoshop "updated" then failed at 96%.  Now it's been doing it for the last several updates and it's way beyond annoying.Windows 10 Pro desktop.  Plain, ordinary system.  Running current version of Photoshop.Creative cloud pops up and says "there's a new update".   Shut down Lightroom, Bridge, Photoshop and tell CC to update Photoshop.Wait through the interminable download, and it FAILS.  Look at the error and it says:xit Code: 184 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 2 fatal error(s), 2 error(s), 2 warnings(s) FATAL: Error (Code = 184) executing in command 'MoveFileCommand' for package: 'AdobePhotoshop22-Core_x64', version:22.3.0.49 FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobePhotoshop22-Core_x64 Version: 22.3.0.49). I have Photoshop Elements 2018 and Lightroom 6.14, and need to reinstall both on a new computer. They do not appear in my products list and when I enter the serial numbers 'already in use' message appears.

i have the macbook pro with the M1 chip and when i click the cloud button in the top right it says 'error to sync install sync component and try again error code 145' and when i click the error code it takes me to a page from 3 years ago which isnt a solution to my problem im having now. 

Creative cloud at 36% and adobe "waiting" for 3 days. help! 

Hi,i did change my CPU and now i am prompted for activation in all my products (Photoshop Elements, Ligthroom, Premiere Elements, Acrobat). The prompt says maximum amount of activations is reached and i should deactivate previous ones.I only use them on one pc, but it seems like every hardware change triggers an activation... 😞 Can someone please unlock my activations again?

Deleted older versions of photoshop to free up memory only to find the graphics card on my mac isn't good enough to use some features on v 22 and 23 such as perspective warp. All these features were usable on older versions of the app. When I go to download other versions in the creative cloud app it only goes as far back as 22.0, Is there anyway to redownload version 21 or earlier?
