Download & Install

Hi Anyone who could help - have just downloaded file for PS Elements on my Mac. On opening the download it pops-up a screen with a User Name (assigned) and requests a password (my PS password doesn't work, neother does my Mac paswsord). Anyone know what goes into this password filed? Thanks PJX 

Hi all, Since Adobe CS6 does not work well on MacOS 10.11 El Capitan, si decided to revert back to MacOSX 10.6.8 on my 2009 MacBook Pro. My attempt to reinstall Adobe CS6 via the installer DVD was interrupted as the installer was unable to recognize any connection to the internet in order to verify the serial number. With the exception of Google, it is not possible to log on to Adobe with any browsers compatible with MacOS 10.6.8 as they are not secure. Is here a workaround?Thx,Warren Westbo 

Hi Community,i am facing trouble when activating CS4 on a new win-PC.I have deactivated the licence on the previous win-PC and tried to activate on the new PC. The licence number seems not working.Finally the support told me that the licence Server for CS4 is shut down. It seems that there is actually no way to acitivate CS4 on a new device. Is that right or is there somebody who can help?Thanks in advance, Falk.

Hi, I'm a school student using my school domain to gain access to the adobe creative cloud. I have no trouble installing the apps on my school computer however, if i try to install them on my home computer i instatntly get a Instaltion failed Any solutions? Thanks, Jake 

Hello. I had to move my hard SSD drive to another identical laptop and now all of my creative suite app say my subscription is expired, but it is not. I can still use all of the apps on another work station.

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows how to tell if you still have a membership from you school. I had a membership in 2019-2020 from school for being in photography they said i would still have it even after I graduated but I don't know how to tell if I do. Adobe keeps trying to have me update payment / buy it again.

Hello, I have a licensed copy of Audition 3.01 that i've used for years. I just changd the hard drive in my Windows 10 PC to an SSD, and now it tells me I need to reactivate. But now I find the activation servers are no longer available. Got not where with a long support chat, although they acknowledge that my serial number is good.   I found other posts talking about some kind of free download that includes a non-activation serial number, but I'm guessing that is also gone now as well? Does anyone know a way to get this going again? I'd upgrade, but I don't use it often enough to warrant the new subscription only versions.   Thanks

Greetings.I just bought a new HP dv6t-7200 PC computer.  It has Windows 8 on it.  I purchased the student version of Adobe CS Design Premium a few years ago and was trying to upload it into my new computer.  When I put in the discs they sound like they're starting but then they wind down and stop spinning.  I checked my "start" screen to view my "c" drive and it doesn't even show that the disk is in the drive.  Can anyone tell me why I can't upload these discus into my new computer?  I get no error messages or any kind of message box stating that I can't upload the discs, so I don''t know what's wrong.  The discus uploaded fine a few years ago on my last HP PC and it's a valid student version set.Please help!nunod

Hi, my PC crashed last week. I have to re-install all my software including my Adboe  Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium from CD.  I entered my serial number that came with the package but the Installer stated that my serial number was revoked.  How can I make it work and install it successfully?  Please kindly advise.   Thanks, Deborah

I currently have a chromebook and haven't purchased Adobe... but in the future I want to become a graphic designer. So please let me know what device you would recommend for using Adobe creative cloud (student discount). 

Yes, people still make DVD's (not my idea). And i know encore is not supported anymore. When you ask someone on the adobe support/chat about the software, you simply get the answer that the software is not supported anymore. if you ask for just the download link, you get the same answer that the software is not supported anymore. if you ask for more information, you get the same answer that the software is not supported anymore. if you ask for advice what software you can use to achieve the same goals, you get the same answer that the software is not supported anymore.  "i've read something about being able to download it with a  "perpetual license", where can i buy that?", guess the answer...When you tell them that this is not "support", you get the answer that the software is not supported anymore.It's insulting. Even if it's not "supported" anymore, there are things you can do to make your customers satisfied. Hallo, da es ja anscheinend keine Möglichkeit gibt, den Support direkt zu kontaktieren, muss ich es auf diesem Weg versuchen.Iin meinem Konto erscheint immer die Meldung: "Es liegt ein Problem mit Ihren Zahlungsdetails vor. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Zahlungsinformationen."Die Kosten für mein Abo werden von meinem Konto abgebucht. Der Betrag wurde auch abgezogen, also funktioniert die Zahlung auch. Trotzdem erscheint jedesmal die Meldung, ich soll meine Zahlungsdetails aktualisieren. Das kann ich auch machen, aber die Meldung verschwindet nicht.Was soll das?

Hi, ich hatte bisher einzelne Abos für Photoshop und InDesign. Da mein Photoshop-Abo ablief, habe ich stattdessen die Cloud gebucht, in der InDesign auch enthalten ist. Eine Frage für Anfänger: Wenn ich jetzt das separate InDesign Abo storniere, habe ich dann noch Zugriff auf die Dateien? Im Kündigungsverlauf werde ich gewarnt, dass die Daten dann gelöscht werden. Ich habe nur einen zentralen Account, unter dem alle Abos abgeschlossen sind.  Sorry. Ich hab mich damit nie weiter beschäftigt und will einfach sicher sein.  Danke!

I have problem on my 2nd instalation CS6 in new laptop, the SN information is been revoke, how come be like that? What is the problem? I buy this software so expensive and I have checked online with adobe when first time buying the SN is genuine. But now the SN been revoke. Whats wrong adobe?

  

I was updating illustrator to latest version 25.4, it is not updationg and showing error code 183. 

I had acess to a device license install of the CC Suite on my home computer through a work Enterprise account that is no longer on my computer as my position at the employer has changed. I had deleted all CC software and wanted to install a trial version of Photoshop and Illustrator, but they won't launch because it recognizes the device as previously registered on an expired license. I want to know what files are causing the problem so that I can delete them and begin as if the CC Suite had never been installed. I do have CS5 versions of both that I don't want to have to reinstall if avoidable, so I'm hoping to not scour the computer for all mentions of Adobe in order to do this.

Creative cloud app won't install, problem JavaScript. Changed two browsers with enabled JavaScript, but it did not help.Writes what needs to be included JavaScript.Maybe there is a solution?

Yesterday I tried to open Photoshop and I got this error code. When I tried to uninstall, my computer said it wasn't accessible and may already be uninstalled. When I tried to install Photoshop and Creative Cloud again, I still get these messages. Any ideas?

I'm unable to utilize my subscription features. I've backed up my data, I've logged in and logged out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Still I am unable to use the $69.99/year subscription. Please see the errors I receive every time I use the app and/or website.
