I need version 28.x for windows 11 and its not available in the cloud. because a critical Cutting Master Pro Plus plugin used with my Graphtec Cutter is not compatible with my current Illustrator workflow. Illustrator 2024 is no longer visible under Other Versions in Creative Cloud. Please provide the official installer or escalate this request to the download and installation team. Please Help!

i want to unsubscribe from adobe cloud and account but can't find the usubscribe page. For some reason it is not available you get linked to all kind of options but not one that says unsubscribe account.

Hello,I own a legitimate boxed copy of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection for Mac, including the original serial number.After Adobe retired the CS3 activation servers, Adobe provided an activation-free replacement installer together with a new replacement serial number. I have been able to obtain the official Japanese Mac replacement installer from Adobe’s server, but I never went through the serial-number replacement process at the time, so I do not have the replacement serial.The original retail serial does not appear to be sufficient for this activation-free replacement version.I have read several other threads about this issue, so I realize that the situation may be very difficult now. Still, this particular version of Creative Suite means a great deal to me personally, and I have been searching for a legitimate way to use it again for about eight months.Is there any official way today for a legitimate CS3 owner to obtain or reissue the replacement serial number, or any other

I out of curiosity opened an acrobat api developer account a million years ago, and I never have used it, and do not want it to exist anymore…. how do I make it go away?

Honestly, I loved Adobe CC 2017 and 2018 because of how minimal it was, and kind of nostalgic for me. I’ve been turning my entire Chrome pages upside down for basically the whole year for these downloads of Adobe CC 2017 or 2018. But it’s either that none of them work, or they’re just modern ones. If you want to help, please don’t tell me “use ProDesignTools in the Wayback Machine,” or “Adobe no longer hosts downloads for CC 2017 or 2018.” Because I already know. So if you are someone who knows I want unofficial download links to the CC 2017-18 desktop apps that are still functional in 2026, please drop a link down below. If you drop a link, please don’t give me anything in archive.org, because those were 60% of my web searches, and I didn’t get great results. Thank you!

I legally own a perpetual Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection license.The Adobe activation server reports that my serial number is already activatedon two computers. In reality, I currently have access to only one activatedcomputer. The second activation belongs to an old system/computer that nolonger exists, so it is impossible for me to deactivate it locally.My Adobe account shows no activated devices, which is expected because remotedevice deactivation is only supported for Creative Cloud applications.I am not asking for technical support for an unsupported CS6 application.I am asking Adobe to correct/reset an orphaned server-side activation recordfor a perpetual license that I purchased.Could an Adobe employee please escalate this to the licensing/activation team?I can provide the serial number and proof of purchase privately if required.

I installed photoshop Elements 10 on my Windows  11 and the icon isn’t on my screen and when I tried to find it , it only showed me what was available on the internet. I’ve installed it 2 times now without any results. thanks

I have used Adobe products since Illustrator 88. Since then, each successive release of the top 3: Photoshop, Illustrator, and later on, InDesign has become more bloated, buggy, slow and frustrating to use than the previous version. Unfortunately Adobe is the de facto standard for creative professionals and we are at their mercy. Note I am currently using current CC applications in my workflow on a brand-spanking-new hyper-fast Mac tower.Take Illustrator, for instance. I've lost count of the times I see a spinning beachball and have to wait for a few seconds just to select and move a square. With NO OTHER SHAPES in a document. A square. Seriously Adobe? Illustrator also takes an inordinate amount of time to save a file to disk that's only a few hundred K in size. I'd expect a 1.5 GB file to take a few moments, but a few hundred K? I own a legitimate perpetual Adobe Acrobat XI Pro licence.I am moving the licence to a replacement computer because one of the previously activated computers is no longer available.Acrobat XI’s built-in offline activation process still works. Adobe’s official offline activation website recognises my serial number, but returns:“Activation limit reached for Acrobat XI Pro. This Serial Number has already been activated on 2 machines. Please deactivate one of the other computers and try again.”I cannot deactivate one of those old machines because I no longer have access to it. I have also tried Adobe Customer Care chat, but it will not connect me to an advisor because Acrobat XI is discontinued.Is there still a way for Adobe to reset the activation count for a legitimately owned perpetual Acrobat XI Pro serial number?I can provide the serial number, proof of purchase/ownership, and other licensing details privately to an Adobe employee if required.

Hi,I just finished building a new pc, and I want to use my CS6 Production Premium on it.But, after installing CS6 Production premium, it tells me that the serial number X is already in ue by the maximum of 2 computers.You need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use this product.I do not have access to those computers that are currently using my serial number, so I need help with remotely deactivating those computers using the serial number.And i was told that asking in here was the way to do it. :).

Under Plans & Payment there are no activated devices, I guess because it’s not a Creative Cloud license.  Support chat is no help and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to email.

Help: the "Uninstall" function for Photoshop 2025 AND Photoshop 2026 are not working. If I update the App  leaves behind a folder of the older version (taking up alot of space!). What should I do? I do not want to loose my preference/settings etc and I am afraid this would happen if I simply trash them?Thank you.

I've just received an email from Adobe (storemanager@adobe.com) that my subscription is almost ending and that I need  to update my creditcard data to continue my membership, but I've never received this before. I have a perpetual license of Adobe Acrobat X and can use it on my old computer.
