I’ve been learning and using substance painter for portfolio work for the last 3 years now. I’ve now gotten to the point where I can potentially sell my assets (mesh+textures) to clients. Currently I have a student license which does not allow me to sell my assets commercially. I must upgrade to a commercial license to do so. Now my question is - Will re-exporting my textures from my existing projects (that were made with a student license) in substance painter with my new commercial license allow me to sell those textures commercially or do I need to alter them to make them legal?

Today I updated Creative Cloud Desktop and Photoshop from version 26 to 27. I've always had Photoshop 2021 installed on my computer over the years, as I need it for certain types of older files.I've never had any problems having both versions on my computer. I just kept one of them up to date. But today, after the updates I made, I don't know why, but my version of Photoshop 2021 has been deleted... This is the first time this has happened to me during an update.Is there a way for me to recover this specific version? Creative Cloud Desktop won't let me download versions older than 26.Thanks for the help.

One of our tools requires this version of Adobe Illustrator and we can no longer install it via Creative Cloud which now only goes back to version 22.1. Will you please provide us with the direct download of Illustrator 2015.3 (version 20.1.0)? Thank you!

Fiz a compra do conjunto de programas Adobe Creative Pro, e simplesmente não consigo instala-los! Na loja de programas simplesmente aparece a mensagem de erro "Sistema incompativel" por falta de suporte AVX2 no meu processador, e não tenho acesso a download de versões anteriores compativeis!!!!!!Preciso utilizar os programas com as novidades, mas simplesmente não tenho acesso a nenhuma versão!Alguem pode me ajudar????? já tentei contato com os agentes de atendimento, mas recebo apenas encaminhamento para a pagina da comunidade e meu problema não é resolvido!!!Preciso de versões "atualizadas", porém, que funcionem no meu processador! I need to download Adobe Photoshop 25.x (2024) on Mac Studio since it's the last provided version that "talks" with Print Studio Pro [Ver.2.2.8] . The oldest Photoshop available is x26 on the Creative-site. How do I work around this?

I purchased the Adobe Creative Pro suite of programs, and I simply can't install them! The software store displays the error message "System incompatible" due to lack of AVX2 support on my processor, and I don't have access to download compatible previous versions!I need to use the programs with the new features, but I simply don't have access to any version!Can someone help me pleaseeee?????I've already tried contacting customer service, but I only receive referrals to the community page and my problem isn't solved!I need "updated" versions that work on my processor! In this case, an Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz, which has SSE 4.1/2 - Windows 10 Pro - 64-bit.This happens with several programs! Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, among others... HELP!   

I have a brief question about the License Transfer process for legacy products. When I was in school I purchased CS4 Production premium that I happily used until I got a new computer and the activation servers were shut down. After scouring eBay for awhile I found a legitimate CS5 Design Standard upgrade (whose servers still worked). At the time I did not know anything about filling out a license transfer application, I was used to manually deactivating the license in the program before installing it in a new machine.However, looking at my Adobe account now, I do have CS5 design Standard and Acrobat 9 associated with my Adobe account and the software is running fine on my machine. Perhaps the original owner never linked the key with an adobe account? In any case does that mean that my license is all set to go?

Error code  installing Adobe desktop applications

I’ve tried to install Adobe Reader via several sources; all have been from authorized sites: Microsoft Store, Adobe.com, and my Alma Mater but have been unsuccessful. The only component that was installed was the Adobe Express Photos. I rarely need this type of program. It has been frustrating dealing with a link purportedly being a link to the Adobe Reader. Unhappily, my Alma Mater has changed its portal and direct access to the Reader must be accomplished via other means, such as direct IT support (if at all). However, the browser can read .pdf files and Microsoft 365 can convert .pdfs to .docx and back to a ,pdf. This feature of MS 365 is wonderful and increases productivity.

Hi, i would like to uninstall all my adobe apps on my old macbook air  at home (I still use all the app on my office on a new imac) to free some space, but i can’t unistall creative cloud. I uninstall every app before (it’s the correct status on the creative cloud tell me that, see the screenshoot) but the uninstall program stop because …there's still some app.But wich and where?i’m lost for some hours…thanks  

My HP laptop that I purchased late 2021 is no longer being supported by HP and I’ve been having some problems with it.  I had to purchase an USB keyboard because some of the letters in my laptop were no longer showing up.So, I’m just purchasing a new Dell with Windows 11 (I’m basically terrified of Win 11) but I need to get something that I can just use when I need to.The thing is, my PS CS6 was easily installed in that laptop with a disc.  The new Dell just has a 1TB SSD, which has plenty of room but I truly don’t know if I would be able to install it.  I’m feeling quite overwhelmed at the moment and would love to be able to get some good news from Adobe.Thank you.

