Bonjour,j'ai acquis ADOBEPhotoshop Elements 2021 & Premiere Elements 2021 - pour Windows que j'ai installé sur un ordinateur portable il y a quelques mois.Aujourd'hui, j'ai acheté un PC et je ne comprends pas du tout comment je peux installer les logiciels que j'ai acquis et installé sur l'autre ordinateur pour les mettre sur mon nouveau PC. C'est très confus ! Quand je vais dans le "Creative Cloud Desktop", il me propose toujours acheter les logiciels ! Or, j'avais acquis une clé de licence et je veux pas ré-acheter le logiciel.  Pouvez-vous m'aider précisément sur comment faire pour installer sur mon nouveau PC sans avoir besoin d'acheter les 2 logiciels cités ci-dessus ?  Je vous remercie pour votre réponse 

adobe creative cloud copied from a macbook air to a new macbook pro does not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled it opens but then nothing works or even closes.

I've been happy with my Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium Windows, English Download since I bought it, my plan was the download version for 599.00.  My machine died ( melted motherboard ) and I want to get CS3 back onto a new one.  Do you still support those of us who bought it outright when that was the only way to get it?  It still exists as a rental, but what about supporting your customers from before the rental plan.  I still have my activation key.

Hi I have a new PC and I want to set up for best use of mainly LR Classic and some Photoshop work. I have a standalone SSD for operating System. Should I use a separate SSD for LR software and catalogue ?Original Images stored on external 10TB Vault with a second 10TB vault backing up IS Creative cloud better on system drive or seperate drive?Does LR run better with a scratch disc?Current system isi7-7700K CPU 4.2ghzSSD 960 Evo 500gbSSD 850 Evo 500gbWD 4TB internal Data drive64gb Ram NVIDIA Geforce GTX950BENQ SW2700PT Monitor     

A couple of days ago a ''library'' folder with a red minus sign appeared in the documents folder. At first I thought  it was something I did  in BlueStacks because it appeard around the same time. But after posting this on reddit and reading other peoples experiences I've deduced that its not BleuStacks but likely a recent Adobe CC update. The Reddit post for reference.  Has anyone else also experienced this? 

How many computers can I install CS6 Design & Web Premium Education Edition on?

Hello,Trying to install the latest update of XD (37-1-32) with no success, everytime I run setup.exe I get the "Installation Failed, Please refer to PDApp.log for more information" error Looking at this log just tells me that the MSI failed to run. Is there a bug in this latest install? Thanks,Brett

When will Creative Cloud be ready to run on M1 Mac computers ?  I did't belive it at first, but I had to buy and older Mac to be abel to work with my Adobe licenses... When will I work again ? At Big Sur and M1 ?  

I've downloaded a few adobe apps and have CC on my MacBook. As battery life is important, I've disabled CC on start up but there are still processes such as core sync, Adobe Desktop Service and others running. Even if I turn off syncing in CC preferences, core sync still runs (I have restarted). Core sync and adobe desktop service are the only two that use up significant energy. How can I stop these running without having to force quit every time?

Few months ago I've disabled ccx process from startup and deleted ccx process.exe. After that startup page of Adobe softwares can't come like Premiere pro, Photoshop welcome screen. There is no way to get back ccx process. Please help me to get ccx process.

I have several apps that are in installed in English. In the Adobe installer menu this is also indicated as my prefered language. However, when I now install XD, all of a sudden it is being installed in German. In my OSX my region is Belgium and my keyboard is installed as french. It is the only way I can have an AZERTY-keyboard. I work for a German company and our server is located in Germany, but that should not have any influence on the language my software is installed in. I don't speak German, so I want my software in English because that makes it easier when I find tutorials on the Internet.How do I solve this Problem? As already indicated, the normal ways to go about it, do not solve this. 

I have a PC set up as dual boot on Windows 7 and Windows 10.   I have Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom on W7 and want to transfer it to W10.  I have tried to deactivate Photoshop CS4 so that I can re-install in on the W10 system but I get a message stating that this could not be done because there was no internet connection.  I have run through all the checks on the relevant help page of the Adobe website, which confirm that I do have a connection to the website.  How can i get Photoshop to deactivate?  (I can't reinstal CS4 on the W10 partition as it is already installed on another PC.)

Any way how to contact them? I have to update my payment details but can't type them in as it doesn't allo me to change the country address. Thanks

Hi, I had some issues with Premiere Pro (it kept loading when starting up), and one of the fixes for this problem was to reinstall all Adobe software. So I did this using the Adobe Cleaner tool, then logged into Creative Cloud through the browser and tried to downloaded Premiere Pro (and Creative Cloud) again. The download appeared to be going well. However, when I tried to log in I got the screen shown below. If I click "sign in", it loads for a while and then returns to the same screen. It seems like a common error: I found many posts from around 2013/2014 and followed the tips there as much as I could: renaming the OOBE file, etc. However, some things were different: some files weren't present (OPM something?). Anyway, those questions were from a long time so I don't know how things have changed. I am running Windows 10 Home on an Asus Vivobook S15. Hi since this morning I get an error message and it's impossible to access my Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud and also same error when I try to install again everything. The download doesn't start and appears the same error.I'm using 2 different accounts on the same computer.I deleted cookies, rebooted everhting but still the same message.I have to say that i've been using the apps for many days without any problem on the same computerWhat should I do? I purchased Adobe Premiere pro, downloaded the installer and during the installation of the Creative Cloud I get an error 204.What's the deal here?  I never had this issue with Avid.  I paid for this software and now I cannot get it downloaded and installed on my Windows 10 PC.Cannot manage my account yet to cancel this purchase.  Maybe I should go to a Mac computer and use FCPX instead.If anyone knows what to do, please send a text to the number below.Steve Mullin310-941-6778
