Da quando ho installato il nuovo sistema operativo macOS Monterey (versione 12.0.1) non riesco più ad utilizzare Photoshop CC 2018, ogni volta che tento di aprirlo appae l'avviso di chiusura inattesa dell'applicazione. Come posso risolvere il problema?

I'm running Windows 8.1 and have LR 4.Downloaded the CC free trial of LR and ran the installer and now I just get stuck in the launcher.  Any ideas?

So, I reinstalled windows. (Like hundreds of times before)I fired up the Photoshop CC 2018 installer. (Like hundreds of times before)Suddenly, I had to gasp. What were my eyes seeing? No, this must be a late aprils fool joke. Update requiredYour browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system. So, the same windows version and the same installer I used for (felt) 9.8 trillion times before, suddenly decides to nope out and don't want to install anymore. The best part is "Your browser or operating system". The software itself doesn't even know what it just checked. It simply doesn't know and just refuses to work. I mean, it can't even tell you what's wrong, that's some next level Apple thing. Does anyone have a fixed installer for 2019 CC? I don't want to upgrade as adobe did a lot of changes which made me gag. I rather have a functional outdated version as a non-functional mess. Which lags, m

I have purchased, over the years, physical, and electronic copies of Acrobat, versions 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, XI, and 2017.  My current problem is,.WIN-based software, including Acrobat XI, and NO I did not have a copy of a backup, Nor did I have a chance to DE-Activate Acrobat Nor Anything Else!  So, I installed WIN 10 in the Parallels VM under MAC and went 'back to business' or so I thought.  I was repeatedly 'reminded' to Activate my copy of Acrobat, which I Did; however, I was not permited to DE-Activate, ANY prior copies, e.g. the one on my WIN 7 VM (which was toast), so any time I attempte to use Acrobat, I am remined I have X more chances to Register it . . . . I am currently using Acrobat 2017 on a Newer PC, after the 10 year-old model I was using CRASHED! !   I only attemped to indicate that I make every effort to utilize all my resources to the greatest level possible, ( I am, in the truest sense a, 'CONSUMER' of everyting).  Also, I am a  reti

Hi. I wanted to reinstall my Lightroom Classic version 9.4 due to a problem of the Cloud sync icon disappearing 3 seconds after launch (yes another strange problem!).I uninstalled it through the Creative Cloud desktop app but now I cannot get it installed again. It appears as available in my plan, but noted as non compatible. Normal because I'm on macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 and my computer is to old to upgrade.Normally the 3 dots "More actions" icon is suppose to give access to "other versions" but I only have access to "more info" that redirects me to the Lightroom page of the non compatible version 11.0.I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Creative Cloud desktop app. I've deleted the OPM.db file. I've logged out and In. I've tried online through my adobe account. Nothing works. I don't have access anymore to download my Lightroom Classic and Lightroom cloud apps. Please help.

I am having the same issue. Is the error message that you're not connected to the internet? Mine says "Please connect to the internet to validate your serial number. If this problem persists please contact customer support."Problem is that I am able to search the internet and find this forum, so clearly I am connected to the internet. Last week I spent 75 minutes on the phone (most on hold), and their solution was to uninstall, delete, redownload and reinstall the program. I did just that and the same problem persists.Please help!

Hello.I have a problem with legally purchased Lightroom 6.I've had it for years, on two computers. Unfortunately, both computers were reinstalled due to disk failure. I couldn't deactivate the license on these computers, so now I have lost access to LR. The app won't reactivate. Adobe support won't help.I do not want to buy a subscription for photographers, because I use the application very rarely, usually after the holidays.Is there any way to fix the Ligthroom?

I am using Photoshop 23 on Imac with Monterey V12.1. I cannot load files to the cloud and get the message "something went wrong please reatart the app".Is this a known issue or something I can fix?

I recently changed the PC because my old one got broken.I have installed Lightroom 6 again but I it seems I am still in trial mode (it's asking my to purchase it) and I find no option to activate the current version.Am I doing something wrong?

until yesterday i was working at my office with CC2015 (also 2021 was installed) and today they both uninstalled automatically and there was CC2022 so looking at creative cloud previous version of photoshop section and there are only 2022 and 2021 where are the rest of previos versions? please really need help  

It seems I can't update to the new suite of Creative Cloud apps (specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) because my iMac is no longer compatible.It is running os 10.13.6, or High Sierra, and I gather the recent update needs 10.14, or Mojave?Mojave will not instal on my mac - there do appear to be some suggested ways around it online, but they seem a bit dodgy. So, if I want to update my apps legitimately, do I have to now buy a new computer?!I just wanted to double check this, and find out if there is an official way around this that won't risk any of my work, etc.Thanks.

I have adobe photoshop cc 2021 on my desktop computer. I bought the Samsung tablet because it said it was good for photoshop. I can't figure out how to download it to the tablet.

premiere pro doesn't work on my two macbook pro after upgrading to monterey. Does anyone know how to solve the problem? It is the only software in the suite that does not open.

Hi  I had a computer failure and lost all my programs including Lightroom 6.. I bought this direct from Adobe in 2018 and although it shows up in my account but I can't find a way of installing it on my new computer..

I'm trying to get really old cs5 & 6 versions of adobe programs off my mac. I just set up my new M1 mac and they all transferred over with time machine. I can't seem to find a definitive answer on how to get them off since the uninstallers will not even open anymore.From threads I have read, these old programs may be causing issues I'm having with creative cloud loading my adobe fonts. I feel like dragging to the trash would be the logical solution but I've read this will leave breadcrumbs of the programs on my computer? I'm wondering if the creative cloud cleaner tool will get rid of them even though they are pre cc programs?  any help would be much appreciated!

This is not true. I have been running CS6 on the MacOS prior to Monterey. I just upgraded to Monerey and CS6 does not work. What do I do now?