I have reinstalled windows a few times over the years and I recently had to do it again. So of course, reinstalling and getting everything back. Photoshop, CS5 version, tells me I have two other computers with the serial and I need to deactivate them first before putting on new computers. Well, can’t do that seeing as they do not exist anymore. I contacted adobe support but they referred me to adobe/community and to post for a solution because they can’t help me...wild. Hopefully someone has a solution on deactivating my “computers” that no longer exist so I can use my serial on my new build. Just trying to use Photoshop CS5 version that I have a legally bought license for.

Hi! I’m having trouble updating my Photoshop. My Creative Cloud desktop app only shows versions up to 22.2, but I need to install Photoshop 2024 (Version 25.x).I am an active subscriber, but the 2024 version is not appearing in the 'Other Versions' menu for me. Could you please check if there is a compatibility block on my account or, if possible, provide me with a direct download link (offline installer) for Photoshop 2024?I want to make sure I can run the latest features, especially the Generative AI tools. I have a CC Photo subscription and installed Photoshop on my laptop after being forced to install CC , which already makes no sense.After a couple of months, CC simply stopped working; the application no longer opens, so I can't update Photoshop."Creative Cloud is starting"... in an infinite loop.Restarting is useless.Uninstalling CC is impossible (it still detects Photoshop and won't let me uninstall CC.Uninstalling Photoshop is impossible; it only does so from CC, which won't start... a total disaster of malfunctioning applications.I'm paying for a poorly made, poorly designed, and poorly functioning service.

How many of you miss Photoshop 24.x version? I bought a new pc and I had it on my previous computer but can’t find it on the roll-back … option. Any of you know how one can access it? Helpdesk was of no use

I have bought Acrobat Professional XI in 2014. I am trying to reinstall this on another machine but it is coming up with the following error. Serial Number The serial number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 3 days to use this product. ◉ Retry activation. I have already deactivated one of my other computers. ○ Provide a different serial number.

Mon Mac mini 2014 s’est planté, je travaillais avec Mojave. Mais mon disque dur est plus récent, 2018. J’ai installé Mac OS 12 Monterey, qui est je crois l’ultime OS compatible. J’aurais besoin de trouver les versions 2023 des apps parce que plus performantes. Apparemment, elles ne sont pas reprises dans les versions précédentes du Creative Cloud. Et j’ai essayé 2025, c’est chaotique. Pouvez-vous m’aider, Philippe.

I would like to test this version but I can't  find the installer file. The original filename was "Photoshop_14_LS20.dmg".

Nach dem update von Windows 10 zu Windows 11 wollte ich die Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium neu installieren. Bereits zuvor habe ich auf den Windows 10 System die Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium deaktiviert. Im meinem Adobe Account war keine Aktivierung hinterlegt und ich habe die Intstallationsdateien direkt aus dem Account heruntergeladen. Die Installation und die Eingabe der Seriennummer gestaltete sich problemlos. Leider lässt sich die Software nicht aktivieren. Folgender Screen erscheint:Der Adobe Support konnte mir telefonische nicht weiterhelfen und verwies mich an das Adobe Community Forum. Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen?

Hello,I have a legitimate license for Adobe CS5.5 Design Premium and still have my serial number.One of my computers crashed, and after reinstalling on a replacement system I can no longer activate the software.Unfortunately, activation is no longer possible because the activation servers have been shut down.Could a Product Expert please confirm whether there is an official non-activation installer or any supported method for licensed users to install and use this version today?System info:– OS: Windows 11 Pro– Version: CS5.5 Design Premium– Activation error: "Activation limit has been reached." Thank you for your help.

getting this in my desktop app, in my browser it tries but fails to download files. tried VPNs - uselessnote that this still worked in late 2025

I purchased  Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017,  new in its original sealed box.  I was able to install it; but when I try to register my serial number,  I get a message stating that my serial number is invalid.   How do I fix this?

Ya he llamado 3 veces, he enviado correos adjuntando los documentos del banco donde figura que me siguen generando el cobro del plan que se supone ustedes lo han cancelado a fines de febrero pero no tengo ninguna respuesta de nadie.Necesito que se cancele el plan definitivamente para que nunca más se me cobre por eso y se me haga el reintegro del dinero cobrado el mes de abril.
