Why, after all these years and constant CC App updates, is there still an issue during app update with the app restarting and / or demanding that it be updated.I have followed all the previous posts in an attempt to resolve these issues, but still I am only able to update my apps once in every 20-30 attempts. Surely this problem must have been resolved by now? I am seriously thinking of taking my money and my business elsewhere. What point is there in paying for a subscription when you are unable to keep the apps up to date? Where is the customer service?Can someone just fix the CC app please.

I am trying to reach an agant. I can't redeem a code I bought at best buy two hours ago.  I keep getting rerouted back to this page. How do I reach an agent for real? 

Hi, I was a student for 3 years, and was subscribing for a creative cloud membership. And money was drawn from my account, because of an "prepaid plan". Now that I am not a student, I don`t want this anymore. How can I get a refund of the money I was paying for this? I can not use this anymore since I am not a student any longer. 

My laptop died and after reinstalling Elements 13 I can't activate it because too many are activated already.  The activated ones aren't listed on my account and I can't deactivate.  The Adobe help was useless and suggested I upgrade!

I keep getting a notification whenever i try to open photoshop that says "could not initialize Photoshop because the scratch disks are full." and i dont know how to fix it. I tried downloading it to my external hardrive which has more space but it still gave me this message.

Hi, installed LRc on an external SSD. Now the SSD is broken so i wanted to install the programm on my normal Mac Air M1 directly. I changed the installing Path back to /users/"MyUsername"/applications. When i click installing, the paranmerter loads a few seconds, shows 99% and then finishs. Without anything happening. After it, i can click "installing" again, with the exact same result.Can anyone help?Thank you!!!

I am try to install my elements 19 onto a new pc but despite doing all updates available adobe still claims that it needs windows 11 which as far as I can see is not available. I have a brand new dell pc with windows 10, why wont it work??

My creative cloud wasn't connecting to the Adobe servers, so I uninstalled everything (with a lot of effort) and it's not installing anymore.I've tried every solution and read every troubleshooting page suggested, nothing works. I would appreciate it if someone could help me because I need these programs working today for me to finish a task that is really important for my career.Error code is P206.

Photoshop 22.4.3 gives problems. I hide it and it appears automatically. It is very uncomfortable. The previous version did not do this. I want to uninstall Photoshop 22.4.3 (creative cloud)1 Uninstall Photoshop 22.4.3.2. Installed previous version. Which one? 22.4 or 22.3? Thanks

Hi   I have uploaded a video to the Mastehead Background but there is no sound. If I uploaded the video elsewhere in portfolio it plays the sound. Is ths a limitation of the Masterhead Background settings?  Thanks

I have photoshop and premiere elements - it tries to update and errors, says- need to update OS.With Edge installed.... how do you get Adobe updater to log in and allow it to update.

Have the Elements 2019 that i'm trying to install on a Surface with Win10 after a reconfig of the operating system. I get the error message that i need to upgrade to internet explorer 11 to process, but the surface is using MS Edge. Any suggestions for a workaround here?

Hello,  I successfully uploaded an audio file to https://katyjohnsonvo.com/ (a portfolio hosted on MyPortfolio) and it looks great when the controls are up, but when the page loads I get a weird graphic that shows a loading symbol over a play button and both seem to overlap something else?Basically, it looks like this when the page loads: And I just want it to look like this: Is there any way to skip the load screen? 

Hi there,I had a recent PC issue and lost my installed copies of CS5.5. I bought it years ago in college. Now it looks like there is no download link in my account but the product is still there. Is this product dead? I am reading mixed information about it still being available and I am not sure if I am understanding things correctly. I do still have the original install discs - can i install from those and update? I pretty much just use this for fun projects and don't really have the $53/month right now to pay for cloud.

Im building my portfolio with help of Adobe Portfolio. Copied embed code from Vimeo pasted it in Adobe Portfolio added autoplay=1 in it but still need click on play button. or is it due to trial version?

I have the Master Collection CS5 and bought the Dreamweaver 5.5 upgrade. But when I try to enter my CS5 number it say it is not valid for this product. Is there some way to determine what the Dreamweaver standalone S# is? I don't see any documentation on it.Thanks!

Hi,So I need all my CC apps on another internal SSD due to lack of space on the boot SSD. (MacOS is usually good with this) Moving them manually works. But they wont update. None of the apps show up as installed in the Creative Cloud app. I checked: Creative Cloud App/Preferences/Apps where the location to the other SSD is specified.  Even if I click install - it installs the app on the Startup Applicaitons folder and NOT the folder specified in the above preferences.  

I purchased Lightroom 3 and have it downloaded on an old computer. It still works well. I got a new laptop. Is there any way to download Lightroom 3 (or any version after that where a Lightroom 3 serial number will work) so I can continue to use it?

HiI am planning on buying the 'all adobe apps' plan.However, in the Creative Cloud it says that most of the apps are not compatable with my Mac (which is OS 10.12.6) and my mac is not able to update.On the Creative Cloud there are no options to get older versions which are compatble with my mac.  I have seen on other forums online that once I purchase my plan, older version of apps will appear. Does anyone know if this is the case? As I dont want to risk signing up for an annual plan which I cannot use on my computer. I included an image bellow of what I can see. Thanks!Moll 

Hi,I installed my CS 5.5 Production Premium yesterday on my computer. During the installation, they asked for the serial number, everything was fine and it was successfully installed from the 3 disks. But when I want to start a program, e.g. Premiere Pro, Photoshop or Illustrator, I get the window with the license agreement. I agree and move on to the next step where they ask me about my serial number. I put that in, it takes a while and I am right back at the license agreement page. I could go in circles like that forever, without any error message or so. Any ideas on how to fix that?Thanks a lot in advance!
