I am an individual and clicked on that link so how can the pop up tell me to contact my administrstor? There is no administrator or I am the administrator. What am I supposed to do? The question I wanted to ask is my reinstalltion of CS6 (after reinstalling Windows) and oddly enough Power Point is missing. I assume it can't be asked here.

I have been trying to install Adobe Illustrator cc 2019 on my recetly updated windows 10 with lates brouwser. But still whenever i try to install Illustrator cc 2019 it gives me an error of required update. Can you please help me with this issue. Thank younote

LE téléchargement marche bien, mais quand je double click sur "Photoshop installer" cela ne fait absolument rien ! il n'y a même pas de message d'erreur ! Hi,I am trying to update several applications via Creative Cloud. However the updates fail, the error code given is 125 (Unable to reach Adobe servers). The computer is connected to the internet and the firewall is turned off. Any ideas why the update is failing?Frank

We have been Adobe customers for over 25 years. Ever since Adobe went to the monthly rental policy, things turned sour.   We have 2 accounts.  <Removed by Moderator> and <Removed by Moderator>.  We have one Premiere monthly package paid for on each account.  Right now we use Premiere CC 2018 and Windows 7 64.    All worked fine until 3 days ago.  Suddenly, while trying to open Premiere,  we got the message to renew our accounts.  But the accounts are fine.  Adobe will simply not let us work unless we download the latest version of Adobe Cloud which requires the latest version of windows and premiere CC. I spent 3 hours trying to use my software.  In vain.   I called Adobe customer service who told me to upgrade to windows 10 and use the latest version of Premiere. This is unacceptable.  We do not want to upgrade until we are ready to do so.    Why does Adobe keep cutting off  its custo

Hello! Trying to enter licence code to Photoshop CS6 on macOS 10.13To do that I run photoshop, then the login window opens. I enter my username and password, but something goes wrong and the login request page reopens again. And so on in a circle. What am I doing wrong?Does adobe still officially support this app?

Hi,  I have mini-DV media I need to digitize.  The help on this site for Mac OS is to downgrade to High Sierra and install either Premiere 13.0 or 12.0 for Firewire support. I am running High Sierra, but I cannot find any version of premiere previous to 14.0.  In creatie cloud, "other version" it only goes back to 14.0 How can i download and install 12 or 13.0? Thanks

Adobe running numerous creative cloud 'services' and updates on start up is - - completely unnecessary- not needed or wanted by most people aware of it- on a global scale wastes huge amounts of energy and contributes directly to the climate crisis Adobe software poisons the planet and they dont care.

After realizing that most of the newer Adobe premiere pro and after effects after 2018 suck, I stuck with 2018 as it has everything I need to be a decent editing software like MKV support but they stopped supporting it and I cannot even subscribe to them as its stuck on trial version. The later versions no longer have MKV support and I have a lot of MKV so converting is a waist of time and space, please Adobe bring it back.

I have a 2012 MacBook Pro. I’ve been reluctant to update my operating system since I heard that newer operating systems are not compatible with Adobe products. My laptop is currently running macOS Mojave. Before I consider getting a new laptop I want to verify this is an issue. Thank you.

Hi,I have a Apple Silicon MacBook Pro which I have been running CC apps on since purchased without any issue. I have recently also aquired an iMac with an Intel processor, when I did so I used migration assistant to  copy all my documents, apps, preferences, etc. from the MacBook to the iMac and I now use both machines with all my docs synced on both through iCloud drive. Everything went fine with the transfer, however, when I first tried to opening any of my CC apps on the iMac they would not open - no error codes at all, just nothing happened. I thought this may have been because I had been using Apple Silicon compatible versions of the apps on my MacBook so I removed the apps from my iMac and tried downloading them again. Problem now is when I try to install the CC Desktop App on the iMac nothing happens. Progress bar gets to 100% but the app does not automatically open as it should. Furthermore, after the installation is supossedly complete the app does not appear to

I got a new pc today, when I go to download my Photoshop, on my adobe account there is nothing, while on my email I am paying monthly (receipts). Please help! I have work to do. I am supposed to have a plan running properly.

 Every time I start Lightroom classic I have to sign in. I didn't have this problem before in four years! I tried to change my password but it didn't help. is someone recognizing the problem and has a solution?Lenie
