I LITERALLY DELETED EVERYTHING IN MY FILES AND STILL GET INSTALLATION FAIL ERORR 189. MACBOOKS ARE SO STUPID

I recently did an entire wipe of my computer to start clean because I was having severe issues with the internet (typing delay and video playback).  I was very careful as I reinstalled anything to make sure that it wasn't the item causing any issues.  Things seemed to be fine until I installed Adobe Acrobat Professional via Creative Cloud and then all heck broke loose on my computer yet again.  Things were extremely slow updating when typing and causing major issues and video playback was horrible.  I haven't been able to update or get into the Creative Cloud app.  However, when I quit the app from my toolbar (macintosh) I was able to get my computer to work normally again.Please advise on how to solve this problem.  It is causing severe delays in my work as a graphic artist.

i contact adobe support team 2 days ago regarding a bug with lightroom and m1 mac.with screen sharing they make some changes on settings - and now the lightroom is running under rosseta.as i want to open lightroom im facing an error message and i uninstalled all the adobe applications including creative cloud and reinstall it again.the problem is that all the settings remain the same + that bug.i really want to dellete all and start from scrach.please help.

Do you know how to change the color type on the navigation container for MARTA theme. I can't change the default color when the page scrolls. Thanks!

I have just got a new Macbook Air and im tryting to get Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium on to it. It worked on my old Macbook Pro. Does anyone know why it will not work on a Macbook Air 2020 with M1 chip? I have attached screenshots showing the issue.

I have Acrobat registered under my work email (was they own it).  I have Premier under my email (as I own it).  When I'm on my Win10 machine and I'm logged in to Adobe with work then it asks me to buy Premier (which I own....).  How do run both programs on my machine?  Thanks!

Hi.  I have a standalone version on Lightroom 6 on an old PC.  I purchased a new laptop and subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud for Premiere Pro. If I deactivate Lightroom 6 on the old PC and install it on the new laptop, will the Creative Cloud and Lightroom conflict - for example, will Lightroom become cloud only, or will it maintain its standalone status.  If I were to cancel my cloud subscription, would I still be able to use Lightroom?   Thanks for reading.

Been trying for days to get my three Adobe CS6 apps re-activated from my old iMac to my new iMac. OS10.14.3. I was only able to get a 30 day trial offer for all three apps. So, I texted with an Adobe agent who used Remote Support to enter my iMac and reinstall Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign CS6.  He couldn't get it to work. We arranged a call back time to try again. No one called.Texted to another AGENT yesterday who gave me another call back time today. No one called again. Each time I sit by my phone for hours waiting.Today, when I tried to text the AGENT the third time, the chat window wouldn't even open up saying I did not have a subscription. I am a retired graphic designer and do not want or need a monthly subscription. Finally texted with another AGENT who gave me a phone number to call for Canada. I have Photoshop CS6 on Windows 7 (64 bit).  When I activate it, activation seems to be successful, but a few hour later it reverts to the trial edition.  I have been in contact with Tech Support every day for over 10 days now with no resolution of the problem.  We have tried stopping Windows Management Instrumention, installing as administrator, installing into a new account, installing (updating) Adobe Application manager, several other things I have forgotten.  I have given over (remote) control to a rep using "Connect" (don't know what he did -- too fast), but nothing has worked.  Tech Support finally told me that this is a known issue.  Has anyone on this forum experienced it?  I tried searching, but didn't find anything.

Hello,I had access to the full Creative Suite through a non-profit I was part of. Due to Covid they went on a haitus and I decided to subscribe to the LR/PS plan in order to continue using these apps. However when I try to access to PS/LR I get a message saying: "Sorry, your account is not valid on this device. Please try again with school ID.Your IT administrator may have applied access restriction on this device. Please try again with another Adobe account or contact your IT administrator for assistance." I've been in touch with the IT administrator who told me there has been a shift in how Adobe issues licenses (I believe it's now machine based). I'm a professional photographer and have several clients requesting photos that I'm unable to access. I stand to loose a fortune because of this. I've been in touch with Adobe support but only get shuffles around between various support staff who offers what seems to be guesses. I'm now waiting for a support call within

Why, after all these years and constant CC App updates, is there still an issue during app update with the app restarting and / or demanding that it be updated.I have followed all the previous posts in an attempt to resolve these issues, but still I am only able to update my apps once in every 20-30 attempts. Surely this problem must have been resolved by now? I am seriously thinking of taking my money and my business elsewhere. What point is there in paying for a subscription when you are unable to keep the apps up to date? Where is the customer service?Can someone just fix the CC app please.

Hi, I was a student for 3 years, and was subscribing for a creative cloud membership. And money was drawn from my account, because of an "prepaid plan". Now that I am not a student, I don`t want this anymore. How can I get a refund of the money I was paying for this? I can not use this anymore since I am not a student any longer. 

My laptop died and after reinstalling Elements 13 I can't activate it because too many are activated already.  The activated ones aren't listed on my account and I can't deactivate.  The Adobe help was useless and suggested I upgrade!

I keep getting a notification whenever i try to open photoshop that says "could not initialize Photoshop because the scratch disks are full." and i dont know how to fix it. I tried downloading it to my external hardrive which has more space but it still gave me this message.

Hi, installed LRc on an external SSD. Now the SSD is broken so i wanted to install the programm on my normal Mac Air M1 directly. I changed the installing Path back to /users/"MyUsername"/applications. When i click installing, the paranmerter loads a few seconds, shows 99% and then finishs. Without anything happening. After it, i can click "installing" again, with the exact same result.Can anyone help?Thank you!!!

I am try to install my elements 19 onto a new pc but despite doing all updates available adobe still claims that it needs windows 11 which as far as I can see is not available. I have a brand new dell pc with windows 10, why wont it work??

En insérant le CD dans le graveur, la page d'accueil mentionne la désinstallation du logiciel et à mi-chemin chemin de la désinstallation je reçois cette erreur-là .   Specified path is empty  .
