I purchased Photoshop 2026 from Staples and was given a 24 alphabet redemption code. How do I activate this on Adobe. 

Hi - I hope someone here can help, because this is doing my head in.CS6 worked fine on my old laptop. However, I have now bought a new one and transferred the licence by deactivating it on my old laptop and activating it on the new one. All was well for a few days - until I then tried to open up PhotoShop, when I got the "already in use by maximum allowed number of computers" again. So I fired up my old laptop - and got exactly the same message!So I can now no longer open up my programs on either computer. Would really appreciate some help. 🙂

I have Photoshop 2019 on my laptop. I realize there is no way to download a version from Adobe to my main computer. So, I'm wondering how I can move Photoshop 2019 from my laptop to my main computer. My main computer is silicon-based. And I know I will have to download Rosetta 2 to use it.  How can I move it and know which additional files (if any) I should move along with it? I do have a Creative Cloud account if that matters.  Thanks, Jeff

Od 2018 r. używam Adobe Premier Elements i Adobe Photoshop Elements. Kilka dni temu musiałem wymienić dysk w laptopie i ponownie zainstalować te programy. Niestety utraciłem klucz do Adobe Photo Elements, do Premier mam. Nie mam klucza w mailu ponieważ zakup był w 2018 r. i tak starych wiadomości nie mam na poczcie. Jak odzyskać ten klucz?

How do i speak to an Adobe person in Australia

When installing it says that my serial number is already in use by the maximum number of  computers and that I need to deactivate the other computer within 30 days to use this product.  However, when logging into my account it says ou can install Adobe applications on more than one computer, activate them (sign in) on two, but use them on only one computer at a time.  BUT,  I have no devices registered. Please help. I have signed out of all sessions on my old computer. Help please as I only have 30 days to resolve it and have had no success in actually speaking anyone from adobe,  Thanks

After trying to free up storage space on my MacBook, I can no longer open various Adobe apps. How can I reinstall them - preferably to the attached HDD please?

I have a new computer Windows 11 but I'm unable to run Adobe CS3

I'm a photography enthusiast rather than a professional and have been using/learning Lightroom Classic (LrC) for several years as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) subscription. Like many others, I don't really like the subscription model but have got used to LrC and quite like it for my purposes. I mainly use the cropping, tonal adjustments, masking, keywording, noise reduction, transform, removal/cloning, exporting and photo organising features within LrC. I hardly use any of the other CC subscription software apart from minor use of Photoshop. I store my photos on an external drive rather than the cloud (& back them up on 2 other hard drives). I do use Collections & the Adobe "cloud" to share some photos from LrC on my other devices, and also created a small website using the LrC functionality.I have about 40k photos in my LrC catalogue which are a mix of RAW files from my Olympus OM1.1 and my old Sony A77, plus a bunch of jpegs.However.......yesterday I tried to run the

When i try to use lightoom is says my subscription has expired. It has not as i was billed and when i go to 'buy' it, it says i already have lightroom. I have already logged out and in again.  Any help please?

Hi,First of all I'd like to thank people at Adobe for setting up the new sign in process for old Production Premium CS6. The suite still worked like a charm when I upgraded from W10 to W11 ( once you set up properties compatibility to Windows8 for each app). My problem was I add to get a new computer.So I deactivated on the old one before installing on the new one.Once installed on the new laptop, I couldn't activate the old way: when signing to my account nothing happened,  my serial number didn't appear no more on my account, it was confusing. Had another problem during my new computer install, I had to reinit to factory and install again CS6.  I began to use Photoshop immediately (needed for work) without connecting to account, I wanted to find the right solution. I have LrC 14.5.1. I've been trying to update Lightroom Classic to 15 and Photoshop to version 27 and they won't update. It says "Update Failed". Lightroom updated though. And so did Bridge. But Photoshop and Lightroom Classic did not. I've tried updating from the program itself and from the Creative Cloud program from my desktop. Both programs work fine. My internet connection hasn't changed, Like I said, LIghtroom updated just fine. I'm logged in to both programs. I apologize if this question has already been answered, but I can't find the answer.  

Hello,I am the lawful, registered owner of a perpetual license for Creative Suite 6. I have my original box, media, and serial number.My license is still showing as active on 4 old computers from hardware upgrades over the years. Those machines are no longer accessible, and their hard drives were wiped long ago, so I was unable to perform a deactivation. I am not currently using the software on any computer.I just spoke with a very helpful support agent via chat. They confirmed they could see the 4 active machines in their system, but they did not have the tools to reset the count themselves.The agent kindly created an escalation case for me to have the technical team look into it. Hi! Since I'm not going to pay more to use them, how do I delete FLUX Context Pro and Gemini 2.5 so they don't take up space on my hard drive?Or are they programs that are hosted by Adobe (or whomever) in the Cloud so that my HD is unaffected?Thanks!

There's an extra folder named "Adobe Illustrator" and "Photoshop 2026" in the "Program Files" folder in the C drive.

I purchased Lightroom software but I cannot see in the product list to download. How could I download it please help me ASAP.    

Adobe tells me that my serial number for Photoshop Elements 9 has been used too many times for activation and is therefore no longer valid. After having to replace a HDD I've therefore lost Photoshop, despite having the original discs and the serial number. I can't find anything warning users that there's a 'limit' on the number of times activation can be used (e.g. when buying a new computer), and Adobe don't seem to know what that limit actually is. (At a guess, I've activated it 4 or 5 times total.) The licence supposedly allows me to run it on 2 devices.Has anyone else experienced this problem?To make matters worse, I deactivated Photoshop on a second device at Adobe's suggestion. As a result, Photoshop suddenly won't run on that device either! I know it's considered 'legacy' software, but it was working perfectly well until I followed the Adobe instruction.
