when I start installing say photoshop or the adobe creative cloud install it's get on the photoshop install up to 6% and then says error 201 and I tried all the trouble shooting options and used to adobe cleaner and nothing seems to work I've never had this problem before with my old PC

After I bought the Premium version, all the presets and photos were deleted! Help, how to restore them?

In Lightroom it says "Your cloud storage is full … 21.07 GB of 20 GB used." However, when I go to the Creative Cloud and click on "Files" it shows there are no files and when I click on "Deleted" it says "You have no deleted items." Therefore, it appears I am using no creative cloud storage, but it still says storage is full?Any ideas on what should I do to delete/ clear the storage?

Been using ATD for over a year. I adore this plugin and cannot find anything else of any kind that can touch what it does! Where or who can I go to to plead for it's continued development??   Thank you, L Diane Johnson

I bought Lr 6 back in 2015, installed it in this laptop. But, cannot access it now. Only can use Lr 5. I have the serial number; don't pay for CC. Help !!!  How do I get this product installed again ?Thanks. 

I didn't know where else to put this, but the following page with InCopy's system requirements hasn't been updated for version 16 (2021):https://helpx.adobe.com/incopy/system-requirements.ug.html This can cause problems for people using Windows 10 build 1803, which is no longer supported.

HiI'm currently working on a Mac, which is 10 years old and Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5, which is about 8 years old.In the event that my Mac breaks down, is there anyway I can reinstall my Adobe software to a new 'old' Mac. I have have the serial number to the software, but can't seem to find anywhere within my ID to reinstall it.I can't imagine I would be able to reinstall the software on a new Mac, due it not being compatible. But I should be able to install it onto an older Mac, especially as I've already paid over £1000 for it in the first place.Any help would be much appreciated.Thank youRichard

In HTML 5 video presentations the sound cuts out at the end, but then it opens again and it sounds good but is very uncomfortable. Any solution? Any version of Adobe Presenter 11.1 without flash?

HiI am living in Greece and since yesterday I can no longer connect to Adobe servers. I have tried this https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.htmlThe fix didn't work and trying to re-install dosn't work, I just get a spinning circle that eventually times out. I am beginning to think that Greece may be geoblocked as I had to use a VPN to connect to the help site! Is there any way to contact Adobe to sort this out? I can't afford to phone the USA!  I have checked the hosts files and nothing in there either. Any suggestions other than cancel my account (although that is an option!)Error code 1: Installation failureError code 1 indicates that the Creative Cloud apps on your device have become corrupted, or your device can't connect to the Adobe servers.

Hi -I need to use illustrator this morning, and I'm trying to download it. When I go to creative cloud, I can scroll up and down in the display, but nothing is clickable. Menus, update buttons, left side panel. It's very bizarre. Rebooting didn't help. Yes, I'm logged in. Anyone else have this issue? TIA -Diana

I start the membership and download lightroom, photoshop a few days ago. Everything is working properly although occasionally crash. Every the lightroom/photoshop crashed I click send the report. Today 25th May I open lightroom and the "login window" pop up and disappear and it repeated infinitely. In other words, I can't open Lightroom or Photoshop. I can't log in to Creative Cloud App. I have try literally all methods posted in the community, like uninstall&reinstall, repair visual C+++, WIM Service, restart my PC, update to latest window version, retriaving&storing license information etc.... Please help......I put some screenshots FYI        

We have an issue on a Windows 10 machine - Version 1909, all up to date. Space available is around 40GB, 16 GB RAM, High Reslution Display and Video Card is also available.However, CC states that all Apps are incompatible and that we require Windows Version 1809 or higher - which we already have. What else could be the issue? It would be of course helpful if the error message states what the problem is.

Hi there,I subscribe to the full Creative Cloud, but also love using the app Loom for quick/convenient screen recordings. Is there something like this in the Creative Cloud or Adobe eco-system? Captivate seems like the closest thing, but that is definitely way more functionality than I need, and unfortunately it's not included in the CC subscroption. It would be awesome to be able to make quick little screen recordings that automatically save in my Adobe account similar to how I can use the Adobe Scan app to quickly capture PDFs.  Just wanted to be sure I'm not missing something if it's already out there... Thanks!

Hi! I've just paid 40,99$/monthly for Photoshop but I'm not able to install it because there's an error of installation. I tried to install the other versions but it doesn't work. I'm not good with the technonical aspects so I can not solving the problem by my own. Can I have assistance please, otherwise I would like a refund!  

After downloading adobe Xl I get error: serial number you provided is valid but a qualifing product could not be found on this computer. 

So, I just bought this package and installed it.  But during the install, the window that let me select a path and such didnt display correctly, almost like it was a HTML window but the CSS wasnt working.  But I hit enter, and it installed. But, now that its installed, on to the next question.  I start the program and get the "What do you want to do?" screen.  So I click "Photo Editor", which is the only reason I bought the program.  And a new window pops up asking me to log into to adobe for some reason, but it has the same issue the install window had.  It looks like all the CSS is missing and nothing in the window is clickable.  so, Im stuck with a $99 paperweight. Here's what it looks like (and yeah, nothing is clickable):  Honestly, I'd like to uninstall and re-install because i want to put it on a second drive.  But Id like to figure out what the heck is wrong before spinning my wheels.

I uninstalled my trial version of Adobe Captivate because it was glitchy and thought if I installed it, it would fix the error. After uninstalling, restarting my macbook, then trying to install again I received this error: I clicked on the Get Help link and followed the instructions but still nothing. I searched in Adobe Community and found out about the Creative Cloud Cleaner and followed those instructions but it didn't change anything. Please help.

OK I am having issues with Adobe! I can not download/open any of the apps ! I used most of the Apps last semester & now I need the apps but I do not have any idea how to open the apps ! When I attempt to download the Apps they usually get stuck around 8% ! HELP PLEASE

Hi!I have an older version af InDesign that works just fine considering my needs. Now I have a new computer and want to work on that. Seems I managed to download and install a testversion (7 days). Is there no way to upgrade inside InDesign? From test to the version I once bought.I tried to register with my Adobe account, but it refuses to accept my serial number. Says code not valild.Plz help!
